It hit $2.00 early in the session and had me scratching my head also. But I just came across this:

"China's top offshore oil producer, CNOOC, agreed to pay $1.1 billion for a stake in a U.S. shale oil and gas field, testing the U.S. political climate for the first time since its 2005 failed bid for Unocal.

Is it possible that there's enough enthusiasm for Enshale to make folks pile into BULM on this sort of news? I have no clue, so don't make anything of this. I'm mystified like everyone else.
