As soon as it gets to .31 watch that ask block move up to .315 or something similar, just MM games
Hello $Pistol_Pete$,
Off topic question, I see you have also brought up $ARTH on that board? What are your thoughts on that play? Thanks in advance!
TPNI on the move again?? Let's get this started!
Hey Flex, what are your feeling on TPNI? Good accumulation around .0013 would you agree, along with a nice close to .0014
Well I'm new to your board Flex, missed out on arcs, but I hope to make up for it with TPNI, I'm in and ready!

VDSC - Third Quarter Financial statement being released tomorrow.
Flex, after reading your alert on VDSC and doing a little DD, I took the plunge at an average of 0019. Any expectations once the financials are released as promised by the CEO? TIA
Huge buy, over 1.2M shares a couple minutes ago.
Typical last day of the week/month/and quarter! I also would not be concerned with today's low volume day. Can't wait to see what Monday has in store for us.
Hey, thanks for the post. Just read the article, this appears to be some sort of mexican national news website similar to USAToday.com. The article basically describes the Endexx dispensary vending machine business model. The article describes the process of ordering thru your iPhone and picking up your order at the vending machine along with other accessories such as rolling paper etc.
You are correct, that short data tells us very little. Most stocks have some short activity, especially thinly traded stocks. Market makers routinely have to borrow shares to make sure they are able to fulfill stock orders and sometimes because of this they are forced to go short. On rare occasions when there is a lot of demand for a thinly traded stock, market makers can get stuck in short positions they were forced to take to fulfill orders thus creating even higher demand for shares driving the price even higher. However, based on volume on this stock the market makers are safe and the short data you see being reported is most likely market makers temporarily borrowing shares to provide liquidity for edxc orders.
Wow exciting times for SCRC shareholders! What will happen if this breaks the all time high in the .49-.50 range?
Thanks everyone, read the PR and that is exactly why I took the plunge. I have been burned before when companies use shares to pay off debts so this news is awesome. Very excited about what is ahead, I just hope I have time to add more before this really takes off. Good luck to everyone!
Yes I am, got in today although very small amount compared to some of you. About 5k, shares not dollars!
New to this board, just wanted to point out that ARCA is not a market maker. It is an electronic exchange run by NYSE that is used by various market makers.
To clarify please visit: http://usequities.nyx.com/markets/nyse-arca-equities/market-making
When looking at L2 you may not get a complete picture based on what ARCA is reporting because that figure can represant several MM. In addition, some market makers may also have their own L2 Bid and Ask in addition to what they submitted to ARCA, which means that certain Bids and Asks could be double counted.
IS DPBE required to file financial statement?
Quote:
Ah, okay. Yes, no need for the CEO to speak in public or release company information to all shareholders...or file required financial statements with the SEC. No need for any of that.
Directly from the SEC web page
http://www.sec.gov/answers/pink.htm
..OTC Link does not require companies whose securities are quoted on its systems to meet any listing requirements.
...Most of these issuers do not meet the minimum listing requirements for trading on a national securities exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market. Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC
Therefore because DPBE is listed in the OTC is is not required to file any financial statements. Everyone should know that before deciding to invest their money in any OTC stock. Sometimes when you play with fire you get burned.

1. A device providing biological protection against the electromagnetic waves emitted by a mobile telephone receivable in the device, wherein said device includes a protective element protecting against the electromagnetic waves and made at least in part from a highly conducting metallic material, and arranged forming an open, generally concave receptacle, approximately in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners whose base forms a flat or slightly concave protective screen which is arranged to be located between the mobile telephone and its user, and whose periphery covering the thickness forms a protective frame of curvilinear section, with the mobile telephone being held in the concave space of the protective element by at least one retention or attachment device in non-conducting, insulating material, positioned in the receptacle to maintain an electrically insulating space with a thickness of at least 2 mm between the metallic part of the protective element and the mobile telephone, with the screen and the frame being made, at least in part, from a highly conducting material and arranged so that the part of the screen made from a highly conducting material is in electrically conducting contact with the part of the frame made from a highly conducting material to protect against the electromagnetic waves and concave overall to at least partially constitute the protective element.
Thanks for your insight, I agree with you. Now regarding VOIS I am very confident this stock will eventually breakout of its current range. Like I posted some days ago, were are churning through this current level and forming a base for the next run. How big will the run be? There is no way to tell you just have to be in when it happens.
But you are right, while we wait this is dead money. In the meantime all I can say is be vigilant and continue to study other stocks even if you miss those other runs.
Nobody has an extra $200 to take out that ask at 24???
