Very interesting and incriminating DD lately. I'm unfamiliar with how other scam pennies have wrapped up. What typically happens - never to hear from the management again except in court? It is just so hard to believe that in today's legal world and examples of scams like this in the past that the execs/BOD of this company are allowed to walk away 1) with $ and 2) without somekind of retort. Are they just now preparing for when the SEC and FBI come knocking?
I appreciate the info abcdefg. So, is there anyone left in AQUI? What about Tang?
Doog, Sidney
Are you guys still in AQUI or moved on?
It seems done but I know you had done a lot of DD there.
Is he in China?
Maybe this has been mentioned: for those of you that went to the investors meeting, there was talk about one of their new bottle designs to be revolved about the number 8. Was this because the Olympics begin on 8/08/08?
Seems to be a structured plan unfolding:
Relationships
R/M
Symbol/Name
IR/Accountant
CEO with Industry Experience
Distributor
Stores...
Revs, more partnerships, etc... All in due time.
No. Previous shares owned before the name change are locked.
I'm finding that ST will let you buy new shares of AQUI. Not sure about selling the newly purchased shares.
I hear ya. ST has ticked me off in other areas lately as well such as restricting what they term "extremely volatile" stocks, but they didn't stop me from trading some POS in the past... I'm investigating new brokers.
I have Scottrade (not Elite)
I am able to buy the new symbol AQUI, not sure about sell.
My old shares of ONMC are locked - I've seen this before and it usually takes Scottrade at least 2-3 days to unlock them for trading.
Hey DTFers -- Happy Easter and/or long wkend to all.
Just a short note and question. First, I've been a follower, ok "lurker" but I hate that word, of this forum for about 4 months now and have made some nice money and have learned a lot. Still learning a ton. $treet, $oldier, sc, pf, hel, hotdog, and I've missed many others --- thanks a ton for your work. I used to run a small company and you have essentially created a nice "team" environment here of good people. Please keep up the good work because word of mouth is spreading...
My question (and it may be of some other new traders) - yesterday I was almost "in" on one of your super calls here, but missed it because of a damn BRB, then waited for a dip --- sure enough MMs brought it down with a couple of small vol trades. I jumped in and it began zooming again. I was up over 100% and thought it could be one of your famous 2000% runs, but then it stalled and I ended up taking a much smaller profit in a fews hours later. It never got going again. My question is what kind of "sell" strategies do you guys employ? I know it depends on a person's financial situation AND the strength of the stock run. I've been trying to force myself into a specific routine where I sell 50% at a certain %, the see what happens with the rest. But then our ol friend Mr Greed steps in and you end up hanging on only to lose some nice gains. And, what percentage of time will you guys keep any dangling shares at the end of the day - say shares that you have taken a loss? WIll you hope for some recovery in coming days or grab your cash and move on? Any comments would be great from the experts - I mean, teammates. Thanks guys. Super job.

Hey $oldier - thanks for the welcome back. Yes, been away for awhile. Software project that I had to finish overseas.
Great to see the strength that this forum has.
Done. You guys rock here.
Thanks RDG - appreciate it.
Hi - what is the last know A/S, O/S, float guestimate here? Seems to move with little effort. Thank you.
Thanks for the welcome Pastor and all the work you've done here. I'll grab a 99 cent water.
relistened to the CC and there are several points made and a feel of reality that these guys are going to build this to a lucrative buy-out. It is definitely the right timing to attack this market sector. I'm buying more and holding.
Thanks Jimmybob - excellent info, helps a lot. The next couple of weeks should be interesting. Looking forward to being part of this real company.
Yes, makes sense. Thank you. Shareholder since this summer and I'm excited about the company. Good people here too.
Hi I'm new to the name change process - how does the change force the shorts to cover? Doesn't the conversion just occur for the short positions and the transactions occur as usual?
Hi - new to this board - is it known that the news on closure is coming next week? Thx
1M shares, long until .99
When is the Dr Gas 8K due ? (time range)
Thanks

That was the post of the month. You defined the essence of playing pinks. Well done.
Thanks, hope to help here someday...
Hey Lion's Den
I've been studying various forums since selling my small company a few months ago and taking a run at online trading. The Den is the best. Good insight and personalities. I'm still trying to learn as much as possible. Feel like I have years to go... but maintaining patience.
Thanks for a great forum.

I think we're fine IMO. Debt is reduced significantly and we have product and sales. pps is low to now grow with company expansion. Comapny has to watch bottom line now.
The CEO should have managed this situation better. He should have set expectations that the company is in early stages of sales and have accomplished its branding and awareness stage as evident by demand and supplier growth (hopefully soon).
I'm holding.
Yup, problem on this board is that the rev expectation grew out of control, and now its killing the vision. I believe in the product and growth that will happen. I also think that the company thought that NASCAR was their ticket but realize they need to sell in many sectors to grow.
