If zero connection exists on a business level ( other than the website re-direct) then TS is not only allowed too - but also obligated to provide accurate & not mis-leading information.

If their answer is 'I/we are not allowed to discuss or release any information , a PR is forthcoming ', then we will have something to get exited about.

Again this news is 9 MOS. OLD ... The product descricption is not the same - alot of co's. make automobile engine immobilizers .

TS could have moved into Powerlock's location ( which was not Powerlock's office but was spaced leased by Dubarr Automotive) & just bought or assumed Powerlock's website.

Because their answer might be a definite NO .

It makes no sense for Powerlock to go missing & keep that kind of news silent for this period of time. Powerlock's website redirecing to TS has been happening for 3/4 of a yr. already. You haven't stumbled upon new info. Are you going to keep posting these same comments about a merger 6 mos or a yr. from now?

Because Powerlock vanished in the middle of the night & TS is the only contact there is .Can't think of any reason why Powerlock would intentionally ruin their credibilty with shareholders & the public like they did.

Your comment about TS not being able to confirm a merger is Wild Speculation. The only way to find out if they can or can't answer that question is to call and ask.

Puclicly traded co's. (Powerlock) don't disconnect phone service - disappear - leave their shareholders twisting in the wind & keep merger news silent for 9 mos. Maybe they are waiting for 2015 to release merger news.

Did you place a call to TS ? Their YES or NO answer to the merger question should put an end to whether or not you keep pumping this stock.

It would have made sense if Powerlock would have issued multiple PR's announcing a merger. Details could been kept private until completed.

Powerlock's website redirecting to Thinking Security doesn't automaticlly guarantee a merger. TS could have bought or assumed the website.

Powerlock stopped leasing office space & temporarily shared space with an auto repair shop - Dubbar Automotive whose location was this Griffen Ln. Address. Powerlock's phone # was still answered for a little while. In June i called Powerlock to discover that phone service was disconnected on both #'s. I then called Dubbar & was told that Powerlock no longer shared office space with them & he thought that Powerlock was no longer in business. Powerlock has been unreachable these many months. Dubarr has since moved a few doors down from this previous location , which is now occupied by
'Thinking Security" . TS is a Seperate co. from Powerlock & can't find any connection -partnership -merger etc. between them.

I called TS today ... waiting for a call back.

Powerlock Intl. 2012 Activity ...

Yeah ... i called truckaddons.com twice this afternoon . Was told that Powerlock is NOT a listed vendor & was told by the 2nd guy that they were in the past but he hasn't heard of Powerlock in the 3 yrs that he has been employed at tacom.

I really hope that someone can convince me & prove that PWLK is still in business & i'm not just witnessing a classic IHUB P&D. I wanna sell my shares but i Don't want to DUMP THEM on someone from a co. that's no longer in business.

Thinking Security is in business ... Powerlock could have sold the website to them. Thinking Security might not even be a publicly traded co. Powerlock disappeared earlier this yr. & their website redirects to Thinking Security. There have been no Pr's/ filings or any statements from either co. about a merger/partnership or anything.

I have been following PWLK since 2006.

Customer clicks on an 'out of stock or discontinud product ' & gets redirected o an 'in stock' product.

Thnking Security is NOT Powerlock ... It's a seperate auto anti theft co. started in 08/09.

Could be a marketing strategy by car/truckaddons.com to redirect to a 'Viper' product when the Powerlock tab is clicked on.

Powerlock Intl. - Thinking Security - Viper are totally seperate & independent of each other. Again ... there has been no contirmation from Powerlock that they are still in business or have parterned/merged with any other co. in the last 6 + mos.

The current status of PWLK is ;
Phone service on the co's local & 800 #s was disconnected month's ago - the CEO has gone missing & the co. has virtually dissappeared . At this point in time there has been no confirmation that the new website is associated with POWERLOCK (PWLK).

This is a really good example of no matter how transparent a shareholder thinks a co.( especially in regards to pinks) is or has been in the past we as shareholders are always at a disadvantage.

The abrupt silence & delay of info. could be just that , temporary delay or a disaster.(pun intended).

Transparency is an illusion & the CEO is always the illusionist.
I hope that the SEC attorney(s) are advising the new GRDO CEO to behave like a professional corporation & keep the shareholders updated moving foward.

I really hope something good is goin on behind the scenes ... But it also could be that Powerlock sold - gifted - or gave the website to Dubarr Automotive who now is distributing and installing an anti-theft device totally unrelated to Powerlock.

Please post any facts or proof that a 'Mega Merger' is or has taken place.

I can't even find any evidence that Powerlock is still in business.

If you can't produce facts ,(links etc.) to back up this 'Merger' claim ,then STOP PUMPING a stock that no longer has a contact phone # & the new website (with Dubarr automotive's address ) makes no connection to Powerlock in any way.

A PR from the CEO or a new filing or document is desperately needed to confirm that PWLK is still an active co.

I'm not gettin what all the excitement is about without any confirmatiion ... Too many huge ?'s about whether Powerlock is currently still an active co. or entirely 'out of business' .

Called TA & Dubarr Automotive - 6/28
- TA answered that Powerlock had no activity with them for a couple of yrs..
- Employee (not owner) at Dubarr replied that they no longer sell or install the Powerlock product(s) & said he thought that Powerlock is no longer in business.

The biggest ? that needs to be answered is - Why would the CEO cancel phone service on both co. #'s that were in place for many yrs.? WE NEED TO HEAR FROM CEO COOPER !!!

It's now a website for an automobile anti-theft system called 'Thinking Security' . The website is almost entirely in Spanish & the company address is or very near to Dubarr Automotive .

I remember that ... It means that the Powerlock product was available on a Chinese website. It doesn't prove that they have a 'deal' with China . Powerlock was also available on various US websites ( www.caraddons.com , www.truckaddons.com ) etc.

Can't think of a good reason why he ( CEO Cooper) would disconnect phone service to both local & 800 numbers.
