Would the suit been filed if the share price was .12?

At least we will get some attention, albeit negative. Timing is funny considering we seemed to be very close to turning a corner.

If our chief is rich from his hedge fund days?, he should put his money where his mouth is and buy those shares. Not sure how this will play out...
