MAKET has DECIDED….INCC-needs-to-VERIFY-its-business…..enough of the FACADE and streaming of "new opportunities"

how about getting the Sept "promises" DONE and show the financing…..EVERY "discreet" investor I know wouldn't mind the company they are financing to enjoy a boost of confidence, PPS and general financial stability, so CUT the "quiet period" attitude INCC………SHOW US…... or get DUMPED!!!
