Same as previuos reply. You have been getting news. Just not the way you like it.
Boca_Bobby
You have been getting news. Just not the way you would like it.
Boca_Bobby
Can you show me an example of where Paul said something in an email that was misleading? Let's use his words exactly for debating here please......
Boca_Bobby
The man gives you weekly emails. Do any other of your stocks do that? I know... I know.... you want a PR.
Me to Brother,
Boca_Bobby
If I need to tell you, then obviously you don't have a plan. What happened to you post about waiting until summer 2008? If you meant what you said, why all the huff my friend? Shall we go look at your previous posts for confirmation? Or has a PPS drop on small volume cause alarm for someone that was waiting for summer 2008?
As for a PR, like I just said, I am in the same boat as everyone else. Take a look at my signature, you'll catch on.
Now I return to my day job. LOL
Boca_Bobby
I'm sorry you must have mistaken me for an officer of Spooz. I can assure you I am not. I will sit in the same boat and wait just as everyone else.
If I ever know something, I share it with the class. Stay turned to the Bat Channel ofr updates there Batman.
LOL,
Boca_Bobby
Let's think about this for one minute. Who do you suppose are the happiest about this drop in PPS?
While some folks choose to complain others might have a plan and I bet they are putting it into action.
Hmmmmmm..... I wonder?????
Boca_Bobby
How soon we can forget ......
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24518769
Just one prime example and you know there is more.
Boca_Bobby
I can't answer your question about the email. But as usual I suspect Paul will answer soon. It was a simple mix up, IMO.
Boca_Bobby
Maybe you want to go back and listen to the end of the presentation once again. The comment came in about the 15:30 point of the presentation.
http://tinyurl.com/2sqxfa
Better IMO, to talk of what we know he said, not what we think he should have said.
Boca_Bobby
Let’s try this again! LOL Sure miss the charts from CentPennie.
This is not meant to be advice but only to view the past PPS swings. Please feel free to post your charts and views about SPZI.
Boca_Bobby
Ahhhhh my point exactly martingale,
When people come up with these little tid bits of information that in their minds show why Spooz has been hiding something, is headed south, etc., often others ask them to check it out with the company. Most times it's an instant refusal stating they don't need to check these things out. They know!
We often say wait for confirmation from an email or PR. No is the usual response. They know!
Then these people for days or even weeks bring up the same information over and over proclaiming, they know! It seems to be real important to spead the news about information they know to be correct.
Now here we have information showing the facts. And the repsonse.
Oh, that's unimportant. How is it so important when they know, and yet when proven to be false it's unimportant? I am all for a debate about Spooz. but let's keep our known things in check.
Now if you wish to simply speculate that's great also. But let's state so before we debate information that is simply untrue.
The Spooz/Omniquaint relationship is a prime example of my point. Keep up the great work.
Boca_Bobby
LOL.
Nice first post on the SPZI board. Welcome....
Boca_Bobby
Your right. I am more than willing to talk about anything that is factual about the company. But that's not what has been going on here. Some love to throw out any kind of information true or mostly false and justify their sentiments towards SPZI based on this information.
So when we get information that is known to be false, ie. the relationship between Omniquaint and Spooz, why not verify? No folks don't call the company. They continue to state there is no need to verify. Now the excuse not to call the company to verify is what you say is unimportant.
Funny how this debate was NOT unimportant 3 days ago. That my friend, is the very nature of FUD. Let's mix in a little truth but really focus on the untrue. Until someone can verify the info the FUD can roam freely. Again the very nature of FUD is to do this type of debating.
If we are to debate SPZI let us talk on an even playing field. So my question can turn back to you my friend. Why not play on an even playing field. When a new topic comes up, why not get the info ASAP? Why is it debatable and of utmost importance one day and just a footnote the next? Why all the hesitation to call the company for verification?
If something is really horrible going on with Spooz, I would love to know. I'd be first in line to sell. But that's not what is happening is it?
Just wondering,
Boca_Bobby
"I am more than a little concerned about their cash flow about now."
If we were in real financial crisis right now, why did Paul state at the Expo that we were NOT looking for money at this time? On another note, didn't 141 Capital turn away an investor with a mere few hundred thousand dollars to be invested? I think, and I may be wrong here, if these companies didn't have a good handle on the finances of the company they would have jumped all over anyone waving cash around. Isn't that the norm in "pinkieville?"