Absolutely agree, basically it's a waiting game while we churn out those shares. After that we shall see!
If you are wondering why this stock is being held back, two words: toxic financing. From the 10Q, Note 10 we get the following numbers,
Securities Purchase Agreements with the following
January Asher Enterprises $32,500
February Hanover Holding $16,500
February Magna Group $40,000
March Asher Enterprises 32,500
March Hanover Holdings 16,500
March Magna Group $40,000
If you add the totals you get $178,000 in financing. How many millions of shares does this translate to? The 10Q states that Magna converted the first $40,000 into 18M shares (that's .0022 per share) and the second $40,000 into 30M shares (that's .0013 per share). I would assume the other lenders got similar deals, the 10Q does not specify what their conversion rate was. So basically they bought millions of shares at huge discounts from current prices so they are trying to unload at any price above their discount.
I think you just described every single otc penny stock
Great article about market makers if you ever wanted to know how they work, please read:
http://shockertrades.blogspot.com/2011/05/market-maker-speaks-out-ways-of-market.html
"Throw the charts out of the windows" applies to most pennystocks. Charts cannot predict when insiders are going to start dumping 30 million shares onto the market.
In response to your comment about VOIS potential, the best comment I have read about all penny stocks in general is that when analyzing these stocks you are not buying based on potential, you are buying based on the potential of potential value. Just trying to keep this and any other pennystock plays in perspective.
"Most penny stock companies have nothing of real value.... they are traded on potential value only.... and potential value is decided by traders as a group, thus emotions driving the market."
Agreed, strong support at .003, I reloaded at .0033 and ready for another FLEX!
Very thin Level 2, we may be looking at a repeat of WPNV from last week, which was another FLEX play, imo.
I do not see INVA listed as a pump and dump on any of the well known websites that list pump and dumps. Could you please list the website or service that mentioned INVA as a pump and dump?
Hey Flex, I bought at .001 a few weeks back following your alert and I immediately set the sell trigger at .0015. So I sold on Tuesday for a nice 50% profit. Thanks.
Hello everyone, quick correction, tnxi did not make .05 cents a share. Thanks to some accounting magic as you see here:
"Net income for the third quarter was $14.2 million, or $0.05 per share, compared to net income of $78,000, or $0.00 per share, in the third quarter last year; the gain is primarily due to the Company’s recapitalization in the third quarter, which resulted in $16.5 million of other income related to the extinguishment of debt."
TNXI needs an eps based on actual sales and revenue not accounting maneuvering. I will keep watching. GL to all.
Actually, support levels were broken, breaking resistance is when the stock rises above a certain price level.
However, keep in mind that the 11 cent earnings included a 5 million credit related to the warrants. Without the credit tnxi is looking at a loss of over $1.6 million. It does no even matter that the warrants will not be a factor going forward. Were are the $5 million dollars going to come from next quarter?
My point is that the gap closing is a sign of weakness, either lots of selling pressure or lack of demand. Windows or gaps are typically good points of price support, when they get closed expect lower lows. The bears are definitely in control until news comes out!
I don't understand why you would think that closing the gap is a good think. From a candlestick point of view this just means that the previous support level is gone and the new support level just went lower, we are drifting lower and lower....we need good news desperately.
Go to the following page http://www.hoovers.com/global/msn/index.xhtml?pageid=10021 and click through all the recent IPOs for this month. Compare the day the stock went public to the filing date. You will find that most of the listings have taken about 5-6 month to start trading some even longer. Wonder, for example, filed their S1 in Dec 09 so about three months sound about right
thank you for your response, I consider myself a long term holder though I do not have as large a position as others here, about 45,000 at an average of .08. For me this is a rather conservative bet, as you stated we have good revenues and a good outlook. For me long term means 6-12 mos..lol. What worries me is what role the warrants will play as the price moves to .30. Does anyone have a plan as to what they will do if the pps reaches .30? My gut feeling is to take the 4x increase and cash in. Does anyone really expect the creditors not to exercise their shares when this hits .30?
ok, maybe news about how their going to replace their two large legacy customers?
About positive eps for next quarter, are you sure the warrant liabilities are a one time charge? Can anyone clarify if the warrants will always be counted as liabilities until they are converted to shares?
maybe we should keep our expectations in check, those warrants at .30 cents are acting like a heavy anchor on the pps
let me try to understand you, the company aired an initial 1 week trial and now is in the middle of the 5th week of a 7 week trial of its FIRST product and you expect to see profits already??? Maybe the company should tweet or text us all every time a squeegee is sold. Would that make you feel better? Just wondering.
all good points, thank you
