Hey there RAND,
There has been a running joke here on the GVSI board for a long time.
Good Vibrations Shoes was always the dumbest company name on the entire OTC.
Who in their right mind would put any money into a stock with that name? LOL.
The name and ticker change alone could launch it.
Not to mention everything else going on here.
There are more than enough catalysts coming to be profitable here, for those who have the intellect and attention spans, superior to goldfish.
All you have to do is read the posts of those who are desperately hoping to see GVSI and Sharp fail.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
Thanks lanemyers and others for posting about social media opinions regarding GVSI.
Looking forward to the coming weeks and months.
Hope all GVSI shareholders have a good week.
IMO and FWIW.
Another thing yolo,
Thanks Cherry, Good fun for me here.
Don't forget to tip your bartenders and waitresses.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
I didn't twist your words yolo,
Quoted you directly regarding a $1 PPS
Really starlost?
Well thank you for that starlost.
Nope starlost, incorrect
Uh, no reena. I am not.
So yolo, $1 is possible? yes?
Thanks for confirming for me.
LOL, IMO and FWIW.
No they haven't changed starlost.
Wait reena, what?
You just said a few days ago $1 was possible with the right circumstances.
Kinda funny really.
Most of the Canadians who rely on Scotiabank and other Canadian brokers for OTC EM stocks like GVSI, have their market data provided to them by quotemedia, QMCI.
IMO and FWIW.
I wonder if Jack Dorsey, CEO of Square NYSE:SQ, maintains any kind of working relationship with Michael Giles, who just spent $1.2M to grab some QMCI shares.
QMCI already has several big clients like E-trade, Morgan Stanley and Berkshire Hathaway.
Makes me wonder if we will see more SC-13 filings or an 8K, to provide some insight as to what is happening here.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
Yes starlost, I get your opinion.
I am just pointing out that you are wrong based on actual verifiable facts.
GVSI could move much higher based on a comparison that I provided that was not disputed.
LOL, IMO and FWIW.
So starlost, You said $1 is possible just days ago, if Sharp could land a $500M company.
Thanks CSTG,
The digital wallet has always been a key component for TTCM moving forward.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
Pretty typical market lag today for GVSI.
I see it all the time when getting in early on plays like this.
Informed traders here have seen it over the last couple of weeks, where new posters notice GVSI climbing the BOBs and asking what is happening.
If its not in a PR, most traders don't understand why a stock is gaining momentum in price and posting activity.
The handful of informed longs are perplexed as to why anyone would sell into such a positive event like coming off the EM.
Most are unaware of why the stock gapped up, but saw an opportunity to sell into it, after considering it to be dead money for over a year.
On top of that, the "Never Sharps" get to take a victory lap on the red day and have a good laugh.
Not skeered here.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
Nice. EOM.
Thanks RAND.
For both your reply and your diligence here on the board.
I should be thanking GVSI longs like you and others more than I do. Just lazy on my part.
GVSI is shaping up to be the elusive OTC unicorn that everyone is hunting for, but few rarely find.
We shall see.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
Well garsh starlost,
I see this fairly often. People read stock wikis about how smart traders hedge bets and then claim to be doing it, without understanding the mechanics of it.
Its nonsense, but those making the claim rarely get questioned about it, because nobody wants to look dumb for asking about it.
As everyone here knows, I have no fear of looking dumb. LOL.
It will be good fun to hear the reply.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
What does that even mean marcis?
Hey there SeattleITguy,
Had a great Christmas, hope you did as well.
We didn't have much snow, but the wind was crazy, so what little snow we had was, blowing and drifting a lot.
Still haven't figured out why those drifts seem to gather on the roads, instead of fields and parking lots. Oh well.
I will have to check out Luigi's Mansion.
Ive got my nephews switch and he is so busy with work and school for his apprenticeship, I don't think he even realizes I still have it.
Astroneer is pretty cool now that Ive got some time on it.
The explore and gather part would be great for your son. Colorful and vast.
It gets more complicated when you have to combine resources and gather different gasses to 3-D print rocket parts to explore the rest of the solar system and build on other planets.
Have a great 2023 and please let me know if you have a stock pick that catches your eye.
