What a tough spot to be in. This teeters between astounding success and dismal failure. Rapid fire PR's now leave a haunting emptiness of, "what next?" 14 Days until the new year. Will the company let that time expire with no status update on intended financials? Will the company prove posters like SaltSport and StockInsider wrong?
What will become of the shareholders in this microcap company?
Will this small business that supported the innovation of an appendage mounted metal detector simply wither away?
Dunn dunnnn dunnnnnnn
Nice! Wish I'd done that. I'm envious of your investing prowess :) Just curious, what time frame was that at $3?
It sounds like you are at a hard time in your life. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
I'm still thinking about this... So you have roughly 1.7M shares and plan to sell them at .0002 which is just a little over $300 shares after fees.
I don't know what to say. I'm sorry you can't wait any longer and that $300 is now significant enough to justify throwing your investment away.
I know a lot of investors, myself included, are disappointed with the current PPS. I'm still holding on because I believe in the company. I believe in the sales staff. I believe the CEO is doing his best. If I'm wrong about the benevolence of Paradigm I will go to the feds myself.
I choose to wait and see... and act.
Ahh, now I understand... see you did the same over at Praebius. Looks like end of year stuff for you.

So I can expect to see your shares selling tomorrow in the open market? Care to say roughly how many shares your $10K bought so we can see it in the trading action?
"It was that Canadian inventor and myself that finally won the day in making it “obvious” ACG was a scam."
So you acknowledge validity of the lawsuit Paradigm has against ACG
I think I can understand where VTP is coming from. Especially after reading this:
"Let me relate a story of business, as I know it. About 25 years ago a guy called me up. I met him in a run-down section of town in a small warehouse that looked as if a bomb had gone off. He told me he had just bought this “company” and needed a module to make his product work in the then developing computer world. He didn’t have any money. Could I help? We made a deal that I would make the module at no cost to him but if he sold any he would pay a royalty. Nothing written, just a handshake. Today he has the second largest company in his field in the US. The original handshake is still honored. If I had patented the module it would have run out long ago. He could have made his own module at great savings. We never wrote anything down and have supported each other and prospered all these years. That is how business is really done in the world I know and it is the rule rather than an isolated case."
Sorry, Mr. Wizard, but I don't believe that for a second.

Wow, a whopping $18 trade to work the PPS down to .0002 from .0003. Whatever.
Actually, this is when all the investors who added Paradigm to their portfolio will be watching the most. It's when Paradigm said an income statement and balance sheet would be provided. People don't forget these things...
Good evening :)
Let's go ask the wise old Mr. Owl. lol
Who knows?
I love PDGT and I paid .0004 for shares. EOM
Slow would be years and lack of follow-through, IMO. December should show the income statement and balance sheet and then we'll know more about how the last year has been. I think that the company will continue to follow through. They said they would have several new products and they followed through on that. They said they would give quarterly updates on share structure (probably to save the TA from being swamped with phone calls) and they followed through on that. The company is doing their part and more, IMO, and it will become more apparent. But getting upset over not getting instant gratification for an investment doesn't make sense to me.
Other quote sites are showing 5,795,610 volume. Some hanging chad crap going on? Remnants of yesterday's trades or what?
average daily volume showing on other sites range between 11M and 13M...
That would make sense. We're talking about international business so it only makes sense that there are particulars outstanding of domestic business agreements to be sorted.
Can you believe these guys? Claiming there are no products while the products are being demonstrated at the IACP and tested at a major airport??? It's funny. So obvious somebody wants cheap shares.
Apples and oranges, byrdman. The order is IN. "Duck" and cover! Pun intended :)
Converse to what the cognitively challenged posters on this message board would have you believe, the Stealth Sensor(TM) is quite real:
United States Army 5th Special Forces Unit places first major order for Stealth Sensor(TM)
...Paradigm Tactical Products CEO Vincent Cammarata discussed this milestone stating, “The sale to the US Army 5th Special Forces Unit is a powerful affirmation of our decision to enhance the aging FriskerPRO. The engineering behind the Stealth Sensor™ is state of the art utilizing Bluetooth synchronization to both single and multiple remote receivers overcoming a critical shortcoming of the FriskerPRO.” Cammarata went on to say, “In the coming months we intend to allocate the Stealth Sensor™ to our distributors worldwide which will allow us to maximize the profit potential of this new product. Both the designers, engineers and sales staff have made a tremendous effort to bring the company to this goal. We will continue to work at making further sales and product developments to grow the company and enhance shareholder value.” About Paradigm Tactical Products Paradigm Tactical, based in Georgetown, Massachusetts, is a leading provider of detection technology and homeland security solutions to the military as well as corrections, law enforcement and security industry. it's happened before and on a much grander scale.
PDGT continuing to follow through on PR's is the FACT. PPS going down while accumulation goes up and the O/S remains the same is the FACT. Shareholders with millions of shares selling less shares and buying more shares at lower prices is the flipping FACT. Paradigm's share buyback program is a FACT! Patient shareholders will be rewarded is the FACT!!
I'm happy for those making money on flipping this as part of their inventory to pay the bills. Fortunately, this will also work out for the rest of us that seek out developing businesses with AMAZING products!!!
Stay tuned, sports fans!!!!
They didn't "promise" fins. They said they intend to publish an income statement and balance sheet. No mention of 3rd party auditing. Plenty of companies release unaudited financial statements through public information chanels. It's no reason for fear and unreasonable doubt.
I think it was an exuberant trader being silly.
I think the selling action was wierd.
I think the way the PPS moves is odd.
I think December and January will be very interesting. Sink or swim time.
Looking at the buying activity made me laugh a little. I was thinking of buying another 250K and I saw some of the 250k'ish buys... oh and the 15k sell... lollolololololeriissssiiimmoooo
Sooo anyways... To me it looks like the folks who have bought are sitting tight and comfortable with what they've seen from the company so far. I also think that means a base is formed and more investors will come take a look at this. It just feels like this is gelling up nicely.
Ask Mr. Wizard. He claims to have been paid several hundred thousand dollars by Paradigm. I would imagine that money had come from sales and that was when the bulk of their income came from ONE product. Now there are several products in play.
And on the O/S shares... Everyone's already gone there and the dead horse is beginning to get irritated. The O/S has been disclosed, case closed.
Go to the company's website for the most current O/S count information... the data that you are referring to is inaccurate. Get it straight from the horse's mouth... ugh.. yes, the dead horse that you continue to beat.
Good luck getting cheaper shares. I know I wouldn't mind getting cheaper shares too.
I think some folks are waiting for funds to clear... hence some of the increased negativity right around the same time AH trades change from sells to buys.
17:1 buy/sell ratio is another way to say it. lol Sorry I get into all the different ways of saying things. How refreshing is the AH buy though. Man! So nice! And it seems to be on a similar distribution. Odd... so odd.
It's been touch and go for a while but now the bombs are on target and it's time to turn and burn... balls to the wall and go vertical, Mav!
steady accumulation... People are interested.
AH will be interesting today since yesterdays AH was BUYING pressure...
This is soooo awesome rotflmao. All buys until the EOD with some weak hand and now AH BUY to contrast with the past AH sells... whiskey tengo foxtrot???
6:1 ratio buys to sells... nice. if a trade equivalent to what roughly a quarter of the days buys drops the PPS so dramatically... doesn't that sort of disprove what some other traders have said about the float and liquidity? hmmm...
In basic terms the selling pressure was low and yet the PPS moved conversely to conventional logic. That would indicate some manipulation... no?
Was the volatility of the PPS exposed today?
Then I wish I had your pockets... LOL.
That's about how I'd post too if I were looking to buy more. I'm still watching this to decide if I want to buy more but I'm comfortable with holding and seeing what comes in Dec/Jan for now.
Good luck, Barry.

