There's those words once more - "full production".
Deja vu...all over again.
Quick! Somebody call John Doody and tell him Mexus is the Best. Deal. Evah!
"Yeah, hey, John. You know that hanging-by-a-thread junior mining company I told you was a can't miss? Yeah, last year - that one...Yes, it's the same one I told you about two years ago...Well, sure, I think I did mention them to you back in 2014, also, come to think of it. Well, listen, anyway...they're a screaming deal now. Hit a little rough patch but it just makes the picture look better."
"Hello? Hello?" [Bzzzzzzzzzzz]
Haven't heard of other companies or deep pocketed investors beating down PT's door with fistfuls of cash. Seems to me the entire operation is resting on near perfect execution at Ures to result in positive cash.
I'm sorry, but I'd rather not anger the TOS gods either here or there. It's a $600+ newsletter, and I use the same handle on that (paywall protected) discussion board.
Mexus was mentioned this morning in a newsletter I subscribe to, so it's likely we're going to see some increased buying interest today. It's a technical based service, and the author noted that MXSG was basing even while the miners in general were selling off recently. I'm sure it was yesterday's breakout from that base that got his attention.
Starting the time line in February 2017? That's some special magic, even if you only take into account the time since the MarMar agreement. Consider this press release from December 2016:
"Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) CEO/ President Paul Thompson visited the Santa Elena mine in Sonora State Mexico from December 13th through the 17th. Mr. Thompson reports that the Merrill Crowe is being installed and will be operational in January 2017."
The 2017 Puppies and Kittens calendar, when you start the timeline, wasn't even on the fridge with the dog's grooming appointment on it when that PR was released.
If you fire up the Way Back Time Machine to April 2013 you'll find this:
"There is also an adjacent shear zone identified by drilling, service sampling and geophysical surveys which now leads Mexus to conclude that we have sufficient data to proceed with further evaluation and production testing of the shear zone. Mexus intends to have this particular Julio potential fully operational by September 1, 2013."
Not sure what misrepresenting the timeline achieves, but not everyone is going to fall for it. Mexus is as close as ever to getting it done, and I think Paul Thompson IS going to do it, but let's not kid ourselves that it's been a day at Seaside with cheese fries and a whirl on the Musik Express, four tickets and the big one on the outside. Been anything but.
"Just CONFIRMED MC PASSED the border!!"
"Ha, been in Mexico 2+ days already."
Incorrect. According to Paul Dent (Mexus quasi-official PR guy), the machine only cleared customs yesterday and will be onsite today.
Excellent, and thanks. In light of the yet unresolved First Pursuit Silver situation, there's still a credibility gap that needs closed. The pick up of the Mexus-issued PR by any outlet (including Reuters), although encouraging, is not the same as hearing from Argonaut direct. That we didn't get that from FPS was a red flag we all missed.
Don't think news items are "released" onto Yahoo by companies. I suspect the PRs are swept up by Yahoo and stuck on the appropriate company pages. Argonaut's website is showing nothing. Various valid reasons it's not on there, but based on past experience with PT and Mexus regarding "done deals" that weren't, I'm going to remain skeptical (but hopeful) until I see a PR with Argo's byline.
Whatever happened to the bootstrap startup of the Rancho using profits from the placer? Is the placer even running?
How to get your message across...
...and not continue to get TOS'd off of message boards.
1. Be nice, even to those who are critical.
2. Don't jump into the gutter with the riff raff.
3. Speak/write clearly, with proper grammar, so you can be understood.
4. Be humble, and realize you'll only receive as much respect as you give.
Mexus content: Has anybody come up with a solution to the problem of getting formerly restricted MXSG shares into a brokerage account?
Bingo. I'm tapped out on this one, and have already assumed more risk than I should have. Ball's in Mexus' and Thompson's court, with both JV debacle and Rancho. I'm holding, but no new money for Mexus.
Ok, the ball is in Paul Thompson's court to explain WTH is going on. He needs to step up with some information, and not in two weeks, but damn soon.
I'll leave it at that for now.
Edit: If I understand things correctly, Mexus isn't out any money, or shouldn't be, and ought to be able to regain the JV mine. But at this point I'm suspicious of lots of things, including the ability to reclaim the mine pursuant to a sales contract that may have been faulty in the first place.
Posting the gold/silver/copper prices on the board is annoying. The info is old shortly after posting, and its just more stuff to click through while catching up. It's a pretty good bet that anybody reading this board is acutely aware of the what's going on in the precious metals markets. It's like posting the daily price at 12 o'clock noon of an iPod at Best Buy on the APPL board.
For anybody who needs to check and doesn't already know, you can get the latest up-to-date metals prices all over the internet. Here's just one: http://money.cnn.com/data/commodities/
New video - Interview with ancestral owner of Caborca property:
Mexus cable up for sale by Powercom:
http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/112720975/Submarine_Cable.html
I'm wondering, regarding the cable ops, how far south does the operation need to get in order to be able to pull through the winter?
Anybody have an educated guess?
It hit $2.00 early in the session and had me scratching my head also. But I just came across this:
http://www.cnbc.com/id/39618413
"China's top offshore oil producer, CNOOC, agreed to pay $1.1 billion for a stake in a U.S. shale oil and gas field, testing the U.S. political climate for the first time since its 2005 failed bid for Unocal.
Is it possible that there's enough enthusiasm for Enshale to make folks pile into BULM on this sort of news? I have no clue, so don't make anything of this. I'm mystified like everyone else.
Alright. I'll just start off with the first three paragraphs and ask and comment away. I don't know how to read these results, but I'm sure I can learn with a little help.
There are two GORO boards on Yahoo. The public board has been busted since the stock was uplisted to the AMEX. I sent an email to Yahoo Finance's help desk yesterday. They've escalated the issue to a tech group. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.
The other board is part of Yahoo groups and requires you to become a member. Rival runs that one.
Hello, Optimus. I'm invested in BULM and have been lurking for a bit.
I'm new to the mining sector and still learning. So I was wondering if anybody would be willing to dissect this latest press release and drilling results and give an opinion of what it means for the company moving forward.
Thanks.
I just started following Mexus. The board over at Raging Bull is starting to pick up.
