Management has a good strategy. Unfortunately we do not have a recording of the conference call. Revenues are about to ramp up. 'Gone Until December' premiers in a few weeks. Orange Drive and, Fashions' Night Out are coming up quickly. Expect announcements regarding the pending acquisition of Track Entertainment and stock uplisting in the coming months. This is a good place to hang. Super low float and not much seller supply at these levels. The more we can keep these cheap shares in our hands, the higher this will go when the next wave catches on. These types of investments take time.
This event should begin ramping up soon. Announcements of star talent commitments and music line-up could bring some interest. This stock is extremely thin now. A few currently impatient shareholders will show up to offer a few shares to new buyers, but it is nothing but up once a new investor group comes in. Buy range moving up from <.015 to .015-.02.

Why is that odd? They acquired the tech from Cape.
The point is that customers were not necessarily lost. They may or may not have also used Cape Pack and/or Truckfill. You speculate otherwise.
Seriously?! Companies merge with shells everyday. A simple reverse split would have been more financially prudent if that was the goal. Why would a company pay all the expenses of a merger just to reduce the number of shares? Especially if the presumed objective was to dilute to raise capital. If capital is needed, why bother with the expense?
The net loss was primarily attributed to the issuance of preferreds for the extinguishment of debt and the administrative costs of the merger.

They plan to have another conference call before the end of the year. Here is a bit of what we heard.
Projected revenues for the year are between $7 million low end and $20 million high end.
The company is nearly paying its own way now.
We should know about the pending Track Entertainment acquisition shortly. They are completing due diligence on the syndicated markets nationwide.
They have filmed four locations for "Gone Until December." The show is 100% owned by USSE and begins to air on DirecTV late September.
They are preparing for Fashion's Night Out which is 24% owned by USSE.
Orange Dr. will be a much larger event this year. Last year they only had a few months to plan. This year they have had the entire year. The line-up should begin to be announced in the coming months. They have high expectations this year. The company makes money on just about every aspect of this event: ticket, food, beverage, and merchandise sales.
Typically this is not the case. UCRP has put out plenty of public releases.
If they are related, then about 34.5 million left. Thanks for keeping the board updated. I have been monitoring the SS, but haven't been updating it much. There hasn't been much of a change. Almost there.

Series Part of NBC New York’s Go Healthy Campaign
New York, NY August 16, 2011 – Union Square Agency (USSE Corp., Pink OTC Symbol: UCRP) recently wrapped up its production of The Great American Health Challenge: NYC. 12 episodes of this docu-reality series were produced by Union Square Media. The episodes aired on NBC New York Nonstop.
The Great American Health Challenge: NYC is part of NBC New York’s Go Healthy New York campaign. Hosted by NBC 4 New York’s reporter Lauren Scala, it calls upon participants from the five boroughs to complete a series of “healthy” tasks in order to become the “healthiest” borough. The final episode will culminate with the crowning of the winning team and healthiest borough.
The Go Healthy New York campaign was supported by many brands such as GE, Whole Foods Market, Bed Bath & Beyond with its partners Carpenter Co. and Sleepbetter.org, Mount Sinai Medical Center, The Vision Council, Walgreens and Chelsea Piers. The contestants will take home prizes provided by GE, Whole Foods Market, Sleepbetter.org, Xbox 360 Kinect, Crunch Gyms, Spaweek.com, Pirate’s Booty, Chelsea Piers, Cabot Cheese, Chop’t Creative Salad, Bed Bath & Beyond and the grand prize from Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa.
