Have you sold all your shares? Assuming you owned some at any point
The fact is you're right that this stock has been utter crap for the past year. I'm done defending it, at this point I could sell all my shares, but I've already lost so much that what is left isn't even worth giving up on a miracle for. I'm considering it all a total loss and I'll check back in a year and if its worth anything whatsoever I'll be thrilled a buy myself a few burgers off the dollar menu.
Utterly despicable management. Bianchi is a fraud and a con-man...either that or just a terrible businessman. How did they many to lose money in the first quarter despite cutting deals with 7-11 and Circle K within the past year. No PR's for a few months at one point this year... FDA issue apparently gets cleared then they don't even issue a PR to clear it up for everyone?
Read the TIME article from last year... he went "on the record" as saying that Target, Wal-Mart etc were approaching THEM about getting the drink on shelves...what a load of lies. Seriously, if we can prove those comments were false can we sue this dude?
The idea for the drink is great. They managed to catch the media's attention. It was on all kinda of FOX and NBC newcasts, mentioned on the View and even Conan O'brien. Did they just totally give up or are they just THAT bad at running a company.
Do the stockholders have any chance at forcing their hand? On other message boards they've been calling and talking to people at the headquarters, but what they are getting is mostly crap.
