Who just spent $5.25 and bought LLEG at .0007? . . . .
Place AON (ALL OR NONE)
I hear ya, but I will not worry till we get closer to the 3 billion mark. Then I will worry about a secondary offering.
Construction better be well underway in Berlin and PPS much higher before he thinks of a secondary offer ;)
someone please update the ibox info with the info from Digi . . . . .
my orders are at .0004 and .0005. i am happy with my current holdings, and I can sleep at night
HLH, do you have a link, i would like to forward it to someone

It cost money to reverse split or move up to the big board. This is money we do not have yet. HOWEVER, I do believe we will see a reverse split and a move to the big board in the future.
the reverse split will be either 10:1 or 100:1. But this does not change anything as to the % of the company you own. You need to do your calculation currently on the 3 billion Authorized shares. this number will never change unless LLEG does a secondary offering of shares. (I hope we never get to that stage)
PLUS: you need to buy only what you can afford to lose. you will only be forced to sell when you need the money
P.S. make sure you have a ROTH IRA account and add a little LLEG to it for your retirement.
We can all speculate what the dilution is for. but we need to keep in mind that there are 3b shares Authorized already issued. This has not increased. If Michael Bartoszek and LLEG perform a secondary and issue more shares then there better be a good explanation to the current and future dilution or LLEG will be DEAD in the water. Plus ask yourself why dilute at suck a low level.
I think he is diluting because he HAS to not because he WANTS to. He has to get money for the expenses, not because he wants to get paid.
We all need to step back and look at our portfolios and say to ourselves if LLEG is a dead company and LLEG stops trading and I loose all my money in LLEG will I be OK . . . I had a lot of my money tied up in LLEG , but I could not take the pain so I sold a lot last year. I cence from some of you that you are trying to break the bank and let it all ride on LLEG.
I too am frustrated with the PPS but I look at this as a time to slowly accumulate 1-mil at a time. You can try and flip the stock if you want but that is not my game. .
GOOD LUCK TO ALL
(No sage this is not investment advise just my opinion . . lol)
People are just frustrated. They think about the new house or the new car or the women they will impress when LLEG hits the PENNY status. But they look at reality and see they still need to pay the car payment and the mortgage is due and the old bat next to them complains about cutting the lawn. They are all saying WHEN WHEN WHEN.
I am guilty of the above, but I sold my house last year and payed off my car and I am no longer married (YAHOO). I just want the Ferrari F430 and pick up a hot chick in a denim mini . . . WHEN WHEN WHEN
Since people are in a testy mood (me included) this is just a JOKE, so smile and lighten up a bit.
I hope we have that meeting in June that John Edwards is setting up. . . I cant wait for my 7 - 8 hour drive
I get it now, This PR is to show that LLEG is needed because without it 230 more jobs might be lost to another mill closure.
we are in a holding pattern till the permit.
I feel the same way, that is why we are down 16% on this PR.
i feel the only PR that will get us moving will be the PR about the PERMIT. GOOD or BAD it will be the only thing to move this stock.
I wish he would offer preferred stock. i would buy some of that in hopes of a better income potential later down the road . . ;) If he does let me know
maybe BO knows stocks too. . .
We can only learn from our past. our past shows there will be dilution into all PR's at this time. Michael Bartoszek will give it a few days to percolate the tick up a bit before Digi and the others see the TT trade kick in. This in my opinion to why we do not see any run on this PR. If you have been here before you know the stock price pattern.
If you believe that someday LLEG will get there plant up (like I do) just place your bids at this level and do not pay up for this stock at this time.
Are the people in Berlin old and stuck in there ways....
Pleasant Street Noise Complaint.
Mayor Bertrand referred to an event that took place at the Big Scoop on Pleasant Street, where an outdoor concert was held that upset the neighbors.
OH wait they are is they need this
411 School Street
Dana Willis and Jim Tamposi proposed to buy 411 School Street (Notre Dame High School) and rehabilitate the building to an assisted living facility.
Wake up and make some money
Let me know date and time I will take a trip up to Berlin.
600%+ in due time
Ed, you can not forget the American Loggers Council (ALC). americanlogger@aol.com
they need to be there, THAT IS A MUST
I believe the Wood and Grid issues have been adressed.
We know the Grid needs to be upgraded, but since the wind play seems to be just blowing wind we do not have to worry about them adding to the grid. The President is making provisions for all states to upgrade the GRID. Should we invite the president who is so PRO GREEN POWER.
