Real DD... This lawsuit and Judgment were NEVER disclosed by Greg Mitchell and GRLT. That's clearly fraud... And why no information about the terms of this "merger" with Primior??

The "Pretzel House" was Grillits second to last scam. The last one was getting involved with Global A Brands run by serial fraudster Timithy Alford who the SEC also has a high interest in.

Folks should be RUNNING for their financial lives from this wash and rise repeat SCAM ticker. Time does not cure fraud.

There would be several reasons why the 2.1 billion in assets would not be included in this merger.

1. They need to dilute current shareholders out of it. Why should they share with bunch of suckers?

2. They need to protect it from Grillit debt and Judgments.

3. The fraud. Why risk the whole thing on a penny stock scam and possible regulatory action??

4. GRLT is needed to raise capital by selling stock. Not to keep the share structure the same and just give away assets to folks that didn't invest in that in the first place. Again... They need GRLT to raise money. not give it away. It's going to be dilution city folks. They already raised the A/S 25% to 5 billion though they have yet to inform investors.

See what I mean about the NEED to tell investors about the TERMS of the merger?? Lol...

It still needs to get processed by FINRA. Same with the name change. The last attempted merger by Grillit with Global A Brands failed because they couldn't get it past FINRA . They couldn't even get the name change to Global A Brands processed.

FINRA asks questions when there is a question of fraud. And by law cannot not process corporate actions if there is a question of fraud. And there certainly is with Grillit and FINRA already knows that. They have a file on Grillit and the many past fraudsters involved with it.

And just because a penny stock runs a little doesn't make it a good, or smart investment. It's been pumped on false, misleading, and incomplete information, and that makes it a frontload pump and dump SCAM.

It was an OTC Merger, not NYSE nor NASDAQ, Ya can't bash a good OTC runner like GRLT, Chart has great support at 5's now and the 50 day MA is rising steadily...and if we get that 2021 type buying wave again this one will fly! We already saw the huge volume scout day 10/1 with 431 mill volume, that's a sign of things to come usually 2-6 weeks later so time is ripe to run here imo
