Agreed. We'll see if any pr comes out. I don't think people read filings much these days. I'm afraid it may be a long wait, though. I guess I'll put it back on the back burner, where it's been for a while anyway.
I did an advanced search on the "if I'm in it.." board and couldn't come up with anything having to do with DNAG.
I've done some web searching for "trappsol research" and such with little luck. It's not my area of expertise although I found a few google results that look like they might have some recent information. I can't access the full articles not being a member of any of the groups. I'll keep trying, though.
Have you checked out that site? It's tough to figure. Nothing is dated, except a pie chart of 2005 green energy use on one of the catalog pages. Lots of links to informational sites. One phone number whether you want to invest in them or buy a bucket of biodiesel. A button that says "not on line right now" and if you click on it you go to yahoo instant messaging and get asked if you want to contact "californiabuyersrealty."
Hard to figure.
Does anyone know if AFBG has done anything about their revoked status in Nevada? Is AACS up to date in Delaware?
I still can't believe this was a non event to the pps. I also like to see some follow up to the vague third paragraph about the "certain Trappsol product."
CTD Holdings, Inc. Announces Share Repurchase Program
HIGH SPRINGS, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/08 -- CTD Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CTDH) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a $150,000 share repurchase program. The timing of the open market purchases was not disclosed by the Company.
"The board continues to be very aggressive in the use of the company's 2007 operational profits; it unanimously decided to pay off the mortgage of the 40 acre future research park site in February and now wants to buy back the undervalued stock," offered CEO and board chairman, Rick Strattan. "We have also built up our year-end inventory of selected Trappsol® and Aquaplex® cyclodextrin products to meet the strong demand we struggled to meet last year during the third and fourth quarters," continued Mr. Strattan.
"Cyclodextrins are well-known for their ability to make good products much better; however, some very recent research has shown that a certain Trappsol® product can alter very dramatically all by itself the course of major disease processes that depend on the mal distribution of cholesterol. The right CD company could very easily build a research park around the elucidation of the mechanism by which that CD produces its normalizing actions," finished Mr. Strattan.
About CTD Holdings, Inc.
The company is the one-stop shop, business to business facilitator of commercial applications of cyclodextrins. With its branded Trappsol® and Aquaplex® product offerings, CTDH scientists coordinate the development of commercial products for use in the pharmaceuticals, foods, hazardous waste treatment, and cosmetics industries, just to name a few of the industries which endeavor to put non water-soluble ingredients into water-based formulations. CTDH was founded in 1990 as a Florida corporation and became a public company in 1994.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean, in my opinion it's what fueled the initial move up last March.
I looked back at the three 10q's and the 10k filed last March 5, 6, and 7 covering 2007. All 4 stated "There are no operations to discuss, and no present plans for operations" in the "Management Discussion" section. I never saw a plan discussed until the first current 10q which was out 04/11/08. As I said, the stock tanked on that news; the chart clearly shows that. Obviously those who thought in the days after April 11 that a warehouse was a great idea were a very small minority of those trading the stock. My point is that with a warehouse out of the way new lookers may bid it up on spec the way we did last March. Just trying to find a ray of light, that's all.
At this point I have my fingers crossed. We all know the downsides here. The bright side: Last March when they filed one year's worth of 10q's and a 10k in a couple of days people like me figured "something's going to happen here." Pps went from .0015 to over .02 in 3 weeks, although most I think got in on the first big up day at around .006 or .007. I looked hard but saw no news. The first plan I saw was in the 10q filed 04/11/08 - the "warehouse" plan. It was not well received. From a .024 close on the 10th it fell to .009 on the 15th - 3 trading days. Other than a brief run to .017 in July it's been downhill ever since. Maybe if the general feeling among us is that the disliked warehouse plan is out of the picture, and we bid it up over .02 last March with no news, it will get bid up again. Yahoo finance says its book value is .06 with no debt. Sometimes that's all the dd people do. That's the only bright side I see. I still have a little faith and patience (a little). I can't see the time, effort and expense of bringing AMAF back to life being abandoned.
Would you believe a no bid .0001 is #1 on the boards today?
I still like my reason for their success.

I was joking, but I'll take it. Thanks for the dd.
Could I have been right?

Now that it's out and they've let the mortgage license go dormant who knows what's up. I was hoping they'd r/m with Value but I guess that's not going to happen. They've got 2 years worth of clean filings, though. Something good may happen. More waiting...
I found this at a Maryland State site:
http://sdatcert3.resiusa.org/UCC-Charter/ViewDoc.asp?Film=B 01035&Folio=0694&Pages=0007&Date=11 17 2006&Ack=1000361993926728&Domain=Charter&ID=D05750989&Name=BIOELECTRONICS CORPORATION&source=1
It dates to late 06 and states 200,000,000 a/s, with the authority of the board to increase. I assume if they were going to increase we'd see it there, maybe after the fact though.
How unusual is this for a pink sheet stock:
Lack of funding
Inability to do effective marketing
Management changes
Brilliant ideas
Speculators looking to hit a home run
Companies run by scientists, not businessmen
Things not going according to old PR plans
What's the big deal? We're not talking Fortune 500 here. It all seems normal to me. You're the one with the stick. Give it a rest.
Is NTNI waking up today?
My concern here is that they are getting maxed out on the a/s. The only way they can continue giving stock to investors or for services rendered would be to increase the a/s. The downward movement may be anticipating that. We've all certainly seen it happen before.
Nevada says 275,000,000. Maybe they have a little preferred

