Ok, the ball is in Paul Thompson's court to explain WTH is going on. He needs to step up with some information, and not in two weeks, but damn soon.

I'll leave it at that for now.

Edit: If I understand things correctly, Mexus isn't out any money, or shouldn't be, and ought to be able to regain the JV mine. But at this point I'm suspicious of lots of things, including the ability to reclaim the mine pursuant to a sales contract that may have been faulty in the first place.
