It's Lazar and co waiting for their one year restriction on share selling to pass. They stole it through hostile takeover from management at WDIS. The restriction should end soon (if anyone wants to quickly research filings). That said, with the obviously tiny float this has, I don't think they can sell much of anything without getting volume going through pr's and promotion, which should first drive the price way up. In my experience, you will have a short sell window in this initial run up before management starts dumping. But if Lazar actually wants to make something of AMBG, and doesn't dump and/or massively increase share structure then the sky's the limit