Be well.
Most people in the US cant buy. What are you talking about?
Doesn't make any sense.
LOL, IMO and FWIW.
Happy New Year, bagwa. Stay safe. EOM.
Here is the thing for me Xunefox,
I don't mind being called a dumb hick for playing OTC stocks like GVSI.
In fact, its kinda my shtick, if anyone looks at my profile.
I don't mind when people have legitimate concerns or questions about stocks like GVSI.
I also don't mind being corrected when I am wrong about something or having a post of mine being elaborated on or expanded upon.
I do feel it is appropriate to question irrelevant links to FINRA guidance or fictional charts in response to my or others opinions and posts.
That's all.
Your point is fair though. I get it.
Actually, have had enough people ask me not to reply as often as I do.
Still trying to find a balance.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
Me too shots60. Being an actual GVSI shareholder is just good fun.
The profits will be nice, but having fun is a nice bonus.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
Pffftttt...musicman, where to start on this.
Heck PepsiMan, I remember back in the day when people were saying that Arknet didn't exist, would never be released and TTCM didn't have any patents.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
I just wanted to hear him say it.
Hey PepsiMan, thanks for the reply.
Nice update from Sharp today as well.
Feeling pretty good here as an actual GVSI shareholder.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
Why starlost? LOL, EOM.
Global Water Technologies releases annual shareholder letter
Dear Shareholders of Global Water Technologies,
Turning the page to a new year after one of the most volatile stock markets since 2008, we look forward to new business opportunities that will add value for our stakeholders in 2023.
After successfully completing and maintaining compliance with new SEC amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, GWTR stock continues to hold its upgraded status of Current Information on OTC Markets. This should help us as we explore possible acquisitions of technology and business operations that can benefit from access to capital markets.
While market conditions in 2022 resulted in much lower deal flow than expected at the outset of the year, the company researched and met with a number of potential candidates and continues to have discussions with several that may be a good fit. Although the company does not comment on such ongoing activities, updates will be provided if initial discussions result in material events.
The federal infrastructure funding for water projects in the United States continues to move slowly through state programs with mixed results on local activity. While the record amounts approved by Congress going into 2022 have led to increased discussion about water efficiency and innovation, the actual impact on improvements has been muted by the fragmented nature of the industry and few coordinated efforts. That is frustrating for many who have worked on changing the process over the past 10 years.
As noted in November, the company responded to slower activity in corporate deal flow and infrastructure projects by focusing on new licensing and distribution agreements that build on its legacy non-chemical water treatment business. Those efforts should continue in 2023 and lead to initial revenues and new partnerships.
In 2022, shares of Global Water Technologies traded between $0.016 and $0.10 with a closing price of $0.028 and volume of 1,111,560. In 2021, shares of Global Water Technologies traded between $0.014 and $0.34 with a closing price of $0.07 and volume of 2,648,279.
The number of common shares at December 31, 2022 was 26,173,955 and the number of free-trading shares remains at 5,895,503. The company has reserved 2.4 million shares for convertible promissory notes totaling $73,500. Additional shares may be issued as the company seeks adequate funding to execute its business plan and further upgrade its SEC compliance.
We wish all our stakeholders a most prosperous new year and thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Erik Hromadka
Chairman and CEO

Welcome to the GWTR board and ihub HTGK.
Its not a very active board at the moment, so you might not get a lot of other responses.
GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
MMs can temporarily sell shares short when they know they can cover the short quickly after grabbing a chunk at a lower PPS (like stop losses.)
Air shares.
Retail traders use level 2 to see the best bid and ask from each MM.
MMs have level 3 "the full book."
They see the best bid and ask from each MM, but they also see what bids and asks linger in the queue from each MM behind the best bid and ask displayed on L2.
Maybe someone else can explain it better.
IMO and FWIW.
I agree Cherry,
Someone likely set a stop loss and a MM reached down and grabbed them.
That or a market sell like someone mentioned earlier.
Either way, it was a huge mistake.
Great GVSI chatter tonight.
GLTA, IMO and FWIW.
Looks pretty bleak for EVLI. EOM.
Pfffttt helpme.
