ABOUT TIME THEY PAID THEIR TAXES!!!!
Seriously dude, that is why no OTCs allowed on this board!
That would be a good move as TDA is going to faze out architect. I've used architect for several years, and still prefer it. It is taking me some time to get used to ToS, but it will probably be better once I get used to it.
The key is, as of now, they do not plan reducing the dividend until the healthcare is spun off.
Assumption is that healthcare will have their own dividend to offset the reduction of GE's.
He may feel that the SEC should have done something years ago. Yes, he pulled the trigger on some kind of deal that he now regrets, but as is said quite often on this board: the OTC needs to be shut down.
As I said, I don't know him or the stock. Just basing off of the frustration** that seems to ooze from the filings posted here.
** Note: I am seeing frustration where others are seeing, and I am quoting: 'clown', 'Looney Tunes', 'could be one that needs to be institutionalized', 'entertaining', 'craziness',....
Just trying to put myself in his shoes.
I don't know the stock or man, but do you suppose it is possible he is trying to get the SEC's attention? If he feels that prior mgt screwed him, and his conversations with the SEC have not done any good. Maybe he hopes this will get them to help go after them.
It would more than likely backfire, and he could be the sole target. But it almost sounds as if he is exasperated with the whole ordeal.
Just did.
Draper is the one I posted about last month. He was on CNBC insisting there was no scam, among other things.

Second link has a link to CNBC's story.
Do you suppose he has changed his tune, or are they going after her without him?
You guys have to listen to this. I could only stand to listen to the first few minutes, knowing that everything that Hochstedler told this dude of his past was a bold-faced lie.
He mentions a part one, but that appears to have been deleted somewhere along the line.

AAHH, I did not notice that, ATrade is still showing 6/14 EX. If the other brokers are showing the wrong date, we could still see decent volume on the Preferreds next week.
Thursday the 14th is the EX date.
I would hope he is prohibited, obviously a vampire....
That ticker was never a gray. Was never suspended. The 'reinstatement' they are claiming, was they finally paid their back filing fees and fines to Nevada SOS.
Any claim of reinstatement is BOGUS. They just paid their taxes.

If you trade in a traditional account, then probably yes (check with a local CPA to be sure.)
However, if you trade in an IRA, no taxes are due until you start cashing in. Also, no worries about Long-Term VS Short-Term trades.
I received the same message on one of the 10 coin sites. But when I checked my balance it showed that it was there after all.

300 Shares become 400
You're not. There just itn't much to say.
Denial???
Tim Draper, I didn't catch his name originally, but found the story at CNBC.com:
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/10/early-theranos-investor-tim-draper-defends-elizabeth-holmes-and-her-vision.html
I would imagine there is also some kind of regulation about impersonating a government official. That didn't seem to stop him....
Early investor for 'Theranos' is on CNBC insisting no fraud, CEO being railroaded, big pharma is out to get CEO,.....
Sounds like he would fit right in as a 'stinky pinky' shareholder.
EDIT:
Same dude also claims there has never been a hack involving ANY BitCoin or Blockchain company. Seems like they happen once a week.
Where do they get these 'experts'?
OOOOPS!
Said Wednesday, meant Tuesday! Stupid cold medicine!
CNBC was talking about it most of the day....
Original news was Wednesday PM....

More than likely, someone told their broker to purge the junk. ATrade will give you $.01 (*) for all of your shares to purge them, of course you then have to pay the sales fee which nets you negative $6.95, in addition to your initial cost loss.
(*) $.01 for 2,000 shares = $.000005 each
Grey stocks are not allowed to have Bid/Ask, so they basically can only process internal buys/sells. And if they are not allowing buys there is nothing to process. I believe you can call your broker and ask them to call ATrade. But they would almost have to know all of my account info to make sure they get the right shares. But I doubt if that would actually work, in my case, because the problem is who is to know if share counts are accurate since DTCC has them chilled.
I have this problem at ATrade, I can put up a sell but, since they won't accept buys, my GreyMarket shares will never move.
I can't sell even one share of this turd until Mark fixes the DTC situation. Even if he miraculously pulls pink out of his arse, it won't be enough.

Some as a way to get rich quick.
Some as how to identify a pure scam.
I guess management doesn't remember last time they dropped the Taurus, took them quite awhile to get some former loyal customers to return.
That Roman dude had a chisel and a block of stone, those are assets. Disney had a vision, that is an IP asset.
HUH???
How do you claim Depreciation with no Assets?!?!?!
Funnier yet, 'sky' posted an e-mail rant from Mark claiming no more vague replies/dates. And less than 12 hours later we get a Tweet & FB saying 'SOON'.
$ODP Where do you see it going on a 20dma break?
It doesn't matter what the company states in filings or PRs, if it is illegal it's illegal. And guess what.... it is illegal.
Oh I agree 100%, but at least this time he had the nerve to put it out there himself. Instead of telling 1 or 2 shareholders in private e-mails, leaving him the ability of denying what was actually said.
And I do have a screenshot of the post, in case he tries to delete it.
I'll believe it when I see it, but....
Looks to me like some peeps own CBS/Showtime stock....