"I am really impressed that spooz got out Q3 in the time frame they did. I like that very much. Many companies drag their feet for months or years and never deliver anything on the pinks. This transparency can only help their story."
I believe, and once again I might be way off base here, that these timely reporting of financials is done on purpose. Pual has stated his desire to uplist. So come Hell or high water good or bad he has to file the financials in a timely manner. I'm sure we that are so starved for a PR will disect this piece of information like a pack of wild dogs around a newly slain animal.
All in all it's great for us. We can now debate for the next few days about the good and bad of the financials. Then without warning, as has been the fashion of Spooz, we get hit with another PR. We then drop the financials like a bad habbit and we get to talk about how disappointed we will be with the new PR.
Ahhhhh, the life and times of a Spoozer. Ain't it grand!
Boca_Bobby
So let me understand your point. Your saying it's good for us to follow along that sheds a negative light on Spooz although the information is not confirmed to be true? It's ok to jump on board of the false information because it's not that important anyway? Let's continue to beat up SPZI with this false information will surely make SPZI a better investment by continuing to help even spread the false information.
why..... that's sounds counterproductive to me. Please explain more of this new investing phylosphy. This might be better than SpoozToolz ever will become. I must know more.
NOT,
Boca_Bobby
The use of the word "lie" may not be best. It is possible that the person martingale spoke to was out of the loop and therefore didn't give the proper information. Maybe if this relationship seems to be of the upmost importance to making or selling your investment of SPZI, you may want to call Omniquaint yourself. Be sure to asl about the difference in reporting between to the companies. Let us know what you find out.
TIA,
Boca_Bobby
What do we have going on here? Some people here were so anxious to point out there Omniquant was called and responded by saying Omniquant has no relationship with Spooz. Then we see an email from Paul to Allie stating that we do. Now we see it in writing there IS an agreement in place. Who is spreading what around here?
“In April 2007 the Company entered into a software agreement with Omniquant, Inc at a cost of $10,000 per month for 48 months, automatically renewable for successive four (4) year periods unless either party provides the other party with written notice. This software licensing agreement also includes an agreement to develop software.”
I wonder how this written evidence from Spooz will be spun into another FUD experience for all to enjoy. Maybe the thing to do is stop looking at any one little piece of the puzzle and proclaiming knowledge of the entire picture in 3D vision! It’s just some more of my observations.
Boca_Bobby
Maybe we should continue to give MC our questions. It seems to be working and my only thought is we don't want to tie these guys up from running the bussiness to answer hundreds of phone calls each day. I believe that's why Paul originally asked Allie to submit the iHub questions in the form of a weekly email.
You are free to do as you wish. I am just asking for a little restraint from folks just flooding the phone lines for a question at a time. Just a thought.
Boca_Bobby
PS> I have been enjoying the DD you have done and the topics you have raised thus far......
I have called the T/A with no luck. They have told me legally they cannot provide the share structure information to me. (Cop out) then they gave me the wrong # for the company.
I came back to this board for the #. It is correct and I talked with the receptionist who told me Dirk Atkinson is out until Friday. I could call back then or try an email. The email listed on this board is correct as well.
When I get a response I will post it for all to see. here is what I asked:
"Mr. Atkinson,
I am a potential investor looking for a "green" investment with large growth potential. I have stated my search in the solar sector and came across your company with one of my scans and was hoping you could provide a few pieces of information for me. I went to the Investors Hub web site and followed each link listed. I was really impressed with your product listed on the web site. I have called the transfer agent listed and they told me I would need to call the company for information. They gave me the wrong number also. You might want to check that with them. So I went back to iHub and found the correct number listed. Your receptionist was very friendly but said unfortunately I would need to talk to you directly and gave me your email address and said I might want to call back on Friday as well. So here are my questions:
1.) What is your current share structure?
The iHub board reads:
Authorized shares as of 6-22-07 :5,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 6-22-07:1,030,000,000
Yet pinksheets.com shows:
Authorized shares as of 7-03-06 :250,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 7-03-06:105,600,000
This seems to be a large dilution for one year.
2.) If this large difference is correct, can you explain to me for the reason for diluting the stock. I know it was probably for more capital but what were the plans for the use of these new funds?
