in INCC's case, being the "tenant"……you want the freebies….., BUT…... to get the FREEBIES ( legit business dealings ) YOU NEED TO HAVE the "goods" a normal credit record and a level of OPERATIONAL history for a landlord to offer "tenant" friendly terms……
I SEE VERY LITTLE IN INCC'S FAVOR TO MOTIVATE A REAL…..REAL landlord to offer freebies that are bona-fide advantages to the tenant………SO……I don't like how INCC broadcasts all the freebies they got, because they don't have the "goods" ……AND……combine that with the Talari history, and the deal gets NOWHERE…………which is why the PPS didn't budge at all

figuring out if INCC-has-merit-has-always-been-the-goal,,from the late June days til now,….
my first impression was "possible buy/hold" but before I ever choose that in a PENNY, the DD must be consistent 100% non-toxic…..there can be some failures, but no toxic type of failure…i.e. BK's,,,,,multiple OTC stock tickers over last few years, zero start up capital….ANY toxic ties
UNFORTUNATELY, a few pieces of DD are not good here….toxic since August…..so it has always been a FLIP candidate, and 15% is where I get out unless the run allows for free shares after GAINING initial capital, which only occurs through PENNY luck
I'm all ears to absorb the positive INCC DD, if it is there……..but I don't take PR's on faith, there must be some logical evidence or string of accomplishment that is shared with investors, otherwise its an INSINCERE attempt to get money before achievement….if thats the case, I have more trust in those that identify the opportunity as such
INCC has steadfastly claimed that all of its future prospects are guaranteed to meet projections, and then we see no TRAIL of success in any of the relationships, no names to verify the prior success
my research strengths here are the real state/Salida/Mehos portion, the licensing issue, and the CEO history. Mehos was the key element in my attraction here…….none of the rest holds an ounce of water, and the recent shift away from Mehos land operations, to another land owner ( who happens to be in a VERY RURAL and untrafficked portion of CO (La Vita ) there are no volume destinations or traffic counts for LaVita, this would be strictly GROW land,no retail impact, location speaking, Salida is packed with tourists and is a corridor, although the competition has got a huge leg up.
with what is really here, INCC has a couple 24 hr FLIPS left in it, and if the same corporate attitude remains after those next couple promo runs,,,this will be ripped apart by the inaction and lack of ethics….I'm not risking any more FLIPS past the next 2 cycles, and all I look for is 15%, which means most my gains are made in less risk adverse portfolios……………… average play 8,10 PENNYs per yr,
usually only post on the highly questionable ones to caution and know the TRADING perils as best as possible…
…you know the cliche,,,keep friends close…..enemies closer …. LOSSES are the enemy
