Outstanding Shares as of 6-22-07:1,030,000,000

Yet pinksheets.com shows:

Authorized shares as of 7-03-06 :250,000,000
Outstanding Shares as of 7-03-06:105,600,000

Maybe I read it to fast on pinksheets.com. I am waiting to call the company and will report any findings. But this is a huge amount of shares to be increased in about a years time. Anyone care to tell me a reason for the increase? What was the cause of the dilution?
