Without anything happening (that we know of) if will just go lower. It gets harder and harder to hold but whatever. Its all monies that I don't want to flush but won't hurt me if it goes to zero. I'd be nice if they kept us informed.
Don't know...the only volume is someone unloading shares. Company is pretty vague about themselves
another 100k at .012...i did my part...going down with this ship or buying one
Would the suit been filed if the share price was .12?
At least we will get some attention, albeit negative. Timing is funny considering we seemed to be very close to turning a corner.
If our chief is rich from his hedge fund days?, he should put his money where his mouth is and buy those shares. Not sure how this will play out...
.105 has been tested a couple times. Under .11 has been bought up. A lot of negatives going around so do the opposite of the crowd.
Nicely done summary on future potential. Gives me a better understanding.
Looks like they are still plugging away. The million dollar question; Does this contraption work?
Hard to pass up these levels but we've been here before. When comparing our value to nio-bf: Are we really 10x behind as our market cap suggests? On the other hand when will our market cap catch up and value be realized?
I agree with es1 that the status quo hasn't really changed here yet. They need to show the market completed steps in the plan. Until then we go unnoticed.
I support the spinout even though it is a r/s. Startup mines need money and lots of it.
Nice risk/reward here at .11 if support holds. Next stop I see around .08 if it busts through.
Niobium is actually gray. Can be treated to turn different colors but not sure about brown. See if support at .01 holds.
I'd think the float would be larger if the total outstanding shares is already 44 million.
Looks like your using the shares that the company hasn't sold into the market yet as your float number. I have no position just sounded funny to me.
It will probably be a dual listing. Would limit investor pool if it wasn't.
Yes it took several tries to find my sweet spot. My point was if they expand to other areas of this market besides cig-alikes they will have something.
Problem with this style ecig is it leaves you wanting more. Like a big battery mod with a cartomizer tank. Started with this style but quickly dived found something better. Huge market but with this product you would quickly switch back to cigs. Been vaping for a few years now. IMO
What does it cost them to make a ton of Bio-coal?
What can they sell it for?
Energy output aside a ton a wood pellets is $200 +or-. Just curious as I was looking at coal fired stoves locally. Not sure I can give up the wood burner just yet though.
Problem I see is they don't release evebts via AMFE, they do it through Easton. Not that it matters as there isn't much interest in this stock yet.
It is never a good thing to file for bankruptcy. They really had no choice. I remember flipping pilgrims pride in $1.00 range many years ago when it had a Q. It trades a little higher now.
I'm not into making assumptions on here but was surprised no one had mentioned it. I'm sure someone has "loaned" monies to the company and is getting paid back.
I've got a large sum tied up in this gem. Until transparency is on the table and results are exposed I'm going to be critical. On paper things seem to be changing but shareholders need to start seeing some value come back to them and not management
Who is the $50,000 going to?
That makes sense instead of dilution.
Yea something is. Ive got a small position to keep me interested. Someone is selling a large number of shares at .01....someone is also stepping in to buy them. Looks kinda like dilution to me.
Quite a bit of volume today compared to normal. May pick up some tomorrow if it continues. Quite a few shares on the bid got absorbed today. Well see how many are left tomorrow.
This may have its day if someone places a large order. Anything special about their system that someone else doesn't own. Meaning its only found in their unit that GE couldn't make?
Anything of note happening here? Put it on my radar to watch but havent' seen any volume.
I'd agree. I live near a reservation and they can shut their roads down or limit travel as they wish.
I haven't paid that much attention but it looks like it was just created a few hours ago judging by the first comment. Makes u wonder a bit.
Check out our new website...or should I say blog.
Would a spin out into Nio-Star be handled differently? New ticker, new heart beat
When I bought last week they filled the order with 3 different transactions at the same price. A couple small ones and then the rest. It was only 90k shares fwiw.
THe buyer(s) have been patient enough not to push it. I haven't found anything except a recommendation on a site from December 19th 2012. Was more of a watchlist type listing a bunch of stocks. The story will unfold eventually.
Sure looks like something is going on here. Nice to see an update soon.
No shares just following but sounds like CSHD many moons ago...the scammers wanted the noob shareholders to get certs. to anybody holding I'd just sell when it starts trading and move on. Or hold and HOPE. GL
Doesn't take much to move this either way. Same buyer or new blood?
Was hoping for interest or some update. I played this before but held for awhile to make some money. Hoping not to do that again.
Interesting someone wants in now...followed with a few see what happens.
Different geologist now bud...things aren't the same. But you now that don't you.
The problem is the lack of disclosure. The share price should be north of .05 by now. Who are we financing with? Yea a translated Chinese document says who but that doesn't cut it. Once the whole deal is out in the open I expect things to be different.
The company has prided themselves, although negatively, in saying things that never come to frution. The market won't believe them till they see it. The funny thing is anything north of 10 cents is still a big bargain once everything comes together and the masses have and believe the story. Gl
Yes. I think its been mentioned here before by someone. Its not all that uncommon. The company might have a symbol on a US exhange and a foreign one at the same time. Here a quick link of FAQ...doesn't all pertain to SRSR but its an explaination of the process if they go that route.

