SEC attorneys to complete this process
Who are these SEC attorneys? The Firm of Tardy, Reluctant & Dawdling?
Agreed. New management, same old PR machine.
Yes, the PR does exist. Another Wimax claim. But no Wimax certification by the Wimax Forum, as I pointed out earlier. This will be interesting!!
Apparently other people checked out the imperial wimax page, who were totally unimpressed, and THIS link is to a NON stock related site!
The fourth post down mentions imperialwimax -- but many many other posts also reference imperial wimax, Val's company.
Who would have bought from a reseller with THIS for a web PAGE. Connect the dots... it's more like connect the red flags:

My reply was to the part of your post that seemed to indicated you did not realize Keizer and Salem are basically the same community.
The two communities are only a couple of miles apart

For a pinksheet stinky pinky the bottom often drops out before you can blink when the IR collects their pay.
China, china, china...Sounds like another Chi-scam company. Supposedly still in R&D mode -- but claims all kinds of active business -- yet no revenue.
Hits the nail on the head:

Michael Cowpland worked for Bell Northern Research (later part of Nortel Networks) and then MicroSystems International.
After an apprenticeship at British Telecom's research lab at Martlesham Heath, Terry Matthews left the UK and joined MicroSystems International, a chipmaking operation affiliated with Northern Telecom (now Nortel Networks) in Ottawa, Canada.
You'll note they had a solid tech background, not sales and showmanship like Val.
Success has a reason or two underpinning it, not fluff!
This was Val's supposed new technology, not a Wytec 1999 idea!!
A few months ago, there was mention of mux in conjunction with the great new technology stinky pinky MDGC would deliver to astonish the world. Here's a definition of mux. (In spite of the jargon, please don't miss my last sentence below!!!)
In communication transmission systems, mux (pronounced muks, sometimes spelled "MUX") is an abbreviation for multiplexing, a device that sends multiple signals on a carrier channel at the same time in the form of a single, complex signal to another device that recovers the separate signals at the receiving end. The receiver is sometimes called a demux.
Supposedly, the brilliant minds working for Val, after the vacuum shop closes for the night, were working on 'multimux' which was supposed to use a single channel to transmit many data streams of totally different content.
I wondered how he would know this, since vacuum cleaners are unknown as communication devices! Val probably reads up on many things, like patent office applications from 2007 to perhaps help with PR ideas. Ah, you guessed!! Look what the cat just dragged in! A patent applied for in 2007, recently issued a few weeks ago to others for just that technology!! Boy, that Val is certainly well-read!!!

