We can all speculate what the dilution is for. but we need to keep in mind that there are 3b shares Authorized already issued. This has not increased. If Michael Bartoszek and LLEG perform a secondary and issue more shares then there better be a good explanation to the current and future dilution or LLEG will be DEAD in the water. Plus ask yourself why dilute at suck a low level.

I think he is diluting because he HAS to not because he WANTS to. He has to get money for the expenses, not because he wants to get paid.

We all need to step back and look at our portfolios and say to ourselves if LLEG is a dead company and LLEG stops trading and I loose all my money in LLEG will I be OK . . . I had a lot of my money tied up in LLEG , but I could not take the pain so I sold a lot last year. I cence from some of you that you are trying to break the bank and let it all ride on LLEG.

I too am frustrated with the PPS but I look at this as a time to slowly accumulate 1-mil at a time. You can try and flip the stock if you want but that is not my game. .
