From what i can gather here so far, there can be one of only two scenarios here. It is either a dividend that would be awarded to shareholders which WOULD NOT be a split. Or it would be a forward split. It cant be both.
If you really think about it logically it is ludicrous to think that they would forward split only a percentage of their shares. They could award 4 extra shares to everybody as a dividend, but what company ever does that?? And what company has enough authorized shares to do that?
According to nasdaq it is a forward split meaning everybody gets split.