3.) Where can I find a current financial statement and disclosure statement? I have looked on your web site and pinksheets.com and only find statement from 2006.
4.) Can you describe in a general way your business plan to spur revenues and growth over the short term to the long term? Is Asia going to big a big part of your plan and how do you plan to address growing concerns in the USA for the need to switch to renewable energy?
5.) Is your company also going to provide other solar products beside solar water heaters? Do you see an entire home being able to be built using your products at a cost that will make them attractive to the American consumer?
Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer my questions. I look forward to your replies as well as a bright future for your company.
Boca_Bobby
We all love a nice English lesson. LOL
Your point is great. we need to read it as it's written. IMO, people need to stop looking for hidden meanings behind what Paul is telling us. But I fear no matter what the man does he will be scorned by a seclect few. Thanks again for the lesson.
LOL
Boca_Bobby
I see it now:
The iHub board reads:
Authorized shares as of 6-22-07 :5,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 6-22-07:1,030,000,000
Yet pinksheets.com shows:
Authorized shares as of 7-03-06 :250,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 7-03-06:105,600,000
Maybe I read it to fast on pinksheets.com. I am waiting to call the company and will report any findings. But this is a huge amount of shares to be increased in about a years time. Anyone care to tell me a reason for the increase? What was the cause of the dilution?
Boca_Bobby
I think you doing a fine job of DD, that's all. I was saying, hmmmmmm for a reason. You are correct but was never directed at you or anyone in particular. By all means, invest the way you are comfortable with. Play 'em like you see 'em.
My reference was because about a week ago I came up with the idea that I thought this stock will trade in between .0045 and .015. What I considered at the time to be the normal trading range for this stock. I have since come back to a .0045 to .012 range for a normal trading cycle of this stock.
I then said that as more information came out from reported financials we may start to really start to move significantly north as to the PPS. I said this becasue of a general sentiment on this board that Paul or Spooz is hiding something from investors. Some feel like this is just like all the other "pinkies" is what I heard.
So I asked myself, "How would this sentiment change in some of the non-believers?" A reported financial statement showing revenues increasing for 3 quarters should do it, is what I came up with.
For me, I don't need to wwait 3 quarters to tell me we are going to move upwards significantly. So I place my bet now for what I am comfortable with. Like you I will accumulate more when I feel necessary. Each of us needs to do what is right for us individually. I would never, NEVER, recommend you to do with your hard earned money.
Just wanted to try to explain myself. I hope it helps.
Boca_Bobby
I just spent all evening looking at every link on the iHub board and looking for other links about the company. I like what I see so far but I need to know about:
1.) correct share structure
2.) current financials (all I see is from 2006)
3.) management background
I like the product and the reviews. It's a little hard to find info on a Sunday evening but I have just started my DD for this company. If anyone has any inforamtion (with a link) it would be much appreciated.
Good luck to everyone invested in Trensetter. Maybe I will come along for the ride. How's the water in there? LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hmmmm, sounds like I might know what I'm talking about. LOL
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24444688
It's not hard to connect the dots people.
Boca_Bobby
Can someone answer what the current share structure is?
The iHub board reads:
Authorized shares as of 6-22-07 :5,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 6-22-07:1,030,000,000
Yet pinksheets.com shows:
Authorized shares as of 7-03-07 :250,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 7-03-07:105,600,000
That's a huge difference for 11 days! It goes from 5B to 250M? Was there an adjustment that I haven't found yet? I'm just snoop'n around for my next play. I also see a possible cup-n-handle chart starting to show now. May be a very bullish sign for the future, short term.
Thanks for any help here folks,
Boca_bobby
I feel the same way. A nice dividen paid out would attack even more investors. Plenty of folks just look for stocks that pay a consistant dividen (My Step Father comes to mind). I also assume management will assess on a quarterly basis how much to put back in as "seed" money.
Let's hope that 141 Capital also gets other great investing opportunities outside of SWARM. IMO, that would be a more balanced approach to raising capital and more attractive to others that may want a more diversified company to invest in.
All just on my wish list and maybe in no way aligned with 141 Capital's management team. Nice to speculate though.
