i think the concern is expected.
That PR was worded so poorly and the company has done no follow up to help clarify. When you call them, they dont even have an answer.
that macy's link is great!
read the part where it says "If you purchase shares between the Record Date and the Payable Date, you are entitled to
receive an amount of split shares equal to the shares you purchased"
how sweet of a deal would that have been? Buy it friday then sell yesterday and then on wednesday shares magically appear in your account? Holy crap that would have been fun.
obviously would never happen.
not really a bold prediction, unless of course you mean before the PR. When that PR hits the wire it is going to be a fun ride.
what you are stating is the same as if a company just decided one day to make their stock price a different price.
The board just decides one morning they want to make the stock price a dollar even though it was trading at ten dollars.
The company could award shareholders a dividend of 4 free shares for every one they hold or they can do a 5/1 forward split. They cant do a forward split for half the shareholders and then just arbitrarily decide to lower the price for the other half to match that number.
Do you have any idea the kind of crazy fraud that would happen if this was legal???? Do you really think this is the way it would work?
Thanks for bumping the activity level chloe. As soon as i read your first post I knew we would get lots of defense posts.
Guilty.
it does appear that way.
From what i can gather here so far, there can be one of only two scenarios here. It is either a dividend that would be awarded to shareholders which WOULD NOT be a split. Or it would be a forward split. It cant be both.
If you really think about it logically it is ludicrous to think that they would forward split only a percentage of their shares. They could award 4 extra shares to everybody as a dividend, but what company ever does that?? And what company has enough authorized shares to do that?
According to nasdaq it is a forward split meaning everybody gets split.
Split info posted on nasdaq.
http://www.nasdaq.com/reference/upcoming_splits.stm
ex date is listed as 8/4
this is NOT a dividend.
I just called them.
First person who answered told me that the IR person was on the phone. Then somebody else picked up and told me nobody from IR was there right now. She told me they are being flooded with calls right now and nobody seems to have an answer yet, but they are trying to get it resolved, whatever that means.
I just want to say again, what a stupid PR
is 25% enough of a drop to qualify for a timber post now?
I guess not.
i am not liking this.
I dont have funds right now to get cheap shares so for me this is just a freefall.
why do you predict that it will be so thin up to a penny? I see this same kinda post on almost every board. "Once we break through .00x we will fly! No resistance after that!!!"
These statements are pointless. Most people dont put in orders to sell at twice the current value. This thing hits .0039 let alone .0059 and sell orders at .006 and up will start popping up all over the place.
Those level 2 snapshots you are basing these claims off of are not worth a hill of beans once the stock starts to jump.
thats good to hear because their my-debtlifeline.com site is terrible. The FAQ page doesnt even link to anyhting.
i have had an order in above the ask for a few minutes now and it is not getting filled. anybody else having issues?
looking forward a nice divvy announcement this week. I will be adding first thing tomora.
plenty of swimsuits on those sites. Those two companies obviously dont currently carry Inca. Doesnt mean they wont in the future or havent in the past, just thought that one post was misleading and it needed a bit of clarification.
just out of curiousity how come I cant find Inca on nordstrom.com or on neimanmarcus.com?
crappy thing is I am all tied up at the moment. I switched online brokers and I cant buy pennies for 6 days. So I have two accounts open. One that holds EXPH but has no funds available because I took them out and one that won't let me do squat.
where is the volume on this bad boy?
Why did the company release the PR about the big 10,000 unit production?
Just foreplay?
ooof. No fun.I was really hoping to never see .015 again.
we just cant seem to break .02 and hold. I know we will eventually, but would prefer sooner rather than later :)
ameritrade question... I put in a buy order before I took my son to camp and it only partially filled. I dont see it touching those levels ever aagain. If I modify the remainder will I get charged another commission?
I have spoken to him myself a few times also. I definitely agree that it is nice that he is accessible. He even returned a call to me after a message I left him, that is extremely rare.
Profit is king, and so far this company has it. I have repeated that I am still holding.
Would people really just prefer that no bad information is ever posted? Man some investors just cant handle objective criticism.
have an order placed for this morning. Hoping to enjoy a nice run today. Although I must warn you all it seems I am a run killer these days. The only stock I havent killed was EXPH.
Well I am sure happy I sparked some interest in researching this stock further for people with my BBB post.
Has anybody called the CEO lately or ever? I dont really have a lot of faith in Paul. He is a salesman through and through and will paint everything roses.
Here are some of the things I observed good and bad about this company....
(I posted these on yahoo too)
Good...
The company is profitable.
The company is growing.
They are reporting to pinksheets.com now.
They are very willing to talk to investors.
They are in a good industry for this economy.
Bad...
F rating on the BBB.
Awful PR timing.
Some slightly misleading statements on their website and made by IR.
there was nothing misleading in my post. They have a BBB rating of an F. If you dont care that is fine. You posted a BS report. There isnt even a phone number for the one you posted. It isnt even the name of the company. It has an F because it cant be verified that it was licensed.
Tons of people value consumer reports very highly. I dont. The BBB is certainly not the end all be all of what is a good company. It is a factor that individuals can weigh on their own. I dont like what I see.
As a test I looked up some area restaurants, casinos, and a couple banks. No F's. In fact MGM had an A+ (which actually surprised the heck out of me).
Is it enough for me to sell? No.
But like it or not, they had an F rating.
Can I ask why you chose that Alleged Visa company? You obviously cherry picked it and probably knew that it wasnt actually the mainstream "visa" everybody knows.