Just like Al Gore invented the internet!!! Val may as well scream, I invented THAT!!!
That Dr. (the dog ate it) Peterson's bio is a hoot. Val couldn't see the red flags waiving right in front of his face. What hope does Mediag3 have with this kind of perpetually juvenile leadership?
Dr. G. D. “Pete” Peterson Bio
Chief Scientist, Director and Co-Founder, Aetos International Corporation
Dr. G. D. “Pete” Peterson, Ph.D., age 68, joined the Company as a Vice President and its Chief Scientist in 1993, when it was organized. He is also a Founder and a Director of the Company. Dr. Peterson has Associate Degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. from Golden State University in Natural Philosophy, a degree combining Linguistics and Semantics with Quantum Physics as related to Thermodynamics and Information Theory. His thesis is Classified. Dr. Peterson has substantial experience in providing technology assessment advice for both public and private organizations throughout the world. Dr. Peterson served ten years in the United States Marine Corps (1962-1972), serving as an Officer in Vietnam for 23 months and served additional time in Japan and Okinawa with a final tour of duty as the (active duty) "Inspector/Instructor" of the U. S. Marine Corps. Reserve Training Center in Newport News, Virginia. In the capacity of a “Marine” he was awarded 12 various medals, 3 by foreign Governments. He was accorded a "Final Top Secret" security clearance and was specially trained by the military as a Military Engineer, Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants Engineer, and a Nuclear Demolitions Expert and performed service as a Nuclear Explosive Devices Team Leader.
In 1972 he joined an “International Trading Company” in Taipei, Taiwan and developed substantial business, manufacturing, and scientific contacts in Taiwan, Mainland China, Russia, the Ukraine, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, and Japan. While travelling and working in these foreign countries Dr. Peterson worked with numerous U.S. Governmental Agencies, acquiring and providing intelligence data to them. In addition he assembled a team of experts in the area of Shrimp growing and harvesting. This group, under Dr. Peterson’s technical direction, designed and built an entirely new concept in shrimp fishing trawlers and negotiated licensing, and designed, built, stocked, and ran off shore ocean based shrimp fisheries in 7 Latin and South American Countries.
In 1974 Dr. Peterson founded a company, CyberDyne, that designed, developed, manufactured and sold the first commercially available microprocessor based computer which had a alphanumeric (“Typewriter”) style keyboard (As compared to “Paddle” switches and 12 and 16 key “telephone style keyboards.). It also was the first computer to have a built in printer, a 16 segment character display, a built in operating system, 3 built in high level programming languages, and which was designed to teach computer science, both hardware and software. It came with both hardware and software self-training courses. This was 2 years before the Commodore Pet was introduced, 2 full years before the Apple One was offered to the public, and 3 years before the introduction of the Radio-Shack TRS-80. Customers for this “Micro” system were every major College and University and nearly every major Corporation, worldwide. Many saw with the introduction of the microprocessor that the newborn infant Computer industry was going to boom. At that time there was no other practical method, system, and related textual materials available for teaching/learning the basics of this industry. CyberDyne was growing at the rate of 100% per month. This company was “seduced” and taken over by a group of very high level ex-employees of IBM. It was purposefully self-destructed by this group in 1978 (per the written “conscience/soul clearing” “death bed confession”, 6 years later, of the leader of this group).
During 1979 through 1986 Dr. Peterson did original research in the design and computerization of Electro-Acupuncture diagnostic equipment. In this equipment, the Acupath-1000, first delivered to the French Academy of Sciences in 1980, he pioneered the first commercial usage of the 3.5" (Sony) floppy disk drive, the standard for floppy disks today. This equipment also had voice recognition, computerized stereo music and sound production, a word processing program, a relational database program, computerized hardware and software graphics and drafting, a graphical user interface with a light pen input device, and human sounding artificial speech built in. This was 16 months before the introduction of the IBM PC, which had none of these innovations available for five to as much as ten years. These Electro-acupuncture machines (and their successors) are currently being used worldwide by over 3000 M.D.'s and 400 Veterinarians as their primary tool of medical diagnosis and treatment selection. Over 1.5 million patients have been seen in more than 800 clinics in the 20 years since its introduction. Many of these clinics have become World famous. Most are booked 6-12 months in advance. The success rate of these clinics averages nearly 80%, according to the patients. During this time Dr. Peterson also taught and researched Electro-Acupuncture diagnosis and treatment in Canada, Britain, France, Russia, and the United States.
