what's the share structure here?
Anyone have the share structure here?
lurking :)
okay, but wouldn't all scenarios apply? she checked two boxes, Director and Officer...if she owned over 10% of the OS she would have to check that box as well.
if he owns half of the OS then how come he isn't a 10% owner?
Thank you! That's all I'm trying to say. Not bashing at all..this has potential once the person with the large load gets off the ask
Tell me why we're stagnant now then...hasn't been upward movement for two hours now..someone has shares that they are dumping...all i'm saying is that the CONVERTED shares MAY not be trading yet...YES they are PART of the OS number, but that does not mean they are trading
Right...the OS hasn't changed because the note has been 100% converted...but converted into shares doesn't actually show the dilution. Only if they are sold in the market. There is no obligation for the debt holder to sell their shares once they are converted, for all we know they can be holding 180mil of shares.
I'm looking to get in..i'm not bashing..i'm just stating what i'm reading in the 8k
I'm well aware of what "outstanding shares" means...
My point is that the 180,000,000 + shares that were converted definitely haven't hit the open market...they are being held by the debt holder. Yes, they are included in the OS share count, but that doesn't mean they have been traded.
I'm not bashing, i'm just stating an observation.
Converted and trading are two different things.
The only negative I see here is that the 8k states the the CD has been 100% converted...that doesn't mean the shares are in the market..i suspect that CDEL is the debt/share holder and is looking to unload...we might need to churn right here until CDEL cooperates
can someone update the ibox to reflect the new share structure?
Anyone have an updated share structure? everything I'm seeing is from 2015
He's technically telling the truth, but definitely stretching it. What was your original question? "Is there something illegal going on with your stock?" LOL
If converting debt into shares (dilution) was illegal "stuff" or "activity" the pinksheet market wouldn't exist.
Easiest way to see if if there is dilution is to call the transfer agent.

whats the link of this to FDBL?
eyes on this
ALL OF THEM WILL R/M HERE!
lol.
If it means nothing here, then it shouldn't part of the DD sticky. It goes both ways.
If it's going to be implied that someone may potentially be merging with TRON solely on the basis that the two share the same address (which is a law firm in Miami - do a Google street view) then they should know that this fellow has had a record with securities fraud.
I'm really not bashing, I'm providing additional DD.
I haven't touched PK/OB stocks in over 4 years. This was one of the first that came up when I came back to ihub. I'm just poking around.
As mentioned yesterday: H Wayne Hayes Jr has been sued by the SEC for securities fraud
http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-9th-circuit/1180209.html
On May 7, 1993, a jury convicted Hayes of 14 counts of mail fraud, one count of wire fraud, and two counts of interstate transportation of stolen money. On June 14, 1993, the court sentenced him to a total of 20 years in prison. On July 28, 1995, Hayes filed a motion to correct an illegal sentence, pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 35(a), and to correct an erroneous pre-sentence report, pursuant to Rule 32(c)(3)(D), pending the appeal of his conviction before a panel of this court. On October 11, 1995, the court denied his motion without a hearing.
http://www.nytimes.com/1992/06/27/us/1992-campaign-candidate-s-record-report-says-police-violated-policies-aid-perot.html
Mr. Perot has said he requested a highly unusual court order that allowed him to inspect the rental property three times a day because he feared that the tenant, H. Wayne Hayes Jr., would damage the property. Mr. Hayes, an investor with interests in oil and insurance, has since been fined $1.2 million by the Securities and Exchange Commission for defrauding investors. He pleaded guilty to securities fraud and is in prison in Hawaii.
I haven't been on these boards for years and may have lost my touch (maybe brain), but what's the share structure here?
I AM NOT BASHING
The chart shows some dilution as there's a major uptick in volume over the last month. Any particular reason?
The chart looks like it's R/S'd recently, yay or nay? Again, not bashing; I'm just back to ihub/pinks from a VERY long hiatus
Thanks. don't kill me, i promise i'm not bashing. just asking questions

man was this a great call HDOG.
So, for anyone somewhat new to the R/M game. Let me tell you a little something. This shell is absolutely filthy. If you haven't noticed (God help you if you haven't) but buckets of shares have been dumped into the market. Why is this? Because there are either convertible debentures that are now being converted. These debentures convert their value at frrrrraaaaactions of the share price. Let's say shell YYZZ has $100,000 in a convertible debenture note, most terms of these notes give the converter the ability to convert at/around 10% OF 10 day average. Math time: if they want to convert $1 right now, then (.0001 X 10% = .00001) > ($1/.00001 = 100,000 shares). This shell most likely has upwards of $250,000 that would be 25,000,000,000 shares. Of course, when a R/S is done, the debt inside the shell does not change. They will continue to produce shares for this converter over and over and over again. There is no escaping this death spiral as YA Global has been known to do so well. They did it so well that others caught on and are doing the same thing. IF, and the is a BIG 'if', someone wants this shell, they will still have the debt from previous owners as well as new debt they have incurred to purchase the shell and file all of the paperwork. This is a neverending story in the land of the pinks. Either no one is going to pick this shell up, or it is so debt laden that you will continue to have thunder storms of shares raining down on all of you even after a R/S
glad i got out when i did..this thing is dead...this thing will R/S and R/S and R/S
where's the upside, HDOG?
hell of a call on this one, Harry.
im in.