Boca_Bobby
Correct. Let me clairify what I meant. On any one given day the management can decided how much will be "Seed money" for the day. I'm not sure exactly how the trading will be done but I can also beleive that management will decide before the trading day starts a few items as well. How many different stocks do we want to play and how much shall each play get as "seed money"?
I may be wrong but I don't think SWARM will pick the individual plays but trade those picks to get us out 95% success rate with either long or short plays. Am I off base here? If not then I think it's more important to watch the "seed money" grow as to how much SWARM will invest in any particular play.
My thinking is that we want many plays going at once. It reduces risk and gives us better chances for huge returns. Not sure if I am explaining myself properly but hopefully some understands my ramblings. LOL
Boca_Bobby
LOL.
I just had a visual of a few cavemen trading using SpoozToolz!
Boca_Bobby
I seem to remember an increase in profits of 28% over the 12 days. Wouldn't it be more important to focus on the increase in the "seed" money as a whole instead on one particular trade amount? I also seem to remember that the amounts being investing was going to managed by the team assembled.
I'm not sure if that will make a difference in any one particular trade. Will they just use a set amount per trade or will someone decide the risks of each possible play and therefore adjust amounts invested on each trade accordingly?
All good questions but I beleive these type of questions should be on the 141 board and also forwarded to Errol Stone. Let's see if we can get 141 Capital to speak to us about such things. We may want to know these items before investing in both companies.
I am bullish on both companies but currently believe that SPZI will be cheaper to buy in the immediate future so for me the best long term play (3 years). Great stuff MrGoodBuddy!
Boca_Bobby
Sounds familiar. Funny how things being discussed a few weeks ago were called pumping up the stock and now they seem realistic. But I agree with you. I have said in a few of my posts that we should see a lot of trading opportunities over the next few months. Once the finacials start to be reported we will start to pick up steam.
This is of course my opinion and does not make me a fotune teller being able to see the future. What I have been watching is volume. My take is that we may see some revenues for Q4 2007 reported. this may lead to some buying interest.
Then we may see better financials being reported in Q1 2008. This may lead to more interest and more buying may occur. I would look for dips in PPS for another opportunity to accumulate always watching the volume for "real" interest in the stock.
Then if my fortune telling skills are honed to a razor's edge, we may see even better financials for Q2 2008. If this happens I believe we really start to move. This would show Wall Street (pinkieville) three (3) consecutive quarters of revenues that have been increasing. Buying may be strong at this time.
Just some more ramblings of the village idiot of Boca Raton. LOL Invest at your own risk.
Boca_Bobby
So does that mean hypothetically the shareholders can only possibly hold as much as 30% of 141 capital at any one time?
40% to Spooz
30% to Kauderer Group
30% to investors (possible)
100% total
Does that math hold water?
Boca_Bobby
As usual Imperial Whazoo you have made some very good points. IMO it is imperative for all to come up with their own game plan on how to play this great game we have. Some will look for quick flips while others look to buy and hold. Which is right and which is wrong? I also like how you point out the risk involved with a "pinkie" stock. Everyone needs to understand the risk/reward ratio clearly here. This can't be stressed enough, IMO.
So do as much DD as you can before you test the waters here. I make no recommendations here. If this pans out everyone will say how "lucky" I was. If I'm wrong not a soul will even offer me a mayo sandwich! LOL
Isn't this a great game?
Boca_Bobby
Yes, please, please, please do your own DD. Any newcommer to SPZI may want to look to our iHub bard to get yourself aquainted with Spooz. Also a question can be asked of the CEO on a weekly basis by simply asking our moderator to submit the question to Paul Strickland. I would encourage new investors to scan the web for research, you may want to try
www.pinksheets.com
www.spooz.com
On the Spooz web site I would encourage all to look at the disclosure statement there. Google the management team and see what you find. Look at the PR's released and delve right in there to uncover your own gems. Also do your own usual research to make an educated decision onwhat you want to do.
By all means don't listen to a message board to "buy, buy, buy" or lest we forget "sell, sell, sell."
Let's all get on with the truth.
Boca_Bobby
Just an opinion of mine, but I bet there is a whole lot of competitors that are a little jittery about the planned retail launch of SpoozToolz. I am sure other will want to focus on the price of tea in China and tie it into Spooz somehow.
Let's stay focused on the business at hand. This engine is still being built. If you ever built a street hot rod (I have) you know how fustrating it can be waiting for UPS to deliver a part.
