"We may issue shares of blank check preferred stock without stockholder approval in the future.
Our certificate of incorporation authorizes the issuance of up to 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock, none of which are currently issued or currently outstanding......."
"You may experience future dilution as a result of future equity offerings.
In order to raise additional capital, we may in the future offer additional shares of our common stock or other securities convertible into or exchangeable for our common stock at prices that may not be the same as the price per share paid by any investors...........
Couldn’t agree more. This pandemic is not getting any better. A few of my friends working in hospitals are saying it’s getting worse. People dying every minute

What is the share structure?
MGEN has a buy rating for $8.
Trill 3.59. Pre market.
PR this morning. Nice. The products are selling very well.
So you just focused on one product in one country to make your conclusions. Namaste is in 20 countries selling different products. Marijuana was just legalised in Canada you have to give them sometime to improve. Companies in Canada are still trying to establish themselves not just Namaste. This is a long term investment.
Yes it should
I’m holding. We need to be patient.
Marijuana Bill to Change Schedule Class is Introduced

Please watch very informative.
Yes the article on rescheduling Marijuana came out today
WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration would be willing to work with Congress if lawmakers want to take marijuana off the list of what the federal government considers the most dangerous drugs, Attorney General Eric Holder said Friday.
"We'd be more than glad to work with Congress if there is a desire to look at and reexamine how the drug is scheduled, as I said there is a great degree of expertise that exists in Congress," Holder said during a House Appropriations Committee hearing. "It is something that ultimately Congress would have to change, and I think that our administration would be glad to work with Congress if such a proposal were made."
Several members of Congress have called on the administration to downgrade cannabis on its own without waiting for congressional action. Under the federal Controlled Substances Act, the attorney general has the authority to "remove any drug or other substance from the schedules if he finds that the drug or other substance does not meet the requirements for inclusion in any schedule." Holder didn't indicate Friday that he would be willing to do that unilaterally.
Although there haven't been any documented cases of deaths from overdosing on marijuana, the federal government treats it as a Schedule I drug with a "high potential for abuse," along with heroin, LSD and Ecstasy.
Re-categorizing marijuana would not legalize the drug under federal law, but it could make research into marijuana's medical benefits much easier and allow marijuana businesses to take tax deductions.
Several Republican lawmakers at the hearing questioned Holder's decision to allow Colorado and Washington to legalize and regulate marijuana and to take the states' actions into consideration when prioritizing federal marijuana prosecutions. But Holder said that he was "not sure that you're going to see a huge difference" between the cases the Justice Department was bringing before and after guidance went out to U.S. attorneys on which cases to prioritize.
"We're not blazing a new trail," Holder said of the decision to prosecute only certain cases based on the department's limited resources, noting that much of marijuana law enforcement happens on the state and local levels.

Tesla Motors is reportedly planning to use raw materials sourced from North America to build its Gigafactory batteries.
The bold strategy may seem counterintuitive, considering the factory's primary purpose of reducing costs, though the company appears to believe it will ultimately prove cheaper to establish nearby sources rather than importing the lion's share of necessary materials from China and other distant locales.
"It will enable us to establish a supply chain that is local and focused on minimizing environmental impact while significantly reducing battery cost," Tesla spokeswoman Liz Jarvis-Shean told Bloomberg.
The company currently imports most of its graphite --preferring the synthetic variety -- from Japan and Europe, while cobalt is primarily sourced from the Philippines. The local-sourcing goal may require new mines to be established on the continent, as only a small fraction of certain materials required for battery construction, such as graphite, are currently pulled out of the ground in Canadian or US mines.
Recent reports suggest China -- the world's biggest graphite producer -- is shutting down more than 50 mines despite a surge in demand for the material. In violation of environmental regulations, many of the mines and processing facilities have been blamed on pollution that falls from the sky as "graphite rain" in some places.
Tesla has quite grand goals for its Gigafactory, which is expected to double the global capacity for lithium-ion battery production by 2020. The company views such large scale as necessary to help it bring down battery costs by 30 to 40 percent, key to building a $40,000 mass-market vehicle that still offers what it considers as acceptable range. If the cost reduction is accomplished, the production capacity may be used to build batteries for as many as 500,000 vehicles annually.
The factory is scheduled to begin production by 2017, though the company has yet to announce a chosen site and begin construction.
