Can someone answer what the current share structure is?

The iHub board reads:

Authorized shares as of 6-22-07 :5,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 6-22-07:1,030,000,000

Yet pinksheets.com shows:

Authorized shares as of 7-03-07 :250,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 7-03-07:105,600,000

That's a huge difference for 11 days! It goes from 5B to 250M? Was there an adjustment that I haven't found yet? I'm just snoop'n around for my next play. I also see a possible cup-n-handle chart starting to show now. May be a very bullish sign for the future, short term.
