Class Action Lawsuit guys... I've mentioned this before. Read the Time Magazine article from May 2009. Bianchi outright lied saying Drank would be in major and specific stores by the end of the year. I don't have the article, but I believe he mentioned CVS, Walgreens, and Safeway by name.
Supreme Court recently locked down on class actions by stockholders, you can't even file without evidence the dishonest practices led to an increase in stock prices.
WELL... Look at the charts. The article ran on 5/9/09. It had closed the previous day at $1.40, then skyrocketed To $2.50 within a single month! The prices jumped 10 cents the very next day after the story ran. I think we can argue his LIES caused this impact on stock prices.
Beyond that, time after time they have reported false statements about their intentions... Where is the proof they ever attempted anything they mentioned in their BS year end report a couple of years ago...
I don't have the time or means to investigate much further but I hope one of you two-three folks who have watched our investment rot and die together is friends with someone who could at least answer if it's a legitimate suit to consider. I'm one of the suckers who kept buying as it surged, so even if they paid out on the amount anyone was robbed by paying over 1.40 at the time I know it would be worth a whole lot more than my shares are worth now.
Any basis WHATSOEVER to the MJ "rumor" or is this another attempt by people to pump the stock? Doubt it. A little odd when suddenly a bunch of people flood the board for one day and disappear. I looked on Twitter and people were hyping IBGH with links to articles from 2009.
Would a buyout really help us? I'm not stock expert but wouldn't we just either get a sell-off offer at probably a really low price based on where the price is now, or get our shares converted into an equivalent of the new owner? So if Pepsi bought it you'd get the equivalent amount of Pepsi shares based on price (which for me would be like 10 shares?)
I've been dreaming of the days when this thing sores back over $1.50. They really seemed like the next Red Bull 4 years ago. That article in Time Magazine had me convinced.
Come on man give us something better than that. You talked to the CEO and all you got is that they didn't put out a PR 4 months ago? Is he answering phones because he's the secretary now too since they've lost all their money?
Remember when we got excited that they finally had a new PR company? Funny thing is after 6 months they have about 130 fans, and I personally got about 35 of them to like the page.
I've got enough money in this thing that I'll be set if they ever rebound. I'm rooting for it, but I'm pissed. I remember a time where 1 PR per week was the norm.
Where are you seeing this? Their facebook page hasn't been updated since Christmas.
What kills me is that this drink is actually an awesome product.
It has cool branding. It tastes great. It works incredibly well.
I've had problems sleeping on Sunday nights since High School, I drink one of these at 9pm and I'm sleeping like a baby by 10p.
Everyone I've ever had try/buy one comes back the next day and is amazed at how well it works. It's not the type of drink you'll drink every day like some people do with energy drinks, but there is definitely a huge market if they would just get it back in stores and start marketing again.
What is up with the PR teams they keep going for? They make a half assed facebook page, do a giveaway, and give up. If they get this thing back on the news and in stores like in 2009 it could still be the next big thing. There's other anti-engergy drinks, but none has really grabbed that ring in pop-culture, there is still nothing on the RedBull/Monster/Rockstar level. There will be eventually, it's inevitable, I just don't know if this company is even trying anymore.
I have a buy in at .0078 if you want out.
What is the point of a purchase of only 100 shares? Total purchase price of about $1.60? Someone trying to play with the share price? It costs more than that just for the transaction on most websites.
It was all about the publicity back then. I remember 1-2 PR's a week announcing new distribution in new markets.
They are showing signs of life. They finally have the new facebook page moving, although there's practically no traffic yet, it had to start somewhere. If they ever remove the contest from 3 summers ago from their website I'll really feel good.
Some of the true penny traders who bought in low trying to turn a quick profit.
I've been holding/buying since early 2009, outside of the fact that I'm currently heavy in the red, I'm not even going to consider selling until this thing hits $.50, and honestly, if it ever gets there, it will probably be in the midst of a skyrocket. If you don't believe me, check the charts from around 2008.
I do...
He is one of the distributors they are going after for breach of contract. This article is from the good ole days when Drank actually appeared to be expanding nationally.

Here's the problem, a big buy happens at a discounted bulk price and others start to freak out b/c they think last price sold is indicative of the current value. Now the ask is entirely lower than it should be. I'll gladly take another 10k at the current ask. I'm in til the end regardless, I will sell this thing for a massive profit, or run it into the the ground for a complete write-off.
Getting close to the 52 week high. Despite no news yet, kudos to the investors smart enough to hold out.
I'm extremely frustrated by the last couple of years, I've been averaging down over time, but I originally bought in around the $1.50 range. At the time they were in rap videos, all over the news, and had a great feature in TIME Magazine. PR's were almost weekly, and when the struck a national deal with 7-11 I thought things were going to explode.
I think they got totally screwed by the FDA forcing them to battle over the "supplement vs beverage" crap. I still believe this has potential get back to a few dollars if the hype machine starts up agaain. The drink is delicious and works incredibly by the way.
They should get Lil Wayne to advertise this crap as a safe alternative to the stuff that kills people. Look at what 50 Cent did for Vitamin Water.
