And just what, exactly, is your concept of "a sec" ? If it's a "second", that is 1/60th of a minute, then by my calculations more than "a sec" has now come and gone.

Here's my response to you yesterday, rj2.
Read it quickly because it will be removed within minutes if not seconds. Notice how this unquestionably ON-TOPIC post was removed by the minions of this redolent cesspool as "Off-topic" and draw your own conclusions about for whom they fawn.
Now here it is:

You have to understand the dynamic here, rj2. The CrimNakes whose Sycophant SockPuppets appear here with regularity have an enormous problem.
They've been counting on FASC to fail now for at least the last 4 years. And it hasn't. Thanks mostly to the sheer tenacity and shrewd financial prudence exhibited by Cal and Brian and the rest.
And now, with FASC's inevitable success growing closer and closer with each passing day, their desperation grows more and more palpable.
The thing that galls the CrimNakes the most is that they don't have anything to hang over FASC's head to guarantee its demise.
No Reg S "death-spiral" convertibles; no PIPE financings. No leverage of any kind, whatsoever.
Why ? Because Cal was smart enough not to take any of that bait back in the early part of the previous decade and put FASC in debt. Instead of taking that bait, he came to us for those 100 million shares, which we gave him. In retrospect, we should have given him a billion shares if he'd asked for them.
And the CrimNakes unquestionably hate him for it.
Their time is running out, and they know it.
Congratulate yourself for your purchase yesterday as loudly as you wish, and to whomever you desire. Your purchase yesterday, TR's purchase yesterday, my purchase yesterday, everyone else who purchased yesterday...... every single share.... another nail in the CrimNakes' coffins. And they know it.
Keep your eyes on the prize, not the SockPuppetShow being performed here by the intellectually dishonest. Their time is up, too.
And don't forget.....
Buy ALL the FASC you can ! Then, buy even MORE !
FASC ! The Cisco of this decade !
It means you don't have to see their lips moving any more to know for sure that they're lying !
This thing is wound tight; NITE sits there alone at $.0003 and won't fill any of my buy orders that have sat now for nearly half an hour.
It'll be fun to see what the "trigger" is going to be.
All meaningless when a frac job goes bad and channels behind pipe or forms some other kind of communication with a potable aquifer.
Kiss your fresh water goodbye and it won't be cleaned up in your or my lifetime. If ever.
Rattlesnake Hills alone is going to be a monster. Add in the two Nevada properties and you can see why Goldcorp bought into this one.
No you don't; you'd be as insufferable as I am, and you wouldn't be able to stand yourself.
I never, ever said it was "worthless" which shows how little comprehension you have of what you read.
If anything, conventional sources of natural gas supply are going to be even more valuable when shale gas drilling is either:
banned altogether; or
made so expensive by environmental concerns it stops on its own for purely economic reasons.
"[G]ood for Texas gas producers"? Tell that to the "Texas gas producers" now producing from the Barnett Shale. They're all going to be shut down. The suburbs surrounding Dallas are already declaring moratoriums on any more shale drilling. This is a tsunami in the making, and it's just getting started.
Told you so; shale gas drilling will be all but dead five years from now. If not sooner.
And so, too, will be any companies who "bet the company" on such drilling.
Could be anything, but this says "something":

Whomever the CrimNake is, they just sealed their doom with those shorts @ $.0135.
Sit back tonight with your beverage of choice and reflect on this piece of news.
The implications are staggering, especially as the United States draws ever-closer to economic implosion which is always the root cause of civil unrest.
Every gated subdivision in the country, every country club, every enclave of the well-to-do-but-scared-to-death is going to want one of these.
The choice is pretty simple: be a victim, or make that thug-with-the-gun your victim.
All kinds of hidden selling going on here, louijohn. A few more ratio trades and wash sales and they'll be ready to push it over the cliff. Probably see Trip-Zero's by the end of the week.
Date 'em, folks, don't marry 'em.
Ted deserves something equivalent to the Congressional Medal of Honour for all the time he put into bringing attention to the manipulation, not to mention all the spears he took in the process not just from the CrimNakes themselves but all their Obsequious Toadies, Sycophant SockPuppets and Bought-off Acolytes of the MSM.

Well, here it is three years later and the promise is finally becoming a reality.
The nice part is that STGYF ( or STG.V as it's traded in Canada ) is now - three years later - still just 1/3 the price it was 3 years ago.
In other words, even more of a bargain, now that promise has become reality.
Everybody loves a bargain ! Don't they ?
Spot on, Flatcat; it's all been some sort of elaborate hoax, and it's not difficult to see the whole picture now.
Twifford just got tired of the struggle, decided he wanted his payday, and sold us down the river to Bourque, who will undoubtedly pull the plug and finish the drowning process when it suits his purposes to do so.
Good news / bad news on the Roman Galley..
"Oarsmen! Today you get an extra ration of grog!"
"Oarsmen! After today's extra ration of grog, the Captain wants to go water-skiing!"
Going to cost a little less to ship the oil, henceforth:

