September to Remember?
I can feel the MCIC sparks from here.
GRLT 4 LIFE!
Essentially the ideal reverse merger
Which has happened in the OTC many times in the past
Not sure but definitely looks like someone is buying under the radar.
Was it even filed?
Could be new merger company
Damn
MCIC 4 Life
Have a good (and safe) weekend everyone!
I got 5 on it
I’m not worried (don’t be worried)
MCIC
MCIC finish the story!!!
What a perfect start to the week
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MCIC/security
We are approaching the summer of MCIC
Are you ready?
Likely someone buying up early before the possible merger. Could be family/friends of said individual or entity.
OTC too busy prepping its site for the MCIC mega merger
Yup got the same error
$MCIC time to finish the story!
Any serious pressure sends this into the Pennie’s
Perfect timing. Not much happening in OTC - can you imagine if the majority invested here?
Setting up nicely before a possible merger
Could be…it would make sense
I believe there are no pending lawsuit against Ben or MCIC. Can anyone confirm?
MCIC could be on that list (possibly near the top), based on its favorable SS and ideal candidate.

Target company will need to provide 2 recent years of audited financials.
You are correct, and likely second quarter will show an increase in professional fees.
Exactly. So taking those hours for a lawyer and accountant to work together for a merger makes more sense.
Ya it’s a significant number to loan with no return, especially with interest rates where they are today.
To put it in to perspective
$18k in professional fees is what an accountant might charge for a small business’s entire year
$18k in hours billed could be around 60 hours x $300/hr, and that’s just for the quarter
I agree. The jump in professional fees could be the hint for merger.
You can’t have negative revenue lmao.
The company is operating at a loss lol. You need to learn how to read financial statements.
I will say that the $18k increase in professional fees could be to pay the lawyer/accountant for a possible merger
Haha. Also retained earnings of -400k

Here’s the link to the abysmal Q, since Sirant was too scared to post it lol
$18,200 last Q paid for professional fees
0 revenue last Q looks good lol
Interesting. If it’s the local transportation business - doesn’t make sense to go public. Wasn’t it just a limo driving people around the local area?