From 1983 to 1988, Dr. Peterson was associated with Mykro Industries, Inc., serving as its Director of Research Development. “Mykro” designed, built, certified, and sold (over 100 vehicles) a small composite monocoque (Frameless composite structure with built in rollover and collision protection.) Sports Car. This car, the Midas, weighed in at less than 900 pounds, without engine, and would go 130+ MPH, when powered by a modest 1.3 Liter 4 cylinder engine. Produced in Britain, this car would lap European Formula one Race Tracks at no more than 1.5 seconds per lap slower than the Formula One race cars of the day. It was never beaten in its class in European sports car racing. This vehicle was certified for full production in Germany, the hardest country in the world in which to certify a production vehicle. The prototype model was tested by Ford Motor Company at its vehicle proving ground in Arizona and pronounced it unfit for human use. Its “structure was too strong” and “would damage the occupants” in a collision through “near instantaneous deceleration.” It had proven nearly indestructible. Ford recommended redesigning the car so as to have “a crushable frontal structure”, so as to “cushion the passengers in a crash”. This re-design was accomplished, tested, and the vehicle put into production in 1983. An untimely intentional arson of an attached neighboring (Industrial Park) business, coupled with the refusal of the insurance company to pay restitution to the nearby companies who were also burned to the ground, totally destroyed the company, physically and financially, in late 1988. The insurance company was owned by the Queen of England, who could capriciously decide if she wished to honor her contracts or not and, of course, couldn’t be sued.
During the 1989-1990 school year Dr. Peterson taught, by invitation, specialized classes in various areas of Computer Science and Techniques for Computer Assisted Education, at the College level.
From 1991 to 1993, Dr. Peterson served as Director of Research Development for Ashurst Technology Corporation in the area of identifying and evaluating new technologies from the previously Soviet Ukraine and moving these technologies into commercial applications. He was responsible for bringing to the U.S. Military/Industrial Complex. Many of these new technologies out of the world renowned "I.M. Frantzhevik Institute for Problems in Materials Sciences" (I.P.M.S.) in the former Soviet Ukraine.
Beginning in 1993 he worked for 2 ½ years in the area of internal combustion engines. He developed an electronic fuel metering and injection system for use on Liquefied Natural Gas powered Diesel engines, a Hydrogen production and injection system for reducing toxic emissions and increasing power and fuel mileage in gasoline fueled engines, and a computerized camshaft design program.
In 1994 Dr. Peterson was elected, by the Russian Academy of Sciences, as the 18th member of the Board of Directors of the Russian "Astronautics Association for Mankind", the Russian equivalent to our N.A.S.A.. He had previously been awarded the Gold “Order of Lenin” for his work in satellite antenna technology, speech clarification methods for astronaut communication, medical diagnostic technology, and in pioneering and assisting in the building of orphanages, orphan specific educational systems, and orphan built and run children’s hospices and medical care centers in numerous towns within the CIS
(Confederation of Independent States, the old “Soviet Union.”) after the “fall of the wall”.
Prior to 1986 and from 1998 up to the present time, Dr. Peterson has had direct involvement in many aspects of international technology assessment, semiconductor production and “wafer scale testing”, microprocessor architecture and design, energy storage, military and possible civilian usage of nuclear explosive devices, radio, microwave, and optical communications, electromagnetic communication antennas, environmental engineering, direct conversion of thermal energy to electricity, solar cell design and construction, super capacitor design and construction, human and animal health physics, natural and homeopathic pharmaceuticals, chemical processes, blending and reclamation of plastic materials, microprocessor architecture and design, computers, devices for implementing absolute data security, highway and natural gas pipeline engineering, construction, maintenance, and field survey, the use of computers in education, and in original research in theoretical physics and Informational Fields and their commercial application. This later included Quantum Informational Field communication over interstellar distances at supraluminal speeds and infinite distances without the need for high power consumption. For the last two years this has been being developed for use in the construction of equipment for the worldwide real time tracking, control, and physical security of storage and ocean, rail, and highway shipping of containerized or trailerized high value and/or temperature controlled (“Cold Chain”), Military, or dangerous items/goods/merchandise.
The PPS is ~$0.005...The market itself has labeled this as a typical stinky pinky. Diluted to over a Billion shares in months. What will happen to the share structure as Val vainly attempts to keep this cut & paste company from folding?
And if the batteries turn out to be a flop, or don't exist, Val can always blame his R&D -- including the life-long conspiracy against Dr. (the dog ate it) Peterson.
The fact that the Wytec experiment proved commercially useless, in that the company was sold to worthless concerns, like Ohana Wireless, without the technology ever having transformed any of the later concerns into money-makers, must suggest a logical business reason for this failure. Where does the 'fault' for this fruitless endeavor called Wytec lie? Why has the historical Wytec, now after so many years, fallen into the hands of a pinky company run by a vacuum cleaner salesman and muliti-level marketer of frolic and fizz at Sisel?
Perhaps the fault lies at the door of the patent office itself, especially with more than a few patents issued during the days of Wytec's 1990s R&D (and time of Aerius antennas, for that matter):
I'm sure those shares will be eagerly sold to you.
The professionals are shorting with impunity now, I see: 20101104|MDGC|861550|901927|O
Val posts such lame stuff on Facebook? Verizon Business will work with anyone! Is Val that...um... "vacuous"? Seems so.
Sorry, but AT&T is 'on the list'. The clothes, however, are not on the emperor's back at Mediag3. Tsk Tsk

