I think the wording "each party pays it's own atty fees" is clear and that one can reasonably assume the fed case is included....considering the dullards get NOTHING from it.

Btw, shareholder lawyers are researching "if" this settlement includes them (us). We want damages owed to us from SA and JS. It may not be over for them.
