Jesse Q. Ozbolt, Jack serves as Senior Vice President of Eagle Ford Oil & Gas Corp. Mr. Ozbolt served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Eagle Ford Oil & Gas Corp. (formerly, ECCO Energy Corp., from October 1, 2009 to July 23, 2010 and serves as its Chairman until July 23, 2010. Mr. Ozbolt joined ECCO during 2008 and has served as Vice-President of Engineering. He has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, with extensive experience in evaluating ... prospective property in regard to all technical aspects of energy development. His experience also involves economic modeling and sales of oil and gas properties, with sales and related budgets generally over $200 million. While at The Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse, he was associated with over one billion dollars of oil and gas transactions. He has served for such firms as Exxon, Texas Eastern Corp., Enex Resources and The Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse. He has been Director of ECCO Energy Corp., since October 1, 2009. Mr. Ozbolt holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Magna Cum Laude from Duke University.
