Hey DTFers -- Happy Easter and/or long wkend to all.

Just a short note and question. First, I've been a follower, ok "lurker" but I hate that word, of this forum for about 4 months now and have made some nice money and have learned a lot. Still learning a ton. $treet, $oldier, sc, pf, hel, hotdog, and I've missed many others --- thanks a ton for your work. I used to run a small company and you have essentially created a nice "team" environment here of good people. Please keep up the good work because word of mouth is spreading...

My question (and it may be of some other new traders) - yesterday I was almost "in" on one of your super calls here, but missed it because of a damn BRB, then waited for a dip --- sure enough MMs brought it down with a couple of small vol trades. I jumped in and it began zooming again. I was up over 100% and thought it could be one of your famous 2000% runs, but then it stalled and I ended up taking a much smaller profit in a fews hours later. It never got going again. My question is what kind of "sell" strategies do you guys employ? I know it depends on a person's financial situation AND the strength of the stock run. I've been trying to force myself into a specific routine where I sell 50% at a certain %, the see what happens with the rest. But then our ol friend Mr Greed steps in and you end up hanging on only to lose some nice gains. And, what percentage of time will you guys keep any dangling shares at the end of the day - say shares that you have taken a loss? WIll you hope for some recovery in coming days or grab your cash and move on? Any comments would be great from the experts - I mean, teammates. Thanks guys. Super job.
