United Treatment Centers Announces Name Change to UTC AquaFree, Inc. to Reflect Business Focus on Waterless Toothbrushes
Company to File for CUSIP Number and Ticker Symbol Change
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 03/05/10) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. Although the company has plans to file for listing on the OTCBB this year, UTRM will continue to trade on the OTC market under the symbol "UTRM" until the name change date. Due to the change in the corporate name, the company will also file for a new stock symbol and CUSIP number.