Rising Chip prices... Supply and demand 101... more money for the logging companies that supply chips more money trickles down to the locals. the businesses that need the lower chip cost need to clean house and trim fat. They can save a lot of money if they are located near a plant that can offer them steam and power ;)
I think a meeting is what we all need, I suggest you meet with your mayor (he wont listen to a New Yorker) and have him schedule a town meeting with all the potential Biomass plants and even the other potential businesses that plan on moving into the Laidlaw owned land. I would gladly drive 7 hours for that meeting.
I bought more today

What is the majority of the type of work up there?
do you have the latest unemployment numbers?
"One thing that's important for people to understand is that forests grow; that's what they do, There will always be biomass, and collection of biomass could keep loggers going forever."
Clearing biomass from nation's forests will keep them healthy
HEMPHILL, Texas, May 4 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Despite pending federal legislation that promotes renewable, clean energy and creates new jobs, hard-working people in rural areas are being denied the promise of a green economy, according to the American Loggers Council (ALC).
Unemployed loggers all over the country could have a future in sustainably gathering and selling tons of clean-burning woody biomass to power plants were it not for the fine print in The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 that's now under consideration in the House of Representatives. The harvesting of woody biomass involves collecting stems and wood waste from the forest or stands of beetle-killed wood - but the Act excludes 60 to 70 percent of biomass sources in the U.S. simply because the biomass lies in federal and certain private forests.
"Woody biomass is not the cutting down of old-growth trees," said ALC Executive Vice President Danny Dructor. "A sustainable biomass industry will keep our forests healthy and provide clean energy and green jobs."
While it commends Congress' commitment to renewable energy, the ALC is committed to educating Congress about the true benefits of woody biomass harvesting:
* Reviving small-town economies
* Creating a viable, proven source of renewable energy
* Reducing the risk of catastrophic forest fires by removing dead and dying trees and the waste that provides fires much of their fuel
* Fighting insects that destroy forests by thinning dense stands and removing the waste in which pests breed.
Throughout the U.S., the closing of mills has devastated small-town economies that once relied on logging. In Oregon, 30 percent of loggers are currently unemployed and many rural communities reliant on forestry now suffer from almost 20 percent unemployment -- more than twice the national average.
"Here in Minnesota, counting loggers and spin-off jobs from mills, unemployment in our industry's probably 60 percent," said logger Jerry Birchem, of Virginia, Minnesota.
But Birchem has found his own solution through harvesting woody biomass. Not only does he own a wood pellet plant, providing a clean energy solution for his area, but he also gathers and sells woody biomass to a power plant.
"I saw some of the economic trends for logging a few years ago," Birchem said. "And if it weren't for biomass, I'd only have half the work I have now. The popular position used to be that there should be no harvesting of anything, and it seemed like they'd rather have forest fires, but I don't think that's the mainstream view anymore."
Like Birchem, third-generation logger Scott Melcher of Sweet Home, Oregon, saw an opportunity to diversify his business when he decided to collaborate with another local businessman to collect and haul the biomass to a utilization center instead of piling it up trailside and burning it.
"I looked at it as a challenge and a way to position Melcher Logging at the forefront of biomass utilization," he said.
So logging does have a future and there's a big economic stimulus waiting to be had for rural economies and everyone else -- in creating renewable energy through woody biomass.
The ALC urges Congress to change the fine print in The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 to include all biomass sources. By harvesting biomass in compliance with federal, state and local laws, the nation's federal and private forestlands will experience huge benefits in the prevention of catastrophic forest fires, the preservation of wildlife habitats and the protection of critical water resources.
"Logging communities have been economically devastated," said Jim Petersen, co-founder of the non-profit Evergreen Foundation, and publisher of Evergreen, the Foundation's periodic journal.
Whether things can turn around for the logging communities depends on the government. "They have to get serious about biomass," said Petersen.
"One thing that's important for people to understand is that forests grow; that's what they do," he said. "There will always be biomass, and collection of biomass could keep loggers going forever."

Got my refund check, my 11 million share order is placed between 0005 and 0004
It's OK, I still have a lot of shares :))
NOW STOP IT ! ! ! ! I did not get my tax return yet, we can not run yet
Thank you sir,
My Girlfriend and I was thinking of driving up there next weekend, but not sure.
we will see, i will lok at the links you sent
Thanks again
Planning on a visit to berlin, Where is a good place to stay?
I am visiting Berlin, Where do i stay? needs to be a good place
Gemmerling: We need people to challenge things on this board and many others, it is the only way there can be a debate. If we were all looking the same way we might not see the mac truck behind us barreling down the road loaded with wood chips.
