Well that is the story of pretty much all stocks at this level... question is this the turn around that some make... or just another small uptick before a drop back down... If the buy out happens and they become a stand alone then it will be a big turn around... so a small gamble can be a big payday or it can be what it was when I started... a small gamble... I am good with the money I put here... at the most if it begins to drop I will get out with less then a grand loss.

3 billion AS is no big deal... the 46,000,000 Outstanding is very low at this point in time.. And the entire share structure is varified by the TA ... so no problems at the moment for as far as I am concerned.

I doubt they will be putting any of those authorized shares out there now that they will become part of ADTX. The 3B is a leftover from the reverse splits, although normally that would be a concern. I think it is more of a concern how fast ADTX is diluting theirs.

With the kind of revenue reported this morning this is sure to be a completed acquisition by the end of Q2 The loses can be tolerated since the sales force by the new company will already be in place and will double the amount of product that can be made available to the medical community. Time for this to start heading back to the prices it was at. Ten Cents is on the very near horizon with a lot more to come

nice manipulation at the end of the tape today... MM do not want this to move up... drop a 40K at the bid with 20 seconds to go to ensure it stays below 02 and the tape can not reset... but its a good sign for when they are ready to let it run it will run hard.

Just stumbled into this and think its worth a gamble... the acquisitions and merger fever seems to be coming back to the OTC... lets just say its at the bottom of the spectrum on how these have been moving... its at least a 3 to 5 bagger... so worth the hold for now

With the value of the buyer and the conversion rate it puts the EVFM shares at around $0.36 not sure why they haven't gotten at least into the $0.20's. Looks like a no brainer at this level. Not huge but might be at least a double in 30-60 days