Here we go again... We are well out of the date range for previous filings. This company went from constant PRs, marketing, and expansion to not bothering to have a Facebook page or file earnings outside of a random motivated week in March.
New website... same old crap.. Still advertising the summer contest in November? Looks like a dead company to me, and I was it's biggest defender. I'll take the 300 bucks I have left on this $5000 investment and ride it into the ground at this point. Lesson learned about penny stocks, really thought I had a winner once it got 7-11 distribution and hit 2 bucks...
They even removed their facebook and twitter pages.
is that your pps ricky? Mine is .30 now after averaging down a boatload over the last year.
Well I tried to get in at .025 and now I had to buy at .07 because I'm worried/ PRAYING that this thing is going to start a full on assault. Been getting tons of press recently!!!
I own over 18k shares so if this thing ever gets back towards where it was I'm gonna be a happy man.
Can stockholders sue this guy for blatantly lying?
This is from Mid- 2009
And consumers are drinking it up. Bianchi, whose company trades publicly on the over-the-counter market, is making very bold promises for Drank and its potential shareholders. "By the end of the year, I will be in every grocery store in America and every food-drug chain in America, just like Red Bull," Bianchi boasts. "I'm in negotiations with every major drug chain and every major grocery store chain, and I will go on the record and say it's with them contacting us, without our solicitation to them." Bianchi rattles off the list of chains he says have come calling: Walgreens, CVS, Sam's Club, Costco, Wal-Mart, Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Safeway.

Have you sold all your shares? Assuming you owned some at any point
The fact is you're right that this stock has been utter crap for the past year. I'm done defending it, at this point I could sell all my shares, but I've already lost so much that what is left isn't even worth giving up on a miracle for. I'm considering it all a total loss and I'll check back in a year and if its worth anything whatsoever I'll be thrilled a buy myself a few burgers off the dollar menu.
Utterly despicable management. Bianchi is a fraud and a con-man...either that or just a terrible businessman. How did they many to lose money in the first quarter despite cutting deals with 7-11 and Circle K within the past year. No PR's for a few months at one point this year... FDA issue apparently gets cleared then they don't even issue a PR to clear it up for everyone?
Read the TIME article from last year... he went "on the record" as saying that Target, Wal-Mart etc were approaching THEM about getting the drink on shelves...what a load of lies. Seriously, if we can prove those comments were false can we sue this dude?
The idea for the drink is great. They managed to catch the media's attention. It was on all kinda of FOX and NBC newcasts, mentioned on the View and even Conan O'brien. Did they just totally give up or are they just THAT bad at running a company.
Do the stockholders have any chance at forcing their hand? On other message boards they've been calling and talking to people at the headquarters, but what they are getting is mostly crap.
Yes actually I created a name just to talk to you and find out what your reasons are so being so interested and adamant against this stock. I am not a typical stockholder I invest in this company because I think it has great potential. The stock has undoubtedly tanked over the past year but it's so low and the PR's have returned since the FDA thing is cleared so I will continue to throw some of my extra money at this stock. The volume has always been low, but no one knows when this drink might really explode in popularity.
I don't really don't get why you come on here everyday and try to convince people to sell off or not buy. Just look at the posts on here, about a 1/3 of them are you making derogatory statements about the stock. Why do you take IBGH so personal?
That's exactly what I'm doing and bringing down my price per share... but why do you insist on continually coming on this board and telling everyone how horrible this stock is? You don't need to tell people the price is down anyone can see that, you seem to have some personal vendetta. Do you go on discussion boards for every poor performing stock?
It's really odd how you seems to take such great joy in watching the price go down unless you have other motives. You clearly follow this stock on a regular basis, that doesn't really make sense for someone with no financial interest.
What is it with you guys? MrStyle why have you been flooding the boards with anti-ibgh propaganda for so long? If you really think the stock is so horrible why would do you constantly post on here? I think you are doing your share to try to put out negativity to get naive people to sell off so you can buy in low.
And for your antagonist... if you thought .65 was the bottom like you said so long ago, why have you not bought any shares now that it's in the 20's?
The good PR's have started coming out almost once a week like they were last year when the price was hovering between 1-2 bucks. It's obvious the FDA thing was a bigger threat that admitted because they didn't put out a PR for almost two months during that span. Now that it's been cleared up (you can find the letter from IBGH explaining the conclusion online), they can focus on expanding again.
The drink continues to expand to many markets and now even 7-11's in Canada. Eventually, if people have just a little damn patience, the drink is going to become a household name...it's inevitable. Every time the drink hits a new market the local affiliates pick up on the story in both news broadcasts as well as internet stories...it's a media darling.
That is great hype to have for a new beverage, how long until 60 minutes or one of these shows pick up on this? (Oh wait, it's already been on the View, Conan O'brien, and Good Morning America) This drink (weed in a can) has the same bits of controversy that Red Bull (liquid cocaine) had. Red Bull came out in like 1988 and didn't become huge until what the mid 90's? It takes time. By the time the drink becomes a household name it will already be too late to try to get yourself shares dirt cheap.