Again, Qualcomm is CDMA, not Wimax. The topic is Wimax and Wimax companies. Not non-Wimax companies like Qualcomm and Verizon.
"In this week's Barron's, Bill Alpert's WiMAX War Heats Up discusses the impending showdown between Sprint Nextel (S) and Qualcomm (QCOM) over Sprint's WiMAX rollout. Sprint, a long-time licensee of Qualcomm's CDMA technology recently announced that it will spend $3 billion upgrading its network to WiMAX technology, thereby freeing itself from Qualcomm's patents."
Verizon, for example, is not going the Wimax route. Val claims that he is.

Mesh Global's logo bears the Wytech name. Wytech is owned by Mediag3. How can the same company meet with itself? Absurd!
The outside consultants which led Val to partner with Aerius antennas? Antennas with aged patents no one has bought in a well over a decade? Or Unilava? The company sharing office space with MDGC? The same company that enjoyed a 98% decline in market value since March 2010?
IMO better consultants should be hired immediately. Along with a management with better judgment to, for example, announce a new phone AND simultaneously tell the masses what the FCC ID number is. It is public information, for pete's sake. Just give us the number, Val.
What about those towers NOT registered in the name of the corporation, if Mediag3 owns them? Telava/Unilava was fined by the FCC a substantial amount for flouting such regulations.
Why then directory list his business on July 25, 2009?
Business Listing ID: A217937
Listing added: Saturday, 25 July, 2009 15:14
Company Name: Central Systems
Street address: 7913 W Colehaven Court
City: Boise
Zip Code: 83704
State: Idaho
Contact Person: Val Westergard
Phone Number: 208.323-2700
Company Description:
Business Categorie: Central Vacuum Cleaning System Dealers
I think it is just as odd that someone like Val, who's bio stated he started out to become a neurosurgeon, instead sells vacuum cleaners, sells $0.00xx shares in MDGC and also multi-level markets some concoction, what some refer to as 'snake oil', for Sisel
http://www.mysisel.com/vip/vw/contactme.htm
Somehow the dots in all of this also connect, for anyone who opens their eyes!
MDGC CEO FINED
Vacuum Val doesn't even install his vacuum cleaners to code (last fine on this list):
http://dbs.idaho.gov/electrical/Civil%20Penalties/DBS%20-%20Civil%20Penalties%20-%20ElectricalPage5.html
What I liked about the Mesh Global splash page is that Wytec is displayed as part of the logo. This simply confirms that Wytech/Mesh Global/Mediag3 are all Val's creation. Which the past has shown mean absolutely nothing in terms of actual performance.
Next, IMO, they will next show their 'state of the art' facilities. Look close! There will be a couple of photos of a room with no workers, just 'equipment'. Then they'll show a couple of gizmo-looking products but will not give the FCC license numbers, etc. etc. They might even toss in a phrase, 'patent pending.' They had better really have something pending because to claim patent pending falsely is illegal and the penalty drastically increased.
We only know about about the MDGC short position from what we are told by Val's new experts:
Basically it is an alert regarding the huge short position in MDGC. This will allow EquitiTrend to shrug their shoulders and weep crocodile tears as EquitiTrend sells the MDGC shares it received in consideration for telling the world about their opinion on the huge short position. And round she goes!
Since MDGC is so closely partnered with Unilava (their share price having dropped 98%+ since March) that MDGC and Unilava are sharing the same office space, and since there are no towers registered to Mediag3 on the FCC web site, is it quite possible that the FCC registered towers are being double-counted? Is that how 70 towers are claimed when no where near that number are licensed?
I have another bit of interesting DD regarding LMDS, but that can wait until Monday.
I don't think Ericsson, for example, is doing anything to improve the value of the ancient technology MDGC is the final bagholder of:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/18175578/Self-Back-Haul
It isn't 1999 any longer, is it?
The truth of the matter is the phone number proves the same Vacuum Val and Mediag3 mogul are one and the same.
I will be happy to discuss which central vacuum system is right for your needs. Thank You, Val Westergard, Central Systems Boise Idaho (208)323-2700

Looks like it broke down, hard and fast! Maybe for the same reason you thought it would rise.
Soon to be a $0.00xx company with the UNLIMITED authorized shares they can print. Look under "Additional Details" here:
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?FilingNum=2009-000576615
ANWM A/S is 2 billion shares which means ANWM reserves the right to issue up to 2 billion shares before having to ammend the articles of incorporation.
Greedy Malone: How many rolls of Charmin is the equivalent of that many ANWM certs?
OK, so Mediag3 and Ray Powers and Telava/Unilava and Val are all HQed in some office in San Francisco working a handful of cell towers. Anyone notice many of these towers were acquired from a bankrupt company? https://ecf.txnd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2009cv0327-17
These towers must be huge money makers! It would seem so! Especially with Ray Powers associated Unilava hitting the skids to the tune of a 98% loss of market cap since March 2010.
Anyone know what the FCC license number Mediag3/Ohana Wireless/Imperial Wimax has for their claimed towers? Checks with the FCC under all names comes up blank.
An owner of any number of cell towers will have an FCC license number that begins with the letter "L" followed by eight digits Lxxxxxxxx
Anyone???
