Anybody know what caused the small jump in ALLR today? Is it expected to continue next week is it just a pump that will go down on Monday?

I think the best buy in the market right now if TLT, a ETF for 20 year Bonds. It moves up as rates move down. The consensus is for lower rates by the end of the year. It may only be 1 or 2 rate cuts but most people think they are coming. If you look at a 10 year chart it is remarkable how close the TLT tracks biotech through XBI, and LABU. You can overlap the three charts and see that they look the same over a 10 year period. In general small bio is starved for cash and lower rates are seen as relief this is the reason they move together. As the market has climbed in the past few years Biotech has been left behind and shunned for three years since its high in 2021. If TLT moves higher through the end of the year I expect Bio to also go up. Its turn is now regardless of bearish general market move. It is possible for Bio to go up and the NASDAQ to drop. They have moved opposite in the past since Bio hits it peak in 2012. IMHO the bottom for IOVA is somewhere where it sits now.

Good morning, I see that IOVA will make their presentation at ASCO tomorrow after market close. The data they are presenting was released a few days ago and was very positive. They are also holding a meeting with investors after the presentation. Not sure what that is about maybe just buying drinks for everyone since it is Friday night? Will this presentation make any impact on share price on Monday?

Do you agree NLST also will need to consider additional dilution soon possible 2 more dilutions before 18 months goes by? That alone will keep the SP closer to $1 than $2 of course depends on what they will need to raise.

Squawk Box always shows stories related to Micron on their morning show. I doubt it gets mentioned but can you imagine if the verdict and damages were mentioned in tomorrow mornings broadcast? Most of their viewers probably don't even know who Netlist is but many might look them up. Could help to be a big day tomorrow.

If NLST comes out this week with a win and lets say the award is around $400M, what should we expect in SP on Tuesday as people return from the holiday? I assume the will be something in the press for people to see over the 3 day weekend. Can we get $3-4 on that??

Wow NLST sinking while people remain optimistic about the MU case, I thought it would be rising before the verdict. I was listening to a legal analyst talk about the Trump case on TV and how unpredictable a jury can be. They sometimes do the opposite of what is expected. Im not spreading FUD I am still long NLST and think a win here could finally turn things around for NLST but I too could be wrong. What would happen if NLST lost the case this week, back to $0.50? I hope not.

With all of the analyst looking at Iovance roll out and execution and trying to come up with projections it seems someone has this information and it is factored into the projections. It is too obvious to miss on something this big and obvious. It would have brought up by now, on a call or in an analyst work.

I don't think it is good that AMGN got FDA approval. It just gives IOVA more competition and a smaller piece of the pie. Likely they will also be at a price disadvantage to AMGN

Are you still Bullish on ALLR. I want to see it back over $1 but it has been stubborn. I see takeover talk on other message boards saying $5-10

I made good on a .49 move yesterday 8.10 to 8.59 after following gdog. Maybe sold too early on my own. Its a good company I may get back in on todays pullback

I think it was just a stall tactic by Micron that unfortunately worked for them but for only for 3 weeks. The wife of their expert has probably been sick with this rare disease for a while, why would they only bring it to the courts attention only a few days before the trial starts? To stall the trial of course. At least we now know the judge wants to move along with this and he said it has already been delayed and he is not interested in granting more time. Three weeks is nothing and most humans would probably feel compelled to do something when someone terminally ill involved. Dirty of Micron to try to use it to their advantage.

How long do you typically hold the position, hours to a few days?

I am not looking for home runs (like I am with NLST lol) but I am looking for singles, small moves. I dont actually buy the stock but trade the options. I like to do call debit spreads on a stock that is in an uptrend or has bottomed and catch some upside bounce on a 30 day period. The call debit spread reduces the Break even price. Buying the 1 month out spread. I have not been right 98% but probably 8 out of 10 trades are profitable so far been doing it a few years. So far it is working compounding my money. I don't risk very much on a single trade. The stock has to have options tied to it so always looking for new ideas this is why I was curious how you find your trades. Good luck

It is a good thing these oral arguments were being recorded on video. I don't have the technical knowledge to understand either of the sides arguments but I am not the judge for the case so I don't need to know. Sheasby was cheated out of much of his allowed time due to Galligan's lack of knowledge and need for explanations and trying to understand of some of the basic elements of these patents. He was clearly not the right person to decide this argument.

My new goal is to be able to sell for $10, not $50 or $100 like before the BOC ruling. I dont think that is possible anymore. I just want $10. If they get a settlement do you think $10 is possible?

Somebody could email this question to Suji DeSilva at Roth Capital. He is the only analyst that attends and asks the questions. We could probably get his email address pretty easy. Then just ask him if he would ask the question on behalf of some investors to put the issue to rest. Who knows if he would go along with it. All he can do is say no.

The $13 prediction for NLST in a few years is a bit discouraging in this article. Yes it is a 6 bagger from todays $2 range but after all these years of waiting I like the $50-100 price predictions better.

Yes it closed on Friday. They said it was fully subscribed to by the group of private investors ahead of the closing date of Friday. I guess no PR because they see no reason to repeat what they told us.