Global Detector is a subsidiary of Paradigm Global Products, according to a sales rep (Paul) from Global detector.
You should know the relationship of Paradigm Global Products to Paradigm Tactical by reading the PRs.
Oh, and I'm not getting into the elementary discussion about subsidiaries, soley owned businesses and incorporations again. Go take an upper-level business administration class for that. The understanding of any decent investor is that the management of the business is done with utmost concern for efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Otherwise, criminals offending this basic understanding go to jail.
So far we have real business, real products, real management... no one going to jail. I'm willing to bet the follow through from management will continue and this new sprout will grow and grow and grow.
I wouldn't be surprised to see an income statement reflecting higher than what was previously estimated by Paradigm.
Good luck to you.
Just a few buys. Probably flippers on standby for the next minor price fluctuation. I think there are a few more longs sitting here since the last few months.
Where is IR? Where are the answers to the investor's questions? Does anyone have a line in? I just want to know about the AH trades and I want background info on the CEO (education, experience, accolades, etc).
That's a pretty impatient view point IMO. Things are right on track as far as I can tell. The new CEO indicated new products and new products came. The CEO indicated quarterly updates on the share structure and that came. I think the management will once again follow through on the income statement and balance sheet. Poor management? Hardly.
Impatient investors in dire economic times? Sounds more likely. IMO of course.
Income statement and Balance sheet are what we expect to be coming. I would expect the sales team didn't waste much time around the holidays and that we'll hear more news about sales soon. The new products you mentioned will be delivered, in my opinion and based on how the company has been following through.
Stay tuned sports fans. This is only the beginning.
gobble gobble
Sorry, but I missed the point of your post where you said, "How did the "FriskerPro" work out for PDGT? How many PR's and Gov. contracts were announced with that supposed product?"
Supposed product? Are you saying that Paradigm's sales of the Frisker were "supposed" and not actual? Mr. Wizard... where are you??? lol...
I think the answer to your question is that the "FriskerPro" worked out just fine for Paradigm. Perhaps the reality that you cower from is that the StealthSensor will be even better. Don't forget... I believe Mr. Wizard has been paid several hundred thousands dollars from Paradigm just for the FriskerPro ($300K or something...wasn't it Wizzy?). Imagine what the StealthSensor will bring...
Watch and see...
I agree and I think there are some new longs invested (me for one). I still wish someone could shed some light on the AH trades but I think there is a lot of support for this company and the base is getting stronger.
Get ready... tick... tock... tick... tock...
I haven't seen products that compare with what Paradigm is selling. No combined metal/radiation detectors. No tactical use bluetoothe technology with pre-orders from the United States Army 5th Special Forces Unit... Paradigm seems to be the leader in this market.
