Would a buyout really help us? I'm not stock expert but wouldn't we just either get a sell-off offer at probably a really low price based on where the price is now, or get our shares converted into an equivalent of the new owner? So if Pepsi bought it you'd get the equivalent amount of Pepsi shares based on price (which for me would be like 10 shares?)

I've been dreaming of the days when this thing sores back over $1.50. They really seemed like the next Red Bull 4 years ago. That article in Time Magazine had me convinced.
