There should be another one from TDGI giving some more details on the partnership.
Because if you use June 1 then we are up almost 10% or Aug 9 we are up over 35%!! But that wouldn't fit the narrative now would it. ;)
That's simple... but let him explain it in his own words.
TDGI partners with Regal Entertainment (NYSE: RGC)
Regal Entertainment Group Presents Exclusive Release of All's Faire In Love
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sep 26, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Regal Entertainment Group RGC, a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theater circuit in the United States, is proud to partner with Hannover House and Patriot Pictures to offer moviegoers the opportunity to see the exclusive release of All's Faire In Love beginning Friday, October 28, 2011.
Set in the world of Renaissance Faires, All's Faire in Love is a film reminiscent of such successful films as Shakespeare In Love and The Princess Bride. The tale begins when college football star Will (Owen Benjamin) arrives at "All's Faire in Love... Renaissance Faire" to work off his class non-attendance obligation to Prof. Shockworthy (Cedric the Entertainer) by joining the rag-tag peasants of the Greenbriar Theater Troupe.
The same is true for Kate (Christina Ricci), a performer who left her investment banking opportunities to join her cousin Jo (Louise Griffiths) to blossom on stage and in Will's heart. Will and Kate get the chance to prove themselves when the Faire's chief benefactress creates the ultimate competition to determine who will be a "Royal" and who a "Common Peasant" ...threatening to hand over the Troupe's most coveted Shakespearean stage at the Faire - to the treacherous and devious Troupe of Royal lead by Rank (Chris Wylde). Will and Kate must overcome all manner of opposition and treachery to prove their worth, win the day, and perhaps... together ...fall in love.
"Regal is excited to partner with Hannover House and Patriot Pictures on the exclusive release of All's Faire In Love," stated Greg Dunn, President and COO of Regal Entertainment Group. "This film has been a strong performer on the film festival circuit and we are proud to offer our guests the exclusive opportunity to see this great comedy on the big screen."
"This is an exciting opportunity for all parties," said Eric Parkinson, CEO of Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc. "The exclusive distribution relationship with Regal will enable us to maximize our marketing efforts and create a greater overall visibility of the film."
In addition to the support from Regal, Hannover House will implement a full-scale theatrical release campaign for the film. A publicity media day is being organized for Thursday, October 20 in Los Angeles and Tuesday, October 25 in New York City. Hannover House is the entertainment division of Target Development Group, Inc. (TDGI.PK).
Tickets will be on sale at participating theatre box offices and online at REGmovies.com starting Friday, October 14, 2011.

How much you want to bet that as soon as I put in a bid for 300k at .029 he yanks it?
LOL, as soon as a few hits to the ask went through ETMM ran away. They don't want to sell, they are just trying to scare people into dumping to their bid. Nothing but silly childish games.
Try and hit it though... watch how fast it gets yanked. It's nothing but a scare tactic.
He's probably referring to the shareholder meeting video, which is available in full in the IBox along with some shorter clips of certain topics.
Nice chart, thanks Surf!
On fri they announced that they inked a deal with the biggest movie theater chain in the country. Chart is breaking out.
"Target Development Group Inc. (Pinksheets: TDGI.PK - News) CEO Eric Parkinson announced an exclusive distribution deal with Regal Entertainment Group, Inc."
LOL, "only" in the largest theater chain is bad. LOL. Yeah that's like saying a company that signs an exclusive deal to sell a product in WalMart is a bad thing because it will "only" be available in Walmart. LOL
All's Faire in Love having a really good showing in theaters will then lead to TDGI having more money to acquire more and better films to continue building on.

Regal is the nation’s largest theatre circuit, with over 6,775 screens, and that their film and marketing teams have agreed to provide maximum marketing and promotional support for the film due to this being their first, exclusive venture.
That's huge!

Wow, sounds great. That's yet another big partner for TDGI. SeaWorld, MGM, 20th Century Fox, and now Regal Entertainment!
It was in one of the filings, but they said they hadn't decided if they were going to amend Q2 or simply put the numbers into the Q3. So apparently they decided to just put them in Q3, which is why Q3 will look fantastic.
No one is falling for the little games this average Joe is playing on the Ask trying to get people to panic sell to his bid.
Well, they are in the movie industry which is generally fairly recession proof for the most part.
Yep, Q3 should look very nice, and Q4 with Turtle DVDs and All's Faire should look really nice as well.
Yes, it's a very impressive thing. And the first 10M shares that went to Graham were the ones originally slated for "Management Compensation" in the filings, but Eric and Fred instead used them to pay off company debt. So instead of benefitting themselves they decided to use them to share holders benefit! What a great company!
In almost 2 years now the O/S has only gone up a bit over 1% !!! So basically no dilution at all. To claim there is "a lot of dilution" would be like claiming that a glass 99% full is "nearly empty"... completely laughable!
That is what was originally there when I replied to your post. It was a valid point of discussion about standard industry practice of moving dates, so I didn't see the point for me to change my post to reflect your editted post.
Yep, seems like some average Joe is trying to box in the price hoping to scare people into selling to his high bid. Pretty obvious from watching L2.
Moving movie dates are standard in the industry. Even the big boys like Sony and Marvel Studios do it regularly. So it's not anything but standard industry practice if Hannover House decides to move All's Faire to a different date.

ROFL... now I know TDGI is a great stock... when the current "negative" for the company is they are selling out all of their product! LOL
LOL, sold out fast! Which explains why the numbers dropped, kind of hard to keep those moving average numbers high if you already sold out the first batch of DVDs!
Must be a great stock if the only "negatives" are complaining about year old things or the current pps.
Just shows how great of a company TDGI is when the only negatives anyone can seem to find is months old stuff that is trivial at best or stuff that happens regularly in the movie industry by even huge distributors like Fox, Sony, etc
Sorry, that is untrue. The $340,000 was nothing more than the advance for the film.
