Most logical share buyback plan I can think of would be to buy right now.

I dont really know how insider trading laws work, but it would seem to me that this would look like the most transparent time possible to buyback shares.

1. The stock is undervalued right now at .003.
2. You have already released your financials.
3. You have already announced that they plan on continuing going forward with a buyback.
4. They have cash.
5. Releasiing a PR that they have bought back an extra however many million shares would then send the price through the moon.

It is basically the perfect storm of transparency and growth. Heck they could even sell the dang shares right before the end of the qtr and then when they released what the profits were for the company that would offset the company selling.

Again I stress I am not familiar with the laws here or the practice of exactly how a buyback works and what you must report. Just expressing my views. GLTA.
