We can only learn from our past. our past shows there will be dilution into all PR's at this time. Michael Bartoszek will give it a few days to percolate the tick up a bit before Digi and the others see the TT trade kick in. This in my opinion to why we do not see any run on this PR. If you have been here before you know the stock price pattern.

If you believe that someday LLEG will get there plant up (like I do) just place your bids at this level and do not pay up for this stock at this time.
