Anyone have news? Pretty exciting action last few days, what gives?

I've seen this before with other quiet low float tickers. This action is likely from insider buying, I bet something big is coming. For example I was involved as an IRO with WDIS, super low float that hovered around a penny for the longest time as management went about quietly building the company. Even small buys would send it up multiple pennies at a time, a major buy could make it jump from a few pennies to 50 cents. And buyers would come around as they heard various on the ground info, didn't have to be from searchable press releases

Come on folks share this low float gem with others, it's waking up, hopefully traders with volume scanners will pick it up. If we get others posting here it could make the breaking out board then it's off to the races!

Wish I knew! The one thing I do know- the movie business is rough, full of delays. Are the fillings current? Try calling and or emailing?

Oh didn't know. Who's the new owner and does anyone know anything about them? If they're a mystery (like EUB*) then anyone's guess. In any case management can only sell small amounts at a time - if the OTC/FINRA/SEC etc has any oversight. And if they're the only one(s) selling, the price will drop like a rock, so I can't imagine them not creating volume one way or another. With the tiny float, that means people need to buy shares

Traders get ready... One year restriction up this week, watch for news. Everyone here should agree there's a miniscule float with great share structure. Now volume is needed. Will Lazar and company do something with this awesome platform to grow from? My two cents - don't sell too quickly, like I did with with EUB* at a few pennies before it ran to $1.50, even my small position would have netted 60k but I sold for peanuts

What's your take on the meeting agenda? I'm not quite understanding if they do or do not want to reverse split? I have yet to see a RS in OTC go well for common shareholders, but I've heard in limited circumstances they can do good

Seems we are in similar plays lol. Was posting with you on EUB*. LDSI was great before the lawsuit, someone's knows they must be close to resolving the all that and making something of this company. Here's to going back to a 0.01+ average!

It's Lazar and co waiting for their one year restriction on share selling to pass. They stole it through hostile takeover from management at WDIS. The restriction should end soon (if anyone wants to quickly research filings). That said, with the obviously tiny float this has, I don't think they can sell much of anything without getting volume going through pr's and promotion, which should first drive the price way up. In my experience, you will have a short sell window in this initial run up before management starts dumping. But if Lazar actually wants to make something of AMBG, and doesn't dump and/or massively increase share structure then the sky's the limit

Whose seen the Wework documentary movie? Just watched, wow. Biggest leasee in NYC. Have to do some digging here to see what's still left of their amazing coworking office and living spaces. Great proven concept, and provable again as we pass the lockdown stage. The future is bright for co-living and co-working for the gen Zers. Hopefully the new CEO pulls the spiritual mumbo jumbo out of the equation

Coming from a decade in film production, and having been the IR for another media ticker WDIS (now AMBG), I had high hopes in LDSI but a lawsuit and possibly management missteps stalled her from a penny + to trips. Good to see it going up again. Any idea what's brewing?

Keep an eye on AMBG. I was the investor relations guy for WDIS. Lazar hijacked it, turned it to AMBG, and is waiting for the 1 year restriction to pass. Guessing his team will launch some nice pr's in the days before, but watch out once he's able to sell shares lol

That's why I think it's a boiler room quietly promoting it. That way salesman can control their buyers, demanding they don't sell. This way it's all buys and no sells, and price does crazy things like this If the company releases a PR, that brings too many uncontrollable investors

Careful with this one, I've seen similar patterns before from a pink being promoted by a shady boiler room. Their MO was to find low float off-radar OTC companies, get in bed with the principals and possibly with market makers, and have their many marks buy and hold to pump price up until the time for their insiders to unload came. That day appears to be today lol, and from the trading action it looks like the boiler room callers went on high alert to demand their marks buy the dip, only to unload on them again lol. I could be wrong.... BTW my dumb ass sold 54k shares inherited from defunct REEI at 1 penny just before the run, netting about 500 lousy bucks instead of over 50 grand smh.

AMBG new name after Lazar and Co acquired WDIS, a company with possibly the lowest float in the OTC, and no toxic debt. A squeaky clean shell as they say. No dumpage here contrary to previous post, like any micro float stock small sells and buys move the price wildly. Have patience, I'm sure AMBG officers are working behind the scenes, Lazar didn't spend a significant amount of money in creating AMBG just to let it sit. This thing will likely skyrocket with any good news. Anyone know much of anything about this new company?

Come on CTGL, issue a PR, let us know what you're about, and what you're working towards. Definitely a low float, small sells push this waay down, I'd rather hold for Nasdaq future

Anyone come up with any further info? Don't get it, why go through the hassle of a name change, a funky one at that, and not alert shareholders to anything whatsoever. Must be working behind the scenes on something great, as the name suggests. I'm looking forward to a great PR soon, and from trading patterns being little loads here and there I bet I'm right

Someone help the newbs jumping in here. Love the action, nice PR and revenues just reported in a super hot sector, but 4 BILLION + outstanding shares? Also management really needs to polish image, website and marketing for a hot retail product is garbage. Is there enough volume and forward-looking sentiment to compensate for those negatives?

So AMBG is going into the mining business in Zimbabwe? Mining is looking very very good going forward, so watch for juicy PR's ahead. Just hope they intend to run a business and not a share selling scam

What's happening here? A few decent buys yesterday and today after months of inactivity. Someone knows something is coming? Also float must be very low, under 1M buys push pps up 100+%.

Is anyone here following WDIS? I worked for them as IR and am still friends with the proncipals. Lazar raided it for late filings and DTC chill but wow is it a clean company if you like super low floats and debt free. Not sure what he has planned, but appreciate any insight

Why did volume go crazy today? I'm just seeing the 12/5 PR about changing co focus from cannabis to horseracing. Now suddenly over 3 weeks later it runs? Strange too that the co leaves a hot sector just as it enters its best seasonal time? Any info would help, I'm involved with another company in the horseracing space, even worked with Steve Coburn and California Chrome a little while back. Great industry, it's just this PR says nothing material, their website doesn't work, they aren't answering phone, and listed address appears to be a pmb. Not bashing, I'd love to help out here, and I know other interested traders want info too.

Where did you get the 65 subscriber figure? Also did you review any of these contract deals with China etc? Are they just non-binding LOI's or is there any meat to them? What is Viva's edge - something about offering newer movies Netflix doesn't have? If not infringing on copyrights, that would take lots of $ and influence that Viva may not have. If their edge is lots of new streaming channels, that's fine but how good is this content? The world already has enough bs to tune in and out of

What am I missing here? 5k Twitter followers, 300 FB likes, 500 Google Play store downloads- yet people are talking about millions of subscribers? I'm in the film business, I know striking deals with multiple copyright owners isn't easy, and the competition among streaming service platforms is fierce. The Viva interface looks ok, website ok, but nothing incredible giving me that feeling this is the next big thing that will prompt me to kill Netflix and go Viva! I'm sure I speak for others, can someone provide the dd I'm sure I'm missing?