Mr. Winfield's Grand Plan is still to legally steal the Company for the sole benefit of himself and his connected cronies.
The current Shareholders are just so much annoying pilot fish that have been taken along for the ride - so far - because it suits Mr. Winfield's purposes to do so - for the moment.
When The Moment of Truth arrives - and it will, soon - the pilot fish are going to be shaken off and fed to the squid.
How many times does this have to be repeated ?
There is no remaining connection any more between this company and anything going on anywhere in South Africa.
The only asset this company has of any value is the word "Gold" in its corporate name.
"anyone know what the problem is here??? "
A: It's a twice-a-year P&D and this trot around the track for this little one-trick pony is over..... until the next time the LieberPerps need to fill their wallets again.... with your hard-earned money.
Next question that shouldn't need to be asked, but will be, anyway ?
"drink bottled water"
If you really, truly think that's a feasible solution for a city of several hundred thousand whose water supply has been poisoned you're too stucking fupid to be allowed out of your house.
I guess you've never heard of "channeling behind pipe". The enormous pressures used in the frac process almost GUARANTEE the contamination of groundwater - even far above the frac zone - if the cement job doesn't hold.
Baked into the cake, 'Sparky. And as more and more incidents of groundwater contamination by frac jobs gone bad start to happen - and they will - you'll see shale drilling brought to a nearly complete halt. At least here in the U.S.
People start reaching for their rifles and their pitchforks when their potable water supply starts being put at risk.
Or maybe you'd prefer, to paraphrase Marie Antoinette, to "Let them drink frac fluid!", eh ?
I wouldn't presume to recommend with whom you trade; I would suggest that if and when you're considering a new broker you ask them - point-blank - if they suddenly and without warning place "trading restrictions" on stocks. The length of silence on the other end of the phone before they start stammering some answer should give you a clue. Or, if you're face-to-face with them, how far past the orbit of Pluto they look before giving you their answer.
Ask to be given or otherwise provided with their "Rule 606 Disclosure" statement / report. That will tell you with whom they're in bed as far as where they route your trade.
Means whatever MM to whom your broker sends their order flow is hung out to dry; means the MM doesn't have any GERS in their inventory and doesn't want to risk NakeShorting in front of what might be a solid run here. TD Ameritrade and ScottTrade are notorious for pulling this stunt; they both rely heavily on Knight ( NITE )
It's unquestionably a scam, 'Roy. They pull this one two or three times a year. It's always the same M.O.
This time they found some postage-stamp lease in a played-out part of the Wilcox Trend and are trying to make it sound as though it's going to be the next Alaska North Slope, or something.

CrimNake Short Stooge DOMS on the bid. Means the CrimNakes are trying to cover; this could get fun. Watch for two other CrimNake Short Stooges, VFIN and HDSN, to join DOMS. If they do, look out above.
Nice find ! That seals it; somebody's going to play with this one, and out in the open, too.
Where's that match ?
Last week was the front-load of the powder keg; now it's just waiting to see what the "match" will be.
I'm guessing some P&D Perps are looking to raise a little quick C h r i $ t m a $

"thestreet.com" is a carefully-manipulated "mouthpiece" bought-and-paid for to get retail investors to do the exact opposite of what The Smart Money is really doing, or plans to do.
You're their cannon-fodder, 'Sparky.
Shale drilling is likely to be banned altogether - at least in the United States - as more and more incidents of groundwater contamination come to light from the dangerous procedures used in the frac'ing process.
Or, made so horribly expensive by new environmental regulations that even $20 gas won't be sufficiently economical to drill for it.
@beischens: It's not "enthusiasm".
It's absolute certainty of what's about to transpire here.

Natgas prices are going to collapse even further from here; there's just waaaaaaaaaaaay too much of the stuff now that all these shale plays are starting to ramp up. Wouldn't surprise me in the least to see natgas at $1 / mmcf ( yes, One Dollar per thousand cubic feet ) by next spring.
And assinine shows such as "Haynesville" are predicated on the land-grab fever that was going on four years ago in the various "shale plays", not now.
Wentworth's acreage is nowhere near any of the shale plays, anyway.
As always, MainStreamMedia is a day late and a dollar short.
Timmmmmmmbbbbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!
And there goes the bid..... collapsing like a piece of wet cardboard.... show's over folks. Straight into the Trip-Zero Abyss from here.
"BIG DROP COMING"
Actually, Roy, more like "HUGE DROP COMING!"
I told these tyros a week-and-a-half ago this was just going to be the usual APPI / WHEN P&D to a half-cent, nothing more, and sure enough yesterday it came within a whisker of just that.
Now, it's Over The Cliff and back into the Trip-Zero Abyss until "next time", whenever that will be.
As soon as the MM's there in the low $.0030's pull their bids, this is going to look like Wile E. Coyote heading for the canyon floor in the Road Runner cartoons.
Or a "big brother" in the Baltics. Or Brazil. Both of which appear more and more certain with each passing day.
I'm thankful I own lots and lots and lots and lots of FASC - destined to be the Cisco of this decade.
Buy ALL the FASC you can ! Then, buy even more !