Your post is very misleading. If you do further research you will see that that company is actually First National Bank Of Marin.
That address is for their processing center which happens to process their Visa Card.
Thousands of banks and companies offer Visas and Mastercards. That Company happens to have an F rating.
I dont think that is the same "Visa" that you are thinking of. A PO box in henderson NV and the BBB is unable to confirm if this is a licensed company?
I have added all i care to add on the pullback. Please reward me now :)
IFSL rated an F by the Better Business Bureau.

You guys can check for yourselves. I hate to give you know who any ammo, but I figured I should at least share this.
They have a lot of complaints on there. I understand some people will never be happy, just didnt like what I read. I am still holding, but may be reevaluating my position.
Before you write me off as a basher, read my prior posts on IFSL. Good luck to you all.
you are still throwing this garbage around? It has been rebuffed over and over. Is this really the best you have? I actually feel a lot better about this stock all of a sudden. Some basher who desperately wants this stock to fail can only repeat the same tired line over and over in an effort to discredit the company.
Honestly I would give you more credit if you made something up. This is just a constant rerun of total fluff fabricated 100% by you. The best part is, you feel like you have something here. You must feel like chicken little.
My prediction for this week RE: IFSL.
I see a lot of people have convinced themselves that IFSL is undergoing a massive company share buyback program. I disagree with this conclusion. I think this rumor started by a message board poster that manipulated the ceo's pr statement of wanting to buy shares on the open market. While this would be great news, it is not necessary news for stock price success.
Many posters on here have done share price eval. and even at current levels without buyback we are undervalued. Is the o/s share count higher than desired? Of course it is. It always is. I dont deal with pipe dreams, I deal with facts. IFSL is currently undervalued. That is a fact. This company is growing, and it is growing fast.
Our economy is shrinking. People are losing their jobs or taking pay cuts. IFSL is growing during this time. Their services provide value. They spend hours on the phone helping their clients SAVE money. I know I have mentioned this before, but I love that they had a huge phone bill. I was GM for a business that had 8 phone lines with unlimited long distance and we paid 308.30 a month, which included our internet. I was sales manager for a company that ran a call center (lots of people on the phone nonstop) with 32 lines (all with rabbit hunting) and our bill was 2700 per month. I understand the difference in phone bill cost. It is a good signal to me.
IFSL is making money. It is making good money. They are providing a good service and being rewarded for it. Thousands of other companies are losing money and people still buy their stock and get excited when earnings arent as bad as forecasted. This kills me. Companies with earnings forecasts to lose 35 cents a share only lose 29 cents a share and people are giddy. IFSL makes money and we have people bashing their membership numbers???
I bought IFSL based on hope. I added after doing lots of research on this company. I am very excited about where we will go this week and beyond.
The best part about all of this is the fact that IFSL is doing well providing a service that many of us would scoff at. Sooner or later they will branch off into other services that would actually be easier to sell. Think about it for a second. If you help people with NO money and they are willing to pay you, what do you think will happen when they have money and you are willing to help them make MORE money?
I cant promise that IFSL is the Willy Wonka golden ticket, I can only claim that they are an undervalued company making money with a ton of potential that has a stock price less than a penny.
I think the real question becomes how do you justify NOT investing money in something like that? I cant. I see steady growth all week again. I see a small spike based on a PR release, but nothing crazy. I dont buy into the hype about a huge buyback. I dont think it matters if there is.
GLTA.
I am very happy to own this stock.
Most logical share buyback plan I can think of would be to buy right now.
I dont really know how insider trading laws work, but it would seem to me that this would look like the most transparent time possible to buyback shares.
1. The stock is undervalued right now at .003.
2. You have already released your financials.
3. You have already announced that they plan on continuing going forward with a buyback.
4. They have cash.
5. Releasiing a PR that they have bought back an extra however many million shares would then send the price through the moon.
It is basically the perfect storm of transparency and growth. Heck they could even sell the dang shares right before the end of the qtr and then when they released what the profits were for the company that would offset the company selling.
Again I stress I am not familiar with the laws here or the practice of exactly how a buyback works and what you must report. Just expressing my views. GLTA.
The Stop Sign has been removed on pink sheets. That is good to see.
Some IFSL observations...
1. the 250,000 members criticism is valid. That being said, it is no smoking gun. Marketing is not factual. Deal with it. Ever heard the stupid 4 out of 5 users prefer x over y ads? Well if you find a group of 5 people where 4 prefer x, you have a true statement.
2. I was pleased to see that the commission percentage was so high as well as the phone bill. The phone bill especially. They obviously do a ton of business over the phone, which reassures me that there is some substance to what they do. I find their website disappointing so this is encouraging to me.
3. The net income is a solid amount for a growing company. If they can keep growing, which they should in these tough times, things are looking good.
4. I would like to see some revenue from some other sources increase. The financial service market is very broad. If you can claim a niche in one area, you can easily grab others. I look for this to be where their long term growth would have to come from.
5. What is with the PR being released at 12:15 am??? Is the company going to do a follow up? It doesnt even show as current news on some streaming tools for today. Very dissapointed with this move.
6. I think the rise in stock price we are seeing is quite impressive. Very steady daily growth. It is actually pretty remarkable. Obviously I am dissapointed with the quick rise, then the drop, but still very good for long term.
Good luck everybody. I have been lurking for a while and the repeated puck postings put me over the edge to post.