Does that mean the engine is a piece of crap because a key part is still waiting to be added? My bet on SPZI says no!
I guess we will all find out in time.
Boca_Bobby
Thank you for the opportunity. I hope we can all profit here.
Boca_Bobby
It really doesn't matter who the third party is, IMO. Somebody was loading up with shares of SPZI from mid July to early August. Although the PPS has dropped the volumes just don't add up.
The volume from September and October (drop in PPS) does not equal July and August (rise in PPS). That says one thing. There is a huge lot of people holding onto SPZI shares.
The question to ask is not "why is the PPS going down?" The right question, IMO, is to ask "why didn't these folks sell during the panic sell of that brought the PPS down?"
Don't tell me that they all bought higher than .0045! That is simply untrue. Look at the T&S for July and August for confirmation. These people "know" exactly what they have and no twisting of words by those on a message board and changed their convictions. Hmmmmm What do they see that others choose not to look at?
Boca_Bobby
Good Morning Spoozers:
Funny thing happened last night, I went to sleep thinking once again about this whole volume to PPS discussion we had yesterday. So I said my prayers and laid my head down for a good night’s sleep. I awoke with a revelation, funny how that works huh? I remembered back to my High School Geometry class. My teacher made us memorize theory after theory and law after law. So I went to www.dictionary.com this morning to refresh my memory about the meaning of these two words and how they relate to the investing world. Here is what I came up with:
Theory:
1.) a coherent group of general propositions used as principles of explanation for a class of phenomena: Einstein's theory of relativity.
2.) a proposed explanation whose status is still conjectural, in contrast to well-established propositions that are regarded as reporting matters of actual fact.
3.) Mathematics. a body of principles, theorems, or the like, belonging to one subject: number theory.
4.) the branch of a science or art that deals with its principles or methods, as distinguished from its practice: music theory.
5.) a particular conception or view of something to be done or of the method of doing it; a system of rules or principles.
6.) contemplation or speculation.
7.) guess or conjecture.
Law: (over 20 listed definitions, I chose the following)
16.) a principle based on the predictable consequences of an act, condition, etc.: the law of supply and demand.
It’s funny how the definition even references “the law of supply and demand.” So it is a “given” once a principle has changed from a theory to a law according to my High School teacher. I’m not professing to be a math major but it sure makes sense that it’s volume pushes the PPS.
Now, we were reminded by our moderator MuchCompensation about the SWARM results with post, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24401853 . I was particularly looking at the following statement:
” All trading occurred in a third party account. The beta test period began July 2, 2007 and continued through July 18, 2007. For the beta period, only two spreads in the energy complex were traded. The following unaudited results were generated from account statements:
I then looked again at our resident expert on Tommy O’Brein’s book named “Timing the trade” for his volume #’s once again. Here is what Imperial Whazoo has posted several times about volume and PPS:

Now add my spin into the mix. Look at the amount of volume we had from 7/2 to 7/18. Why you ask? I’m glad to tell you. All trading occurred in a third party account. The beta test period began July 2, 2007 and continued through July 18, 2007. I will not post those #’s. It’s better for people to discover things for themselves! Suffice to say one thing. People involved with the testing of SWARM must have been pretty impressed with swarm.
Why? Volume paints the picture as clear as day! The herd came in and bought and bought and bought. They bought both before and during and after the SWARM beta results were being compiled. They know what is about to happen here. This herd that I spoke of yesterday is more than content to wait now for everything to be revealed.
Now some want to attack Paul Strickland for not providing a needed PR. I ask, needed by who? Those that know what they own are happy to be grazing in the sunshine. If it was only up to Paul to get this engine fired up, I’m sure it would have been done. Again, we’re not selling hot dogs on the corner here.
Do you hear that? Sounds like opportunity knocking. You gonna answer it?
Boca_Bobby
Carry on Spoozers, I gotta hit the sheets. Someone get the lights please. LOL
Boca_Bobby
Welcome MRKCO to the Spooz family. We fight, we laugh, we argue, we cry, rant and rave; you know a real family here. LOL
IMO, you will thank yourself in the long run for owning shares of SPZI. If you have the patience to hold for a few years, you will probably laugh a the fact you were debating about a few dollars to get a position. Hold tight my new friend.
