Not for us little minnows to know, it seems.
All I can say is that Chicken Little would love this thread! No matter what actual facts are presented, you (that would be you Shorts and all your sycophants) say The Sky is Falling Faster!
Might I suggest that you all sell first thing Monday morning? That is - if you actually own any shares - There are dozens of penny stocks that you could go out and flip daily and I'm sure many message boards that would just be delighted to have you come liven them up!
Meanwhile - much as I would prefer not to, I guess I'll put you fearful freddies on ignore. Enough is enough!
GL to all who, like me, are quite willing to see what the future holds for PHGI.
You have heard of advertising revenues, perhaps?
PQL.
You're correct - sorry! (Too little sleep again)
Yes, that's a nice close and a very good week. Don't begrudge the profit-takers. Small stocks like this that really have sound fundamentals are few and far between.
Have a good weekend all and here's to another good one next week!
Cat
You must really need a lot of attention.

Personally I hope PQL does ask you to leave - you certainly don't offer any facts to support your claims.
Boatman, by your own admission you do not own this stock.
"Well said ostie.I don't own any of the stock.I am not a paid basher"
I, for one, wonder how you come to post on the board at all.
You can't expect us to believe you just have the welfare of all the actual shareholders in mind now, can you?
Cat
Hello all,
I am posting this on behalfof Talkingmuley from RB board who has had some difficulties posting.
*************
Recently had a very encouraging phone conversation with Mr. Shores who was kind enough to return a call to me. He is most eager to get the PRs rolling following the release of the financials relating to the last 2 Q's which will come out no later than Aug. 15th and possibly sooner. Their accountants are working diligently to that end. Why no PRs before that? Very simply because any new investors who might be attracted by a PR will usually search out a company's financials as a first step in doing their dd. Well, as things presently stand, that would net them only SMKT's paltry numbers and would be a definite turn-off.
Mr. Shores seemed quite positive that when the actual TXPO financials are revealed that sitation would be reversed, and it would set the stage for more positive news to follow on an ongoing basis. He reminded me that as the largest shareholder himself he is well aware of shareholder frustration as the longer-than-expected merger process had to run its course. But it has now and things should begin accelerating very soon. He also mentioned that the new IR rep recently toured thew facility and was brought full up to speed on the company's potential both here and in the middle east. This particular IR guy has close links, apparently, with several funds, and that's where his focus will be.
All in all, a very encouraging chat from a CEO who seemed firmly committed to his company and seeing the pps reflect
proper value.
I think anyone thinking of getting in should seriously consider doing it now during this lull before the Q's (and it will be two, not one) get released.

BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MobilePro Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: MOBL - News) announced today that it generated record revenue, EBITDA and net income for its fiscal 2006 second quarter ended September 30, 2005.

(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20040414/FLWLOGOLOGO )
For the second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005, the company reported record revenue of $26,546,650 up 434.3% from revenue of $4,968,069 in the same quarter a year ago. Net income for the quarter was also a record, at $523,900 or $0.0014 per basic share versus a loss of $1,747,761 or $0.0067 per share for the same quarter a year ago.
The company generated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $2,269,553 for the three months ended September 30, 2005 compared to $2,173,743 for the previous quarter ended June 30, 2005 and a negative EBITDA of $1,266,292 for the three months ended September 30, 2004.
Detailed operating results will be provided in the company's Form 10-QSB that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission later today. The form will be viewable at http://www.hawkassociates.com/mobilepro/sec.htm .
Jay Wright, MobilePro chairman and CEO, said, "We are pleased with our record results, which clearly demonstrate the benefit of our AFN and Kite Broadband transactions. Despite heavier spending on our NeoReach Wireless projects necessitated by an acceleration of that business, we exceeded our expectations due to continued strength in our CloseCall America division, slower churn in our dial-up ISP base than in the prior quarter, favorable seasonal effects on our payphone business (even with some minor setbacks due to hurricanes), some one-time favorable events and the accretive benefit of our AFN and Kite Broadband transactions completed on June 30. Despite these good results, we are continuing to focus on taking costs out of the business and we are looking at additional means to grow our business both organically and via merger or acquisition."
It's been quite awhile since it's been allowed to just run on it's own.

