Why does BOMO still have loans of $27K from stockholders not paid back from 2013? Another only $3K due from 2014! They have had ten years to pay, yet they keep issuing more debt year after year. The balance sheet is crap!

Perhaps paying off the car loans might help. Payments range on several vehicles from $600 to well over $1000 per month. Their debt load requires coming up with over $180,000 a month just to make the monthly payments. I would hate for a major decline in construction activity to hit them.

I noticed and I’ve been digging into the details of the latest quarterly financial report. Over $70 million in cash, little debt, healthy shareholder equity! For a company of its rather small size and with a balance sheet like they have, why is this stock only at 12 cents a share? Sure stockholders equity is just under 5 cents a share but this company is in a better financial position than a lot of OTC companies.

Within the past week a form 8-K was posted on OTC Markets website stating the Board of Directors authorized a reverse split of between 1,000 to 1 and 15,000 to 1 with the precise number to be determined at a later date.

Oh great, a planned stock split with such a range to be determined that is sure to tank the price after it takes effect!
