This whole EIGH situation is a great teachable moment

It truly is except for the reasons you stated. One of the many
things that should be learned from this its time to run when a pink stock in the .20's declares a .10 dividend when they do not have real earnings to pay for it and the executive team isn't aware of how and why dividends are paid. I believe they termed that as being clumsy.

Also, since when is the SEC investigating alleged trading during the suspension. I have heard of that happening.

They call themselves clumsy. I call it completely stupid. The company did not understand what can be classified as retained profits. They just ASSUMED it. They declared a dividend without advisers or legal council. Stockholders are in worse shape than I thought.

Shot Spirits Intl has a partnership with BPG. How can it be implied as fact that BPG is also a "wholly-owned sub." If that
was true it should say that Shot Spirits Intl and its wholly owned sub BPG. A partnership doesnt make it a subsidiary.
I own this stock but this doesnt offer much confirmation.