Sitting with you, just added a little at .0003
check post 2744 on this board for current a/s
Think we'll have to wait on this one...
Thanks
This is what I'm used to seeing at the Nevada sos site when there's two classes of stock. If it can be done either way, I stand corrected and thanks for the education.

I'll double check but the other times I've visited the Nevada sos site for share structure it shows the different classes of stock when they exist. It's a little late for me tonight but I'll provide a Nevada link to that effect. Thanks for the reply.
What if they use it to take Value Financial public? What if VF is a profitable business worth, say, 10 million? Just dreaming...
I hear ya! I bought this last March for .0065 after they did a year's worth of filings in a few days. I figured something's up. The pps shortly was and I sold some so I'm not big into it but I do believe that the warehouse idea was not well received and a move in a different direction would be welcomed. I hope they haven't broken the stick trying to get the horse to move, though.
As of 04/09/08, 50,000,000,000 it is, and 25,000,000 blank check preferred.

My count is based on what's currently registered with the state of Nevada, which is one class of stock, 2bil shares, par value .00001 as per an amendment filed 07/31/07, up from one class, 1 bil, par value .001.
I still like my guess of yesterday which is based on screwing up the program and having it spit out gold, you know, like post it notes coming from someone at 3m trying to make a permanent glue.
Did any body notice that on 7/31/07 they amended their share structure to 2 bil authorized but still show 1 bil in their filings?

They also haven't informed Nevada sos of their management change yet. I made a little money in this back in October but kept some of the position. Stupid me, I'll never learn!
me too
Ed - What's up with PRHB?
Maybe somebody punched the wrong key when they were developing the programs and it'll show a 500% gain.
I wouldn't give up on SKYF until it falls below its 10 day sma
I took interest in this in early 2007. The most interesting objective DD I came across was this spectral survey done before Atlas was involved, showing an environmentally clean site:
http://www.pimausa.com/NASA6.html
I was in California and on my way back to NY in May 07 I went to the mine. No one was there (it was Sunday) but it was obviously "alive." A trench for electricity had recently been dug along the roadway to the mine. There was a new prefab steel building, maybe 100X200ft. There was a lot of equipment on site that looked like it had been recently in use. In town I spoke with an 80ish retired gentleman who had worked there for Filtrol. He told me that "they were working real hard up there to see what they had." He said a white haired gentleman, I assume Dr. Price, spent a lot of time in town and was very well respected. He said over the years many people had come to that area, punching holes in the ground and promising things that all came to nothing. He thought these people were different and wished them luck. When I asked what he thought of their prospects with the clay he said they were having a "tough time" with the processing and hadn't figured it out yet. I believe they had the KDS machine at that time and were trying a new machine.
http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=100257
He said the clay was so fine you couldn't sweep it up, it would just "disappear." He seemed very aware of what they were trying to use the clay for and thought there was little chance they'd be able to purify it. I ended up not buying the stock because the market cap of about $150,000,000 at the time in my opinion fully valued the product while still in the ground. Filtrol estimated 300,000 tons of haloysite left when they closed the mine. There's no reason I can think of why that would not be accurate. Also, their latest 10q showed R&D expense dropped to near nothing, implying to me maybe they'd stopped trying, and the nanoclay and technology website seemed abandoned. Anyway, it's beautiful country, right off US6 and near I-15 and if I remember about 75 miles from Salt Lake City. My guess would be if they held long enough it would end up being suburbia. Still, there's no doubt that there's an exclusive, unique clay in the ground. Processing is the key to its nano use. Dr. Price, who developed controlled release antifouling paint for the Navy in the 80's couldn't get it done. I'd wait to see if someone else can.
It went to .02 on no news after the filing flurry last March. The first I saw of the warehouse plan was the 10q of 4/11/08 and it wasn't well received - the price tumbled. Most I think figured a r/m with Value (which at the time had 19 employees, according to their website). If the news is something other than more delays in the warehouse plan IMO we'll get a good bump. They have little debt and it costs them little to go sideways so I'm still willing to wait.
Is there a pink that's got a new treatment for bed bugs?
Me too. I like the chart 100 times better than the company.
One little thing I noticed: The Amstarweb.net site has 2009 in the copyright notice at the bottom. So many of the pinks homepages have 2005,6,or7 copyrights, like they've been abandoned or there's nothing new. Just a little thing but shows somebody's paying attention. Also there's a counter at the bottom of the "2008-a new Amstar" page. Says 00005862 today.
