Quite agree. IFUS Shareholders are not interested in SA/JS or their cabal and non shareholder feelings. Not interested in drive by-roadside DD WITH 5 year old pics...., not interested in those who send 3rd party people with no interest in IFUS out to do the drive by (which is about what's being done and will soon be proven) and the rest....
Shareholder ARE interested in facts, interested in truth and not conjecture or supposition, and interested in keeping MW as CEO, who we trust and support.
IFUS STRONG
PV tried to get pitty from the court by crying on the stand....Then went back to his beauty parlor to get pitty from the little old ladies he does their hair....poor guy...his shop is close to the site....bet he regrets trying to burn MW and IFUS....now that he, like the dullard boys are on the outside looking in....the whole lot of them are pathetic...
Might want to focus more on the golf swing bcs it's a swing and a miss in here. I have a copy of the state case file, having gone there in person and picked it up. Dullards were in deep trouble and had to settle...they offered their fed case (with zero leverage) as a good faith to close. It's very obvious the dullards came to Marc as posted they would to settle. No way they risk their freedom for $400 k. They were even smart enough to figure this out. Source close to Joe, while on his binge says he is busted over it, and his business.....finished. He tried JG Wentworth to get money....can't get it....
Absolute blogwash.
1. The dullards gave up the fed case bcs they knew they'd lose in state court...there's no interest and will never collect a dime. They served it up on a platter...and it's quite obvious. Ya don't see any motion to go after assets do ya? There would have been a payment plan that would be required by MW within 30 days to be submitted to the court and accepted by the other party. If not, there'd certainly be an asset hearing in a fed case (I've been involved in enough). Usually within 90 days.....so it hasn't and won't happen. It's dead. The fed case was served up on a platter (even though it had zero leverage).
2. I'll defer this for later....but what your saying-no evidence and not true.
3. Who's "we?" Shareholders don't think its a scam. And it's funny there was no punishment that went along with this notion of a judge "excoriating" MW. So....it's no bid deal. Done, played out and over. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
"Every day it becomes more apparent that Walthers is a two bit lying scoundrel who has always made his money off the backs of others." Funny, shareholders don't think so. They continue to support MW, his work in building the business and in simple terms, "aint buying the SA and his Cabal's nonsense."
Yeah, the forensic accountants who weren't forensic....cracks me up. One was an H&R Block guy and the other a defunct CPA.......laughable.
This stock is about to take off. Expecting news to be released very soon.
I've been on site and have seen a lot. Marc is gaining ground, not losing. He has more and more distributors lining up, meaning more sales coming. He has product being made and getting shipped constantly. He has irons constantly in the fire and the downstream affect to this will be more sales and increased business...I'd hardly say its dead money.
Glad to:
Since WaWa and his cabal have all the answers about the resolutions to the court cases, please answer the following because share holders want and DESERVE to know: Would be very interested in some answers myself...
1. Who actually pays WHOM? In what capacity? Salaries....?
2. How much did the boot brothers actually pay IFUS to settle? They paid with everything they had.
3. Why did MW settle if he had such a slam dunk state case? Wanted it done...mission accomplished. It's done!
4. Did IFUS get $3.5 million in settlement as GUARANTEED? Much more. Punitive damages included.
5. Did the boot brothers end up going to jail? That's next on the agenda...we'll see next week after shareholder legal review is done.
6. Did IFUS get their patent back? We'll see....tbd
7. Did IFUS get the boot brothers companies that supposedly stole trade secrets? Don't want it...it's bankrupt, broke, busted and disgusted. JS drank all the money away...
8. AFTER over 3 years - why did IFUS drop their claims NOW - was it because MW had no credible evidence or witnesses for the December 5 state trial date / as the FEDERAL Judge stated so eloquently in the written FEDERAL COURT order? Boot boys were scared. They came crawling to get it done. Their freedom was at risk and there was no escape from the evidence they were confronted with....so they tucked tail and run...
Now IFUS can go about building the rest of the business. MW appears to have a good plan in place and is executing to that plan. Shareholder investments are safe.
PLEASE SIR - tell us ALL!
More ZEROs for this scam today.
A) No employees at the Old plant site today I've been there and have seen different.
B) No Bales Baled today I've been there and have seen different
C) No bales sold today I have been there and have see different
D) NO bags Bagged today I have been there and have seen different
E) No bags sold today. I have been there and have seen different
F) No proof of any claim ever made by WaWa Walthers & cabal. So much for zeros....Cabal 6....SA Cabal zip
Yep we've heard all that before. And it hasn't happened....not one dime changed hands.