I agree with the dual listing and that your shares should be tradable without the hassle of a foreign account. It would be bad business to leave north american traders without easy access to buy/sell.

....Canada hunts for rare earth metals as China cuts back
By Gaetan Pouliot | AFP – Wed, Dec 21, 2011....Email

....A steep decline in Chinese exports of rare earth metals used in many hi-tech gadgets has forced a global search for new crucial supplies and hopes are high for major finds in Canada, analysts say.
"Everyone has started to search for rare earth elements (REE)," Michel Jebrak, a mineral resources specialist at the University of Quebec in Montreal, told AFP.
"The Japanese are desperately searching all over. Europe has a new strategic plan to secure rare earth elements too. It all started with concerns over China's monopoly, triggering a race to find new deposits and mine them."
Rare earth metals are a set of 17 chemical elements that despite their name are abundant in the Earth's crust, but very dispersed and rarely found in economically exploitable concentrations.
China currently produces, mostly in Inner Mongolia, almost 95 percent of the rare earth elements used in cellular telephones, hybrid cars, wind power generators, flat screen televisions, MP3 players, computers and other devices.
The main obstacle is finding high enough concentrations of the metals to cope with growing demand and break the West's reliance on China for supplies.
It is also thought that China could undermine efforts to bring new supplies online by flooding the international market with cheap REEs and making new mines uneconomical, Jebrak warned.
"It's a brave new world, and that's a problem," he said. "The sector just exploded over the past year but could just as quickly collapse."
China ordered a cut in REE exports in late 2010 in order to keep supplies for its own burgeoning high tech industry, to bolster prices and to encourage foreign firms to set up plants in China to access its restricted supply.
But the move by Beijing provoked anger in Japan, Germany and the United States -- already concerned that current supplies might not meet an expanding demand for REEs -- before export quotas were raised this year.
Western nations have since had to consider ways to break China's monopoly and this led to the launch of dozens of mining exploration sites for REEs -- one-quarter of them in Canada.
Toyota announced last week plans for a joint venture with Canadian junior mining company Matamec to develop a rare earth elements mine in Quebec to obtain supplies for the automaker's hybrid and electric vehicles.
"Companies like Toyota fear Chinese export quotas will be reduced again in 2014 or 2015 and so they want to secure new REE supplies as soon as possible," said Matamec chief executive Andre Gauthier.
If the Matamec deposit is proven to be economically exploitable, Toyota will finance the dig and buy all of its output for use in its hybrid vehicles.
According to Jean-Marc Lulin, head of the Quebec Mining Association, several junior mining companies are rummaging for REEs in Canada's outback and predicted that within a few years the country could begin exporting REEs.
Australia and the United States are also vying to become major producers, he added.