Trade UP: I will be there too :)
I don't like it. It feels like something is wrong. All the good news but we are still at our lows.
SOMEONE better tell Michael Bartoszek, Charles Bass or Lou Bravakis, to give an update
But I will not even think about selling my shares, I am long :)
Sorry, I just re-read your e-mail that was a poke at me . . .LOL I don't have to put the word CENT and I should of used the word DOLLAR if I use a . (Period) OK, OK Mr Smarty Pants.
I still love YA anyway
15 CENTS
There was a post about 1-2 weeks back that broke out the revenues and the Outstanding shares and a 10-15 multiple and it sounded reasonable. It predicted about .15 cents in about 2-3 years time. but then again, once this stock comes out of the SUB pennies it will be on more radar screens, including hedge funds, if there are any left . . .
Gmenfan I had that issue with the Fidelity accounts they limited you to no more then 30% away from the last trade (Buy or Sell) , but TDameritrade will let me do it.
Matthew: just make sure it is a SELL and not a BUY limit order. I know from past experience when I accidentally placed a BUY and not a SELL :(
New Hampshire Gov. Lynch and Former Congressman Peterson join Northeast biomass heat conference
The moral of this article is New Hampshire is serious about BIOMASS
New Hampshire Gov. Lynch and Former Congressman Peterson Join "Heating the Northeast With Renewable Biomass: Pellets, Wood, Grasses and More" Conference April 29-30, 2009
New Hampshire Governor John Lynch, and former Pennsylvania Congressman John E. Peterson are among those scheduled to speak at the upcoming "Heating the Northeast" conference on April 29-30 in Nashua, NH at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center.
The conference, which addresses an often-overlooked source of renewable thermal energy, will explore the advantages, challenges and necessity of using wood pellets, grasses, and other biomass fuels for heating homes and businesses. "We're thrilled to have such distinguished speakers who are paying attention to the regional alternative energy options in our own backyards," said Charlie Niebling, General Manager of New England Wood Pellet in Jaffrey, NH, and a member of the conference's steering committee.
The scope of the conference ranges from international biomass fuel suppliers and manufacturers to local businesses, including Pelletsales.com, a Goffstown-based company that sells and distributes wood pellets throughout the country and Canada, as well as BioHEAT USA, a North American distributor for innovative high-efficiency wood and wood pellet boilers. Participants will explore how the Northeast could move to a significant adoption -- or even a complete transfer -- to biomass heating, bringing with it jobs, a reduced carbon footprint, and a decreased dependence on fossil fuels and foreign oil.
"This event appeals to the technology sector, home heating industry, environmental activists, legislators focused on creating jobs and tax revenue, and the average consumer concerned with saving money on monthly heating bills," said Jon Strimling, President and CEO of PelletSales.com and a member of the conference's steering committee.
Other scheduled speakers include: Charlie Niebling; Charlie Levesque, President, Innovative Resource Solutions; Lennart Ljungblom, Publisher and Editor of The Bioenergy International in Stockholm Sweden.

To all LONGS, Place a SELL on all of your stock at over $1.00. this will prevent your trading house from being able to offer your shared of LLEG SHORT.
Matthew Thank you sir for your hard work.
Forget about your 401K you should have this in a ROTH Ira so you DO NOT have to pay any TAXES on the profits. You will still have to pay the TAX man on your 401K.
EVERYONE should have a ROTH IRA, I have 7mil shares in MINE.
Louisiana Paper Plant Adapts For Biomass (re-post- just to show the process LLEG will be going through)
The complete replacement of a fuel delivery system provided a Louisiana paper manufacturing facility with the biomass-based renovation it needed.
By Trotter Hunt
A biomass boiler at a Louisiana paper manufacturing facility was recently renovated. The project included the complete replacement of the fuel receiving, storage and retrieval systems for a wood-fired boiler.
The four-year project began by performing a study of the existing fuel delivery system at the plant. Material handling specialists analyzed the capability of the existing system, identified the bottlenecks and recommended solutions to increase the ability to deliver more fuel to the boiler while providing better storage and material retrieval options.
While there were some gains to be had by modification of the existing system, the long-term solution to meeting the client’s desired feed rate to the boiler was a complete replacement of the fuel delivery system. This study formed the basis of a funding grade scope and estimate, which culminated in the client obtaining the necessary funding to proceed with the project.
In addition to the project’s detailed engineering, Ruston, La.-based Hunt, Guillot & Associates, through its on-site services division, also provided construction management and start-up expertise to the client’s project management team.