Maybe, maybe not. Anyway, why don't we just ignore him. Not worth the time to read or reply.
I've held Mobl for a few months (entered at .16). Added several times on this downdraught. It is interesting that there is no item for the RS on the agenda.
Jay got a lot of calls and emails and found his sharehoders were a little shaky here?
Or maybe he found a shell with better terms?
Anyway - good catch Harr449.
Should be an interesting week or two.
GLTA,

Don't know if anyone is interested in the stock vs. the warrant, but ELN is due for safety review news next week. It should be good.
Disclosure: I own ELN.

I have just gotten off the phone with Fidelity.
Since they had already reversed my shares last week (also taking out the value)I asked them to show me the official split as SSP suggested I do.
After being on hold for some time I was told someone will call me back.
maybe someday.........
BC
Fidelity reversed MAMG last week.
100 shares worth $5.00 (total)
BC
DesertRat,
No, I have not asked them for an explanation yet. After several months worth of emails and calls, I've found it's better to wait a day or two and see if anything changes.
When I call, they put me on hold for 30-45 minutes while they try to come up with an answer. Discouraging.
BC
DesertRat,
Yes, Fidelity delivered the F/S on 7/25 (although no value was attached to them) They were reversed out on 7/27.
In another account I had purchased 3,000,000 of the split shares. They did show a $150k balance for awhile, but after being reversed back to 1 share - they now show a zero balance.
BC
Today Fidelity has reversed the GVRP shares. We now have 100 MAMG shares for a total value of $5.00
BC
I have pre FS shares in one Fido account (100) and I bought post FS shares in another account (3,000,000) Fido allowed me to put in a sell order on the pst split shares.
BC
Fidelity has not given us shares either. They do show the ticker symbol correctly and the current price.

A future possibility. (RS)
A friend of mine offered me a penny trader today that he's familiar with. FYTK.ob. It's a shell for acquiring other companies. It has finalized a deal to take Ronco public in the near future. There will be a 89-1 RS.
Ronco's an interesting company.

Fidelity adds their .02 to the GVRP mix.
Received this email little awhile ago. (note: my acct. still shows cusip# rather than ticker symbol)

Hi,
Could you please provide a link to this report?
Thanks,

Jeff,
You are correct that BIIB has refuted the death of patient #4. Here is the link:
http://www.marketwatch.com/news/yhoo/story.asp?source=blq/yhoo&siteid=yhoo&dist=yhoo&gui...
Pertinent statement:
Biogen refuted the Globe report early Thursday, stating that only two PML patients have died, while a third victim survived. The company would not comment on the specifics of the fourth case in question, stating only the patient was alive.
It is important to note that none of the information Krasner printed is confirmed. This patient was not in any of the trials and could have had a maximum of 3 Tysabri infusions only.
The timing of the story is highly suspect, but it is the 2nd time Krasner has done this, and it comes as no surprise. Jim Mullens is no doubt rewriting his comments for the BIIB AGM tomorrow. Where I believe they will still refuse specific detail comments, as they have been requested to do by the FDA, I think he will do his best to reassure his shareholders.
I do not expect that this will have any effect on the return of Ty, but I do think they should consider a warning label to shareholders precluding anyone with a known heart condition from buying the stock. <g>
FWIW, I was a buyer this morning.

ELN also had good news out of the AGM this morning, which is contributing to the run.

Well - they only charged me $8 for the 1 million shares I bought this morning at .0001. That's not too bad, is it?
Who's your broker and do they have good pennystock commissions?
Thanks,
BC
Yes, I just tried a few moments ago with Fidelity. I did not complete the trade, but there was no problem, I could have done so.
BC
Thanks for the information!

Thanks for the info.
