From Charles and his visit with EquitiTrend and what they had to say about the short sellers.

As a matter of fact, I went to the EquitiTrend offices in San Diego and got to meet the entire EquitiTrend team. I met several people in the team and all of them knew about MediaG3 and could actually tell me about the company so I feel very comfortable that MediaG3 is Top-Of-Mind with EquitiTrend. I have got to tell you that the team there is very impressive. There were about 25 EquitiTrend personnel in the office when I was there and you can't imagine the ENERGY that I felt from them. The team members look like they range from the mid-20's to the 50's in age and every single one of them is full of enthusiasm and excitement about MediaG3 and seemed to believe very much in the company, Val, and the MediaG3 technology. It was a great experience for me.

They told me that their specialty is the ability tell the MediaG3 story to thousands of new investors over the phone, and to place the company's story in front of thousands and even millions of new investors. And, although they said this is an important component of any successful Equititrend campaign, it is what they are doing for MediaG3.

Of course they wouldn't get into anything confidential but they did say that Equititrend has identified several fundamental exposure systems that have proven to be quite effective in the past, and they are now standard components of how they move forward in an Investor Relations campaign.

In specific they said they believe there are Shorts in the MDGC stock and they know it. They have developed a plan to remove the impact of Short Sellers in MDGC stock.

Although I have heard that there were Shorts in MDGC, I don't think I truly believed it. However, these people do at EquitiTrend do this for a business and they are very experienced in it. The people there are attorneys, former stock brokers at EF Hutton, Bear Stearns, Bache Securities, etc, etc, with decades of experience in the industry. Jim, one of the owners of the company told me directly that Shorts are making an impact on holding the share price down. I believe now that there have truly been shorts in MediaG3 shares.

Anyway, to know that EquitiTrend has a plan to combat shorts was extremely heartening to me.