Everything else....from a guy who's been on site....pure nonsense. I've met distributors eho are making sales. I've seen product being made and being shipped. So none of that is factual.
Nice volume again today.
In the State Case file a name was given by the dullards that I'm still trying to get a connection to all this. JS mentioned him as a "person who does contracted administration," when asked if absorbeez has any employees, direct hire or contracted.
I've had his complete background from a risk management firm I oversee. Pretty shady character, should see his background. Got a pic, mug shot, family members and even who he associates with.
The guy's initials are AB out of Florida. Anyone else see this in the file and know the details on this guy? Trying to draw the connection with this guy. Former CEO of a defunct company to boot. Obvious loser if he's associated with JS and SA. He was involved in a scam penny stock....same boat as SA. Burned many shareholders.
Last link of the who's who and I'm stumped on the connection and this administration services. My lawyer's also asking. We'll be deposing him too. (Don't want to release the guy's name until I know what the connection is...when I find out, he's fair game). See what discoverable stuff he has.
Got his phone number and tempted to call him.
As an FYI. I've sent a copy of the license plate off. Hope to know who that is who visited th site in a local gov vehicle. Wonder if the mayor knows about the private use of a vehicle.....we'll see.
I doubt it. This one looks solid.
We've heard that before in the PV case.....which was lost....we heard this in the Fed case, which SA gladly handed over to stop his sorry arse from going to jail.....we heard this about the state case...."it would be thrown out (remember?) and we heard it before about all the other nonsense...bankruptcy, RW was a man, "Forensic Accountants" (which turns out to be H&R Block and a defunct CPA).....
So we're not moved about any court case....none have panned out against IFUS so far...doubt this one will either.
The interesting part of an allegation is the evidence to support it. Examples are below in response to your A-F:
A. I was on site and witnessed differently. So there's no evidence to suggest there weren't any employees on site.
B. Not true. Bales going out the gate means they were sold. Especially when the distributor's were on site also witnessing. Again, evidence from someone WHO WAS THERE proves this allegation false.
C. Same as B above.
D. Same as B above.
E. Same as B above.
F. Truthfully, when a shareholder who states he was on site (me and others in the past), and posts from the site and right up the road....I'd say the evidence is clear this allegation/claim is false.
Let's evaluate this further:
1. It wasn't a drive by, road side DD issue, my visit was ON SITE.
2. The drive by, road side DD wasn't done by the guy who posted it. That's very clear. The evidence suggests that if he WERE 20 minutes away, and was posted that I was in Emily's....he would have turned around and came back to meet and go back to the site and validate....what WAS done defies logic.
3. While I was there a few days ago, we had a visitor to the site who sat right outside the gate in the driveway. When approached, he sped off, turned right at the corner, then took the next right which is a dirt road along side the facility. There were two men in the vehicle. And it was a Napoleonville vehicle...which we will find out "who" in short order and report back. Why take off? I suspect the drive by - road side DD person is actually has a friend who does the driving by....we'll find out soon enough. I had my tri-pod set up when the two men were approached...some of it's video'd, so finding them won't be a problem. Yes, we have a license plate...
I'll be back the week of the 14th. I'll do the investigation of this myself...very interested to find out who these two guys are.
So the key issue is, there's no evidence to these allegations...none that aren't impeachable anyway. I've been to the site and have seen with my own eye, even unannounced. My investment is safe and in good hands.
Yeah, Mark's been working hard to build this company. No doubt he has the business on the launch tower ready to take off.
PV, Mr Emotional on the stand cried like a baby when confronted about forging docs. He was cold busted and I'm still surprised he's still free.
Another truth is that PV didn't have the money to move forward with the case do SA paid to move it forward. Didn't matter, he still lost. I feel for PV, he took the hit on his integrity and credibility and was utterly humiliated when confronted with hard evidence and the truth.
Same with JS and SA state case. They were stone cold busted. Now way it goes to trial.
Blogwash. The term "conjecture" comes to mind. Have fun at your last class...good legal term to look up.
I think the wording "each party pays it's own atty fees" is clear and that one can reasonably assume the fed case is included....considering the dullards get NOTHING from it.
Btw, shareholder lawyers are researching "if" this settlement includes them (us). We want damages owed to us from SA and JS. It may not be over for them.
Read the 2 pages....need to turn off spell check
Conversely, prove it with unimpeachable evidence they weren't made. I've been to site and seen much more than 40-50 bags made. Thousands is correct. Oh, and the drive by - road side DD and gonna cut it either.
Nooooo. Nothing admittedly. Reagan the 2 pages. Or maybe ask the forensic accountants
Helloooo. ...mutual acquaintance. JS spoke every word of it. Let's wait? The waiting is over...it's done!
