I believe the Wood and Grid issues have been adressed.

We know the Grid needs to be upgraded, but since the wind play seems to be just blowing wind we do not have to worry about them adding to the grid. The President is making provisions for all states to upgrade the GRID. Should we invite the president who is so PRO GREEN POWER.

Rising Chip prices... Supply and demand 101... more money for the logging companies that supply chips more money trickles down to the locals. the businesses that need the lower chip cost need to clean house and trim fat. They can save a lot of money if they are located near a plant that can offer them steam and power ;)

I think a meeting is what we all need, I suggest you meet with your mayor (he wont listen to a New Yorker) and have him schedule a town meeting with all the potential Biomass plants and even the other potential businesses that plan on moving into the Laidlaw owned land. I would gladly drive 7 hours for that meeting.
