thats what shareholders here have witnessed…….INCC lowered its A/S from a "NO ONE WOULD INVEST IN" level of several BILLION shares to 2B shares so people would even consider buying the stock…………FUNNY because the A/S is so easily changed (without prior notice, especially in the PENNYS)
and INCC filed an UNAUDIted 2 page set of financial papers from a QUICKEN books program….WOOHOO
these 2 pieces of evidence are ALL that INCC has shown anyone……….NOTHING ELSE has been offered up to view, for 6 months
so because INCC did those 2 items….THEY ARE GOLDEN???……..only for inexperienced shareholders, and those are REALLY feeling the heat of premature buying
the MERE FACT that Uccello runs a PUBLIC company and then says its patent and financing are all PRIVATE makes a ton of sense…..REALLY????
the fact that INCC has no tangible ASSETS ( all on paper/words ) and no prior experience in the MJ sector is NOT A PROBLEM either…….REALLY?
MANY have called the CEO to elaborate on the TRUE status of Gro Pro and ANY consulting contracts that INCC may have……….NOT ONE public comment for the shareholders……..Gro Pro was promised to be ready in Oct 2014,,,,,,,,,,,,,as of today,,,,,NO CONSULTUING INCOME or announced management contracts………all HUGE deals with plans to REAP POT revenues in May, August of 2015……INCC opened its doors for business 9 months ago……….ON WHAT BASIS should we believe an irrigation and consulting business earns money………PUTTING OUT PR's???? works for a LOSING handful of hopeful investors…..and plenty have come and gone already
the research that is REQUIRED to ascertain if INCC is a company worth investing in ( versus FLIPPING ) is easy to do, seems like you know the ramifications of the "dark" aspect of non SEC reporting stocks, and the high % of how those companies turn out……..NOT GOOD…..and thats a FACT that a "theatrical" A/S reduction and 2hr ACCTNG 101 print out cant change
