Off topic of hall of fame, what do u think of WAMUQ
The good thing is , that the company CEO is the founder of a software/development and marketing company.
It seems he has a backround in marketing, computers, as well as HANS.
It was def. a smart move to put him in the CEO position.
- i also read that they are working with a vending company....( i had a vending business for 10 years) this would be a great way to get the product out there.
Perhaps they could put Atomic dogg energy drink vending machines in collegese nationwide..

Alan H. Fishman (born 16 March 1946 [1]) was the last CEO of Washington Mutual (WaMu) before its seizure by federal regulators on September 25, 2008. Most of the company, including its banking operations, was sold to JPMorgan Chase for $1.836 billion. Fishman joined WaMu on 8 September 2008, replacing outgoing CEO Kerry Killinger as part of that bank's restructuring in the face of the subprime mortgage crisis of 2008.[2]
According to C-Span on 26 September 2008, Alan H. Fishman was ultimately paid $19 million dollars for three weeks of being with Washington Mutual, including severance pay. Meanwhile, the company's stock price dwindled to only pennies. The previous CEO was paid $14 million for one year on the job.
Fishman holds a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a master's degree in economics from Columbia University. He was previously president and chief operating officer of Sovereign Bank and president and chief executive officer of Independence Community Bank. He has served as chairman of Meridian Capital Group (beginning in 2007), one of the nation's largest commercial mortgage brokerage firms. He has been a private equity investor, focusing on financial services at Neuberger & Berman, Adler & Shaykin and at his own firm Columbia Financial Partners. In addition, he held senior executive positions at Chemical Bank and ContiFinancial Corporation. [3]
Mr. Fishman has been chairman of the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Sovereign Bank (NYSE: SOV) is the 19th-largest banking institution in the United States.
[edit] History
The bank has more than $90 billion in assets, operates more than 800 retail banking offices, over 2,000 ATMs, and employs approximately 12,000 people.[1] The company is based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, near Reading, and its principal market is in the Northeastern United States. Sovereign offers an array of financial services and products including retail banking, mortgages, corporate banking, cash management, capital markets, trust and wealth management, and insurance. There is a Sovereign Bank on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
The bank has naming rights to the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey, the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center in Reading, Pennsylvania, and Sovereign Bank Stadium in York, Pennsylvania.
On June 1 2006, Sovereign Bank purchased Independence Community Bank Corp. of Brooklyn, New York, for US$3.6 billion in cash. Sovereign completed the transition process of Independence and S.I. Bank & Trust customers on September 9 2006. Sovereign financed this merger by selling a 20% stake in the bank to Spain's Banco Santander Central Hispano.[2]
In June 2006, Banco Santander purchased almost 20% of Sovereign Bank for US$2.4 billion. As Banco Santander owns 25% of Sovereign, it has the right to buy the bank for $40 per share for one year beginning in the middle of 2008.[3]
In 2008, former New York Mets pitcher Ron Darling appeared in commercials for the bank. Jerry Remy, a broadcaster for NESN, the official network of the Boston Red Sox, advertised Sovereign ATM's in CVS stores in the New England Market.[citation needed]
On October 13, 2008, Banco Santander agreed to purchase the remainder of Sovereign for US$1.9 billion (1.4 billion euros).[4] Sovereign Bank had been severely affected by losses related to auto loans and stock in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. [

Why is having the share structure frozen a good thing for current trading?
I'm really new at this and this stock has my interest. Do you mind answering that?
IS there something going on with Wamu on november 14th?
i guess we will have to agree to disagree
nah i just think its funny that any legit company would be foolish enough to only buy the .com
thank you
This company ONLY owns the .COM variation of their domain name.
It is foolish to not buy the other extensions.
Answer that
Does Wamu plan on closing any more banks ?
What do you guys think of WAMUQ?
What do you guys think of WAMUQ?
maybe they should invest $5k on a new website
LOL you have no idea...
Even startups are sure to buy the .com,.net,info,.org,.biz..us etc variations of the domain name.
Come on its only $9 a domain name!
I have to say the President of this company is not thinking ahead!
-First of all bebidabeverages.net , .org, info etc are available to anyone who wants to buy them right now.
-Bebida Beverages website looks like crap. (Just being honest)
http://www.hthackney.com/ - Their distributor , their website also looks like crap.
A website is an image of a company and must look good.
Also who is running Bebida Beverages besides - Rodrigo Makarios
I find it hard to believe one man is running the whole show.
Rodrigo Makarios is also their only point of contact.
I did a google earth and their office seems like a small suite in vegas.
Someone please respond to this message.
Thank you