Spell check...simple interest. It's still not $500.
Not according to 1/2 of the SA cabal leadership. It's reality...coming our of JS mouth.
More drive by - road side DD?
That's been proven false time and time again. From now on I'll remind of the forensic accountants.
There's no $500...and they gave up the $400...they get zilch.
It didn't have long enough to get to $500. I'm no mathematician but do know how to calculate simple interstate. It never reach anywhere near $500.
Call and ask them. According to JS they gave it up. Simple.
The answer no he didn't. Clear?
Yeah that's sooo true. Marc has the place working like a fine tuned clock. Money is in the making....
No...there's no perjury. Give me a break. I'm saying there's a couple of pages that shows the numbers...we all know this. I'm asking you if you think it's realistic SA and JS would send forensic accountants to go see $300 in financials? Is it realistic to spend $150,000 USD for two high level forensic accountants to go see two pages that total $300?
If you look back on the hand dealt to MW, it's nothing less than phenomenal the work he did. Truly amazing. I know I know...we'll hear about the $300 nonsense....yawwwwwwn...not true.
MW had to deal with a lot to get us here, in what I think is an ideal situation. IFUS has proven it's not "dead money." In fact it's proven it can and will survive. It's taken every possible torpedo hit and is still afloat. SA and JS have to be sitting there wondering why....simple in my opinion. Poor strategy and even poorer execution, led to poor performance.
The ideal situation in reality are the number of high roller investors that'll ultimately come out of the woodwork to get in the game. Not just in the stocks, but in the game. We have a proven, exceptional product that is backed by studies. We have a unique company that is environmentally friendly and is bound to get national and potentially international attention. IMO it's inevitable.
I'm excited. A few days ago I was challenged NOT to bet on IFUS....very happy with the company's performance.
Very happy with what I've seen on site. Impressive to say the least. MW's done a great job in getting the site up and functional. Full manufacturing line and with room to expand. Good people working there and building. Product made and out the gate....we add more distributors and this thing will do nothing less than take off.
I'm out of here in a couple days. Not sure I'll have time for one more site visit. But will be back within 30 days, possibly sooner. I'll do what I do best and show up...unannounced again and meet with the guys.
We're in a good spot and I'm happy....looking to buy more because of it. It's good to know my investment is safe...solid DD will do that.
Yes a nice lift today. More to come I suspect. Dead money someone said....nonsense.
What? If it was a group pic the cabal would say "it's staged." No win situation. Lol.
If I had to guess and based on JS own words....the dullards gave up the $400 k rather than face the gauntlet and impending jail time. Pay for your own legal fees as indicated in the records and wall away.
I've posted in here several other facts that are not on the perimeter anymore. SA has 22 felony counts stacked against him. The legal costs have to be dwindling and putting a severe strain on his cash supply. MW suspects this also and logically, SA has always been the money man in the game, JS is broke. The reality of mw getting $3.5 MN + from these guys would cost him and the company more time and money than its worth. Simple economics really. SA has his money (what's left) so it makes no sense to move foward.
The second factor is time. Dragging this case on for even one more day is a drain on energy that's best served building the business. Good decision to move on and taking the words and twisting them a little from Harry S. Truman, "that's what I call CEO'ing."
Last. I think we all knew a settlement was inevitable. No way JS and SA would let this get into the court room. Again they have nothing to leverage. $400 k was easy to walk away from consider door number 2. Jail!
You might wanna look at the wa wa studies lol.
Actually as posted, JS let the cat out of the bag more than a week ago. As told over a year ago, we have a mutual acquaintance. JS has been on a binge here lately and blabbing about how it's over in detail.
First fact the fed case was $400 that mysteriously grew to $500 overnight. Love that excellerated interest I guess.
2nd. JS mentioned specifically they had to settle or go to jail that they (SA and js) were caught. He also mention his feelings on closing the fed case before the state case. Internal bickering I guess. Now they'll never see one dime of the fed money. (Js exact words). Obviously nothing to leverage. JS health is not good. He would rather not spend what time he has left in jail. Pretty simple to me.
These are quotes from the source. Might wanna ask him...JS about it.
Followed by another huge huh? That information has been proven time and time again to be taken out of context. The state case and the fed case provided documents that the dullards signed off on with their forensic accountants. Remember them? You think they sent two forensic accountants to look at two pieces of paper with a total of $300 in revenue? Hilarious.
Agreed. Volume and price range picking up. People are taking notice I think once the company makes some announcements we'll see an even bigger increase in volume and in pps. Outlook looks good.