The Project’s Scope
Hunt, Guillot & Associates was selected to perform the detailed engineering for the new fuel handling and delivery system. As the facility was an existing operation, the site selected for the new system was remote from the boiler, thus necessitating long conveyor lengths to deliver material to the boiler. The design was for the system to be able to process and store 150 tons per hour of incoming wood material, in addition to handling and storing the plant-generated material on a 2 million-cubic-foot storage pile. The storage pile was sized to provide the plant with approximately 10 days of onsite storage, available to be processed and ready for retrieval for the boiler.
The plant’s owners stipulated the ability to be able to process a wide variety of incoming quality of materials. The facility was already receiving material from in-woods grinding operations, bark from offsite wood yards, saw mill waste and wood chips. The facility owners believe that as biomass fuel use increases, the ability to receive rougher or less-processed material will allow it to obtain fuel at competitive prices. Engineers successfully designed the receiving system to be able to handle the receipt of materials ranging from finely ground sawdust to blocks 108 inches long. The chains in the oversized truck dump hopper were equipped with a variable speed drive that allowed the unloading time to be decreased when better quality material was received.
Engineers also specified wide conveyor belts with skirted side boards to minimize spillage. Conveyor head boxes were sized to allow the extra length materials the ability to transition between the conveyors. A scalping screen was installed ahead of the grinder. However, the grinder was sized to process the full 150 tons per hour of material. Metal detection and removal capability was designed into the system.
The major components of the system included a new truck dumper, screen and grinder, a circular stacker reclaimer and all of the interconnecting conveyors to supply the biomass to a new fuel bin in the boiler building. The reclaim system was designed to retrieve, weigh and deliver 80 tons per hour of fuel to the boiler, utilizing an over-pile chain reclaimer, and conventional idler belt and air-supported belt technology. The bark reclaim conveyor, at 750 feet long, also provided an emergency feed hopper to allow the plant to continue to feed fuel to the boiler. It also provided a magnet for secondary tramp metal removal and the scale to provide the weight of the material supplied to the boiler.
The 1,250-foot long air-supported belt is one of the longest continuous spans in the country. It was routed through the middle of the operational pulp and paper mill. Air-supported belt technology utilizes a cushion of air to support the belt and the conveyed material on the carry side of the belt. It also uses a cushion of air on the return side of the belt, resulting in a conveyor with only five rollers for its entire length.
The cable tower technology that is utilized to support the air-supported belt allows for a maximum of 250 feet between towers. This allowed the entire 1,250-foot length of the conveyor to be installed with only six intermediate supports between the heat and tail. Use of this technology resulted in substantial savings to the plant in reduced amounts of support steel and installation labor.
Hunt, Guillot & Associates’ engineering and purchasing groups issued equipment specifications, proposed bidders lists and inquired the equipment for the plant, supplying bid tabulations and recommending vendors. The project’s foundation design included an elevated concrete structure to support the 800 horsepower grinder, the foundation and access ramp for the 75-foot truck dump platform, and the foundation design for the 2 million-cubic-foot stacker reclaimer that was supported on 70-foot deep auger cast piles.
Plant power was received at 13,800 volts at a new electrical control room and distributed to end users. Programmers supplied the necessary programmable logic controllers (PLC) programming to operate the systems, interfaced with other PLC-based systems, designed the graphics for the operator control station and interfaced with the plant’s existing distributed control network.
Construction
Expertise in construction management was provided to the project management team at the beginning of the construction phase of the project. The primary effort was to provide for coordination of the multiple contractors and sub-contractors involved in the construction, thus ensuring that the project schedule would be met and result in a successful start-up.
An on-site controls engineer and programmer were also provided during the start-up sequencing to immediately resolve any control issues. The efforts resulted in the project being completed with no unplanned operational interruptions to the facility. Start-up was on schedule and done safely.

I did not get my TAX return yet, so we are doing fine right about here. NO RUN up YET . . .please
WOW, all I can say
Save the cost and energy of uplisting to the OTCBB till we get a plant on the ground. One step at a time.
MBorowski if you do speak with him, tell him the next time that he needs to stop diluting and sell at a higher price
From the article
"we should be moving toward more renewable energy."
plus
"as we have an abundance of timber for biomass"
Maybe all that abundance of timber is for the Wind Turbine towers. They can build them out of wood.
You probably set an All OR None order on the 5mil. Reduce it to 3 separate transactions. Can't bitch over the 2 extra $9.95 Transaction cost
